We got the reference of E Sanchez roofing through Yelp Projects option. We were looking for a few things to be done - Solar Panels' cleaning, outdoors - patio, decks, and some other works. Jesse responded promptly along with a few other companies. While they mentioned not doing the other works since they specialise in roof jobs, we decided to give the Solar Panel cleaning to them. A professional crew was important to me, too, and I learned his crew, including his son, have all been with him a long time, and that he'd be present and working with them throughout the job. Enrique came out for an estimate and took a close look at the roof. I previously had about five other roofing companies - all top notch Yelp reviewed companies look at it at different points in 2021-2023. They all said I needed a new roof within 1-2 years. Enrique said my 40 year shingles were fine and the workmanship was excellent. Therefore, I did not need a new roof for another roughly 4-5 years! All the others tried to sell me a new one now. Enrique was professional, honest and experienced. He is the one I will be calling for a new roof when the time comes. I actually didn't use this company for my own roof. I tried another company and wasn't as pleased as if I used them. The reason I know is this company did the roof of the rental house I was living in. They showed up and were working exactly at 7am. They worked full days including Saturday to complete the project asap. The yard was relatively clean of anything that fell off the roof and the gutters they put on after finishing the roof looked very nice. Great Roofers: E Sanchez Roofing Feb 5th 2024 repair! Our power went out on Sunday around 3pm. The storm was too wild to go outside to set up our genny. As the wind gusts were escalating and it was getting dark our neighbor's Doug Fir hurled a 5.5in diameter branch through our ceiling. About 5 ft was in the house and water was pouring everywhere. Scrambling to cover our shelves with the shower curtain, get a tarp and buckets set up wasn't easy or especially effective in the failing light. I left a message for Enrique Sanchez Roofing at 7pm. We though we'd be lucky if we could get the hole repaired within a couple of weeks considering the amount of damage this storm caused. Enrique called me the following morning and his crew got here within an hour! I can't recommend these roofers highly enough... super professional, fast, great clean-up, more than fair pricing!
