I reached out to Mike with elite power washing to come out and wash the school grounds I work at, and I couldn't of been happier with the results. Mike was very responsive to all of my phone calls, he came out the same day I called for an estimate. Within a few hours I had a digital estimate with a very reasonable Price for the amount of work I requested. He was also very flexible with scheduling and was able to fit us in at the time we requested! The day the work started Mike and his crew showed up on time with all of the equipment they needed. He once again went over everything that I would like done with his crew so that everybody was on the same page and than they got to it! THE SCHOOL LOOKS IT WAS JUST PAINTED ITS SO CLEAN! Now we are officially ready for the first day! Huge thank you to Mike and his crew. I highly recommend Elite Power Washing both professionally and personally! read more

Friendly guys who worked hard and thoroughly. I'd say they went above and beyond to make our home stand out proudly on our block. Some contractors came the next week and remarked how nice the house and walkways looked after Elite cleaned them compared to prior. This really helped the house look better and buys us some years before we decide to repaint. It really was primarily just quite dirty from 20+ years of weather. Don't expect miracles like a brand new driveway but do expect it to be a lot brighter than it was. read more

This is the second year I've had Mike and his crew out to power wash the exterior of my house, windows, and the hard scape. First off, Mike is just a super nice guy. And his crew are equally as nice. Not only did they do an excellent job they took care in moving the outdoor furniture and putting it back. I could not be happier with the results! Now everything is cleaned up and ready for a summer spent outside!! read more

A big THANK YOU to Mike Hernandez, the driving force behind Elite Power Washing of Santa Rosa! It was a no-brainer when I selected Elite as the best power washing service known for exceptional service, unbeatable price, and now for my FANTASTIC RESULTS. Note: Elite also does home exteriors, small commercial, and 2-3 story/hard to reach windows inside and out. Here's my story: Last Thursday I found Elite by using Thumbtack search. Mike/Elite was the only service out of 3 recommended who actually contacted me the same day as promised on their website. Mike explained his services, asked me what I hated most about my garage, the floor, and what my expectations were. Since my garage door accounts for 90% of in and out traffic, tracking grime and dirt in the house and into my car has to stop - asap. Within a minute Mike came up with a quick fix: He arranged to stop by on his way home to see the floor, how much time needed to clean it and the price - completed from a search to service date/time in just one day! His price quote was more than fair. My only job was to move clutter off the floor and into storage, thats it. At 50% off I could afford the power wash that Mike scheduled for Monday. In four days job completed at a price I could afford. Exceptional customer service and outstanding results delivered under budget in record time as promised. Thanks Mike!! read more

I hired Elite to power wash my house and large deck. Mike came out to survey the project (on time) and then provided a very fair price. Mike did a great job. I could not be happier with the results. The house and large deck looked like they were freshly painted. I will definitely will have Mike back next spring to do it again. Besides the results of the project Mike is a great guy and would highly recommend Mike for any power washing needs you may have. Great Job Mike! Thank You read more

I highly recommend Elite power washing! I hired Mike and his team to do some concrete power washing of my patio, clearing out my gutters and downspouts, and power washing my garage door and trims. They were fantastic!! Scheduling an estimate and service with Elite was prompt and after a chance in the weather, rescheduling to a different day was convenient. The quality of work is fantastic. Will definitely use them again in the future! read more

After years of fires, soot and ash we needed to get our Petaluma house, windows and screens cleaned; the white paint looked grey and there were spider & cob-webs all over the front of the second story. Our house has Hardie Board siding which is cement composite. It can be easily damaged by pressure washing. After researching and reading reviews, Elite Power Washing was one of the 3 companies we felt were the best and would be careful not to damage the siding. I contacted each for a quote via yelp or their website. Mike/Elite was the only service of the 3 who actually contacted me the same day as promised. I actually had to chase the other two with multiple quote requests and calls to finally make contact. Only one of them sent a "cookie-cutter" quote and the other one promised but never sent anything... I don't want to repeat all of the 5 Star reviews so I agree with what they say, Elite and Mike's team are "all that", did a great job, were friendly, professional, arrived on time, masks on and worked their tails off for a fair price. They will always be our first choice when we need any of the services they offer. They should be yours as well! read more

After the fires, we needed to get our windows and solar panels cleaned. We hired Mike and his crew to do the job and they did not disappoint. The crew did an amazing job of cleaning in excellence! They arrived on time and with masks on. Very professional and hard-working. I would definitely recommend Elite! Thank you so much. We will definitely use this company again!! read more

My house is in a rural area west of Petaluma. It has been 10 years since it was painted and it was really dirty! I called Elite Power Washing and Mike answered professionally and said he would send me an estimate to do the power wash by end of day - which he did. We set a date for the service and he showed up exactly on time. He and his colleague were both pleasant and professional. I have three very large, protective dogs and decided to take them off property while the house was being washed. I asked Mike to text me about an hour before he thought he would finish; which he did. The dogs and I returned to a house that looks brand new! Elite did a great job and I do not hesitate to recommend them! Solid professionals all the way. Thank you! read more

Mike was very professional answering my phone calls and getting me scheduled super quick. He was attentive and very sweet taking care of my home. I had hired someone else to do a dump run before Mike showed up. The people had not finished clearing the deck off so Mike took the time to help me get it cleared off and did it with a huge smile!!! It was a pleasure working with him! I highly recommend him for his great power washing, professionalism, and kindness. read more

After Mike worked his magic on our home, our next door neighbor asked, "who painted your house"? I said "we didn't get it painted, we had it power washed." He said, "no way, it looks amazing!" And it does. We've had our home in Sausalito power washed several times but it's never looked this good, not even close. We were so impressed with Mike's work and the extra effort he put into the job that we've already asked him to come back to do our windows. We give Mike seven stars! read more

It should be stated that I'm not an expert on power washing. None of the various houses I have owned over my relatively long life really needed it (at least in my opinion). That is until now. After 20 years in this house, my wife really began to complain: the paint was filthy, there were spider webs all over and the fence had ominous green crunchies growing on top. Well I said, I guess we will have to repaint. But why not try a power wash instead. After searching Yelp, we- that is she- decided on Elite Power Washing. Am I glad she did! Mike Hernandez and his crew did a fantastic job. They went about their work professionally, and after about 5 hours, the house looks like the day we moved in. The paint sparkles and the fence no longer looks threatening. As a bonus we can clearly see out the windows now that all the dust has been removed from the screens. I'm not an expert and there may be other good companies out there. I find it hard to believe anyone could do a better job than the guys at Elite Power Washing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Mike and Jose are just amazing! My trailer was a mess. It had been sitting in the elements for several years and had this sort of "mold" on it. No one thought it was ever going to be able to be cleaned. However....it sparkles now!!! Mike and Jose focused on the job. Moved things around for me. And then moved things back onto place. They are coming back to powerwash another trailer for me. Several people in this park have asked for their number. THANK YOU Mike and Jose. I'm thrilled!!! read more

I researched and read reviews, and Elite Power Washing came up on top. Both my neighbor and myself hired them to power wash our houses and sidewalks. They did an excellent job. They also ended up cleaning out our gutters on both our houses. Now all of our neighbors comment on how good our two houses look, almost like they were just painted. There were areas I was going to paint but this worked so well those areas now look freshly painted and I'm not going to have to do anything. They were also very kind, I saw an area that they had missed on my neighbor's chimney after they had rolled up and stored everything into their truck, and it was no problem. They unpacked all of their equipment, hooked it all up again and spent another 45 minutes making it right. We've had two neighbors approach us to get their contact information because our houses look so good now and they also want to hire them for their houses. I highly recommend them. read more
