Friendly guys who worked hard and thoroughly. I'd say they went above and beyond to make our home stand out proudly on our block. Some contractors came the next week and remarked how nice the house and walkways looked after Elite cleaned them compared to prior. This really helped the house look better and buys us some years before we decide to repaint. It really was primarily just quite dirty from 20+ years of weather. After years of fires, soot and ash we needed to get our Petaluma house, windows and screens cleaned; the white paint looked grey and there were spider & cob-webs all over the front of the second story. Our house has Hardie Board siding which is cement composite. It can be easily damaged by pressure washing. After researching and reading reviews, Elite Power Washing was one of the 3 companies we felt were the best and would be careful not to damage the siding. I contacted each for a quote via yelp or their website. Mike/Elite was the only service of the 3 who actually contacted me the same day as promised. I actually had to chase the other two with multiple quote requests and calls to finally make contact. Only one of them sent a "cookie-cutter" quote and the other one promised but never sent anything... I don't want to repeat all of the 5 Star reviews so I agree with what they say, Elite and Mike's team are "all that", did a great job, were friendly, professional, arrived on time, masks on and worked their tails off for a fair price. I called Elite Power Washing and Mike answered professionally and said he would send me an estimate to do the power wash by end of day - which he did. It should be stated that I'm not an expert on power washing. None of the various houses I have owned over my relatively long life really needed it (at least in my opinion). That is until now. After 20 years in this house, my wife really began to complain: the paint was filthy, there were spider webs all over and the fence had ominous green crunchies growing on top. I researched and read reviews, and Elite Power Washing came up on top. Both my neighbor and myself hired them to power wash our houses and sidewalks. They did an excellent job. They also ended up cleaning out our gutters on both our houses. Now all of our neighbors comment on how good our two houses look, almost like they were just painted. There were areas I was going to paint but this worked so well those areas now look freshly painted and I'm not going to have to do anything. They were also very kind, I saw an area that they had missed on my neighbor's chimney after they had rolled up and stored everything into their truck, and it was no problem. They unpacked all of their equipment, hooked it all up again and spent another 45 minutes making it right. We've had two neighbors approach us to get their contact information because our houses look so good now and they also want to hire them for their houses. I highly recommend them. read more
