Over the last couple months I have recommended him to different colleagues and even had our good friends hire him also as their general contractor for a large project. My mistake!! We were supposed to meet Mike one Monday and he no called/ no showed to us. We texted and called and even emailed him. Two weeks later we still haven't heard from the guy. We contacted his now former project manager who said she only lasted two weeks working for him which we found odd and is no longer an employee. We kept getting promised things such as our plans will be done on x date so we can submit to the city. He would come up with excuse after excuse. Well long story short, no progress has been made this last two months. This guy has gone MIA on us and our good friends! Absolutely zero communication with Mike. Stay far away from this "contractor". I wouldn't feel comfortable giving any money toward a project because he doesn't communicate with his clients. I would be up all night thinking he just ran away with our money! I wouldn't trust him at all!

There are a lot of trees in the neighborhood and leaves on the roof can stunt the live of the roof if not cleaned. Francisco not only took care of all the leaves on the roof he helped take them away.
