We did have to wait for his availability. I believe it was two to three weeks. He texted the day before to remind me of the visit. He was on time and brought a helper. Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. I don't usually go to such lengths endorsing companies, but this one deserves every accolade I can give it!

They even waited to present the bill at the end because they could see that I was on an important business call. Wow. My only complaint is that when I spoke to Nancy to get a quote, she didn't tell me that they charge a $35 surcharge to drive to my house. It was only when I called back to book the service that I was told. It didn't feel good, after the initial quote. I would have preferred being told the quote as well as the travel surcharge at the onset.
