Jesse responded promptly along with a few other companies. While they mentioned not doing the other works since they specialise in roof jobs, we decided to give the Solar Panel cleaning to them. What instilled confidence to get them over were the all 5* reviews and the Yelp guarantee that came along. Jesse communicated through the Yelp messaging and we fixed the appointment. He came punctually, was thorough with his job, we also asked him if he could add to his services the blowing of the leaves etc. from the roof which he promptly agreed to (we also agreed for a separate fee for the added work). In about 90 minutes we were done. We feel great looking at our panels gleaming once again :) We are happy with the decision to have got E Sanchez roofing over for this project, infact have gotten into a regular maintenance contract. I would recommend you to try them if in need of roof work!

Walt Disney was once asked what he felt was most important that kept people coming back to…read moreDisneyland again and again. Even though they may have been there, done that, and bought more than a few t-shirts over the years, people still returned. He said that while "magic" was the main draw, the secret is to attend to all the details, make sure everything works, is clean and able to do whatever it's supposed to do. The same goes for most successful businesses, do it right and take nothing for granted. In this case it's the gutters on your roof that keep rain from going places where it's not supposed to go. If your roof isn't keeping things dry and without a doubt on your part, save yourself a lot of trouble and have Superior install seamless gutters and guards. In 2013 I decided it was time for a new roof on my house. I also decided it was time to quit risking my life every year cleaning out my old gutters. I had installed some DIY gutter guards on the old roof, the kind that work for maybe a year, then collapse like mine did. The guy I chose to install the roof recommended Superior Seamless for the gutters, which is how I met Cory when he prepared an estimate. He suggested I also have them install real, effective gutter guards that are securely attached no matter how hard the wind blows. The price was not only reasonable, it was well worth every dollar. I haven't climbed up on my roof since then... that's 12 years without a single drip or leak. Then came this year's first rainstorm, when one of the downspouts overflowed. The gutters seemed fine, but I called Cory and Jacob anyway to see what to do. In this case there was nothing wrong with the gutters or the guards, so not a problem that called upon their lifetime warranty, but they agreed to check it out anyway. Now to be clear, Superior isn't in the business of cleaning gutters. But when Jacob dropped by to check all the downspouts, he was kind enough to clear out the minor mounts of debris that had collected around some of the downspout openings over the past decade+. That is really incredible service. OK, so the business may not be as fun as Disneyland but Superior Seamless Gutters has something in common with it, in the way it operates. It's the same kind of business, with attention to details that people will come back to again, as I will if I live long enough to need another new roof and gutters on my house. Thanks, guys, you do things right.
