My wife and are expecting our first child and we told him that so we can stay on track with a schedule. We both have been wanting to do this project for sometime now. Over the last couple months I have recommended him to different colleagues and even had our good friends hire him also as their general contractor for a large project. My mistake!! We were supposed to meet Mike one Monday and he no called/ no showed to us. We texted and called and even emailed him. Two weeks later we still haven't heard from the guy. We contacted his now former project manager who said she only lasted two weeks working for him which we found odd and is no longer an employee. We kept getting promised things such as our plans will be done on x date so we can submit to the city. He would come up with excuse after excuse. Well long story short, no progress has been made this last two months. This guy has gone MIA on us and our good friends! Absolutely zero communication with Mike. Stay far away from this "contractor". I wouldn't feel comfortable giving any money toward a project because he doesn't communicate with his clients. I would be up all night thinking he just ran away with our money! I wouldn't trust him at all!

We made an appt for the very next week (9/4/15), David and his assistant showed up to our home on time and ready to go. We have a set of gutters along the side of the house that is on a zero-lot line. They couldn't go onto our neighbor's property to clean them out but they were able to accommodate us by cleaning those gutters by scooping the debris out by hand! Those particular gutter were pretty full so we understand how much work that was for them! They recommended crowns be installed in the downspouts which will really help keep leaves and sticky balls, of the tree next door, out of our gutters. They also recommended a few things they could do for a problem "waterfall" gutter we have near the front door which we truly appreciated as well. They were prompt, friendly, great communication & took less than an hour (we have a 1250 sq ft house, single story with gutters on all 4 sides) Very reasonable pricing & they also cleaned up from the mess the gutter cleaning left behind. We plan on having our gutters maintained annually from now on and will definitely be calling Nor Cal Maintenance again next fall!

I could not believe NorCal Dave would evening ask to change appointment for his haircut...WOW! Obviously, NorCal Dave did not want the job. Maybe when he looked that it was in Roseland he felt was not worth it or does not like the Roseland area. Just a story I told myself in my true disappointment with the unprofessional way this situation was treated. I see many 5 Stars for NorCal and sad to say not my experience and that just was only trying to make an appointment.

Sean picked up my phone call on a Saturday and quickly had a written bid to me. Greg came Tuesday and spent almost three hours applied a degreaser to the driveway and then pressure washed it with hot water. It took Greg about three rounds of this over several hours, but it looks great. I had texted Sean some "before" pictures and he let me know they could make it look better but that it was not likely they'd get all of the stains out. Greg somehow managed to get ALL of the large stains out. There is just a very faint tire track stain left. It's so much better than I thought it would be. Very impressive! Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I had asked him to clean the railings on our upper deck. He threw in cleaning the deck itself. I wish we had hired him to also do the lower deck railings and floor. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. I don't usually go to such lengths endorsing companies, but this one deserves every accolade I can give it!
