Hands down the best roofing outfit we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nicholle and Arturo make a wonderful team. From the first phone inquiry to the final installation of sky lights, both were available, helpful and accommodating. Arturo's vast knowledge of building practices and regulations helped us make sound decisions when problems arose. This was the best roofing job we have had(4 for various properties in the past). We were so pleased with the experience that we also used them for our cottage, with the same amazing results. HIGHLY recommended. read more

After we bought our West County house, Galvan Roofing first helped us out after CalFire required our steep roof to be cleared of moss and debris, which was unaddressed by the prior owners. Ever since then they've abated the moss and kept things tidy. Ever since we bough the house we knew we had borrowed time on the roof. We had two minor roof leaks, both of which were around fixtures that didn't have adequate flashing or correct metal-on-metal fasteners. The second time the owner Arturo came out and did some mitigation work until we could get the new roof, which just completed. The new roof process was painless and within budget. He pulled permits quickly. His crew got the roof completed within a week, cleaning up most debris. The final permit inspection was quick. We now have a new roof we don't need to worry about except for the redwood branches trying to call it home too read more

Arturo and his team did an awesome job on our roof and gutters. They were always professional and courteous when working. They were able to move their schedule around to accommodate our insurance required completion date. I would definitely recommend their services! read more

We had a redwood pergola installed a couple of summers ago and we should have had a gutter and downspouts installed at the time, however, we did not. So I reached out last week to the builder, TLC construction, and he immediately recommended Galvan Roofing. Arturo, the owner, came out personally along with one of his workers and did the gutter and downspouts install. He was able to perfectly match the color of the gutters to the gutter colors on the house. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done beautifully. We will definitely be contacting them for a quote when we are in need of a new roof in the future. read more

Arturo, Nicolle and Lilly were a pleasure to work with. They are all excellent communicators and kept me informed throughout the project. The roofing crew are true craftsmen who don't cut corners. They do excellent work and they do a proper job even if it takes more time. I will definitely work with Galvan Roofing for the annual roof maintenance/gutter cleaning and will hire them when I need a new roof for my apartment building. The pricing was fair and a good value considering the quality materials and workmanship. Thanks again Arturo and team! read more

I posted a 5-star review when they fixed a roof leak above my kitchen, for which they charged $4500. Well, the exact same spot has sprung a leak again, 4 years later. (It states in the invoice that the work is only guaranteed for 1 year.) I called them to ask to repair it again, with the hope that they would explain to me why the last repair didn't hold. (I was prepared to pay the full price.) But no one answers the phone; all I get is their voice mail. I've left three messages in two weeks, but no one has called me back. I thought the world of them four years ago, but not anymore. Maybe they've gotten too busy to stand by their work, or by their old customers. read more

Arturo & his team really listen to their clients & care about your input. They were very thorough in making sure they understood what I wanted with my gutter installation since I have an older home that is currently being remodeled bit by bit and isn't the standard build of most homes. I really appreciate Arturo having to also deal with our HOA & their complicated way of getting invoices paid. Arturo & his team are friendly, professional, and at an affordable price compared to other gutter companies in Sonoma County. read more

Arturo is honest and trustworthy. He did a fabulous job replacing my mom's roof. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Just had Galvan come out today (9/21/23) replace parts that should have been done by another roofing company called Wine C Ring. Pricing was very fair and attention to detail while replacing our vents pipes and made all repairs. Very happy that I found an honest company. Thank You Galvan Roofing. And thank you to Arturo and his team members. Great job. read more

I highly recommend Galvan Roofing! You can stop looking and just call Arturo now. I have used their services on 3 occasions. Arturo is a true professional in his field and is committed to getting the job done well, and to code. The first time I called them was for an emergency roof patch after a large redwood branch damaged my roof. The second time was for a repair of an old leak above a bedroom window that Arturo tracked down to a faulty installation of a gutter. In both cases his repairs worked and his team was efficient and professional. The third time was very recently and was a major job. I contacted Arturo to replace a small area of dryrot under a flat roof above my two car garage. The roof has a deck over it. In the process of making the repair Arturo discovered that the original roof installation (10 years prior) was faulty, and had not been installed according to code or to the construction plans on file with the city. The roof drains were not appropriate for a flat roof and they were easily blocked which caused water to back up on the roof out of view due to the deck above. The roofing material was bubbling as a result of water getting through the membrane. It had to be replaced. Arturo analyzed the issues, explained the details to me, chose the best solution, worked with the city permit bureau (not easy) and got the job done for a fair price. The roof is beautiful and I am certain that it won't leak! I have absolute confidence in the work done by Galvan Roofing. I feel sure that you will be well served by them too. read more

We just had Arturo and his crew (including the office staff) finished up replacing our roof and gutters. Found Arturo and his crew on Yelp and they were fantastic to work with. They gave me a fair bid, added the insulation that we asked for, fixed the issues we could not see and lead me to the right materials that have a 50y warranty and cost less than the ones I liked. We were scheduled right after the fires in 2019 so they moved the start date and my only complaint is they could have communicated that better but given the situation where the rain was coming, the fire was not out, I am going to give them a pas. But once they started, they moved heaven and Earth to get it done by Thanksgiving Everything looks great, the musty smell is gone, the house is warmer. Thank you Galvan Roofing and Gutters. read more

Galvin roofing recently replaced the gutter guards and downspouts on our home in Healdsburg, worked required by our insurance company. We are 100% satisfied with the finished product Arturo, the owner, showed up on time to give us the estimate. He was very professional and very thorugh in checking the scope of the work needed to be done. We especially liked the idea of working with a locally owned family business. Arturo's son, Gabino, did the work on our gutters and he was a pleasure to work with. In addition, Nicholle, who runs the office, went above and beyond to get our work scheduled in a timely manner so we could meet an insurance deadline. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. read more

Arturo adjusted our current gutters which were not draining properly. He also installed new downspouts to help with the draining as well. Arturo is very professional: shows up when he is supposed to (or he or Nicole in the office call with updates if they are running late), great attention to detail on the job. He did not try to upsell us new gutters, but offered a solution that was in our budget. He also gave some additional advice about how to maintain our gutters in the future. Nicole in the office is also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely use Galvan for our roofing and gutter needs in the future. read more

Hire this company. Arturo and Nicholle of Galvan Roofing & Gutters run a truly professional business. During the storms of 2018/2019 the aging roof on our rental in Santa Rosa sprung a couple of leaks. I contacted several companies who didn't even respond, but Nicholle recognized the urgency and called Arturo at another job - he left to come do a patch EACH time while his team continued working. In the Spring I decided the roof need a full replacement. I got 3 estimates including Galvan's. Arturo's estimate was comprehensive, perfectly priced, and he was able to suggest the perfect color, product, and we even chose accent gutters. The job was started on the agreed upon date, finished in the allotted time, and he sent me photo updates, receipts, and other important communications. Nicholle, who runs the office, was equally competent and professional - all billing was accurate and timely and she was able to explain things. They are such positive people. I recommend them highly! Thank you SO much for a painless process. You and your team rock! read more

Galvan Roofing is a top competitor in roofing, we had many problems with our roof and Arturo was able to fix them all. Before we hired him, we had two other contractors try and fix it but they only made it worse. Highly competent in his field, he solved the problems of our flat section with thermal, watching him transform our horrible roof into a work of art, we are proud of how our roof looks now. We wish we would have just hired him from the beginning it would have saved a lot of money. Take our advice, hire this company, he is a person who cares about his work and has the knowledge to do it right. Thank you Arturo and Nicole for a great job! read more

Galvan Roofing & Gutters did a great job of cleaning our gutters. The back of our house is about 20' off the ground, so we wanted to hire a contractor who would work safely & effectively.
