What instilled confidence to get them over were the all 5* reviews and the Yelp guarantee that came along. Jesse communicated through the Yelp messaging and we fixed the appointment. He came punctually, was thorough with his job, we also asked him if he could add to his services the blowing of the leaves etc. from the roof which he promptly agreed to (we also agreed for a separate fee for the added work). Travis demonstrated strong knowledge throughout the process, made helpful suggestions, provided a competitive quote, respected my property and accommodated my time constraints. He also repaired an unexpected internal framing issue discovered during the job to firm up a soft spot in the structure that concerned me.
