We really enjoyed the work done by Miguel and his crew. We had some renovation work done to our new 100 yr old home, and was looking for cleaning service that would cover post construction cleaning. Miguel was extremely accommodating and polite. Scheduling was easy. The cleaning was thorough and we were amazed at the walk through. However after we moved in, we realised there were few small area that were missed, not enough to remove a star. Highly recommended, quality, and communication. read more

They did an INCREDIBLE job, and I'm still finding nice, clean surprises. Really professional, top-down deep clean. Beyond my expectations. Complete and thorough, everything gleams, It FEELS so good. To have the carpeted stairs shampooed and almost dry was amazing. And zero chemical/cleaner smell, just fresh. The team takes pride in their work and missed nothing. Also expert customer service, from my first inquiry to scheduling regular service. This is a very good company, start to finish, highly recommended. read more

What great service! I'm sorry I waited so long to deep clean my kitchen and bath! Sonomarin Cleaning got all the grunge the maids never touch. My kitchen and bath look like new. I recommend their regular deep cleaning as a supplement to standard service for all those surfaces and appliances that accumulate grease or soap residue Over time. The workers are pleasant, cheerful, and really hard working. Life is too short to waste weekends scrubbing range hoods and lining shelves, leave it to the pros!! Money well spent! read more

I could not have been happier with the deep cleaning service provided by SonoMarin Cleaning. From start to finish they were consummate professionals. Plus I had the added security of knowing they were licensed, bonded and insured. My phone inquiry was returned within 24 hours by the owner, Stanley Costa, who bent over backwards to accommodate my tight schedule. My team of cleaners worked tirelessly and expertly nonstop for 4-1/2 hours. Stanley followed up the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. SonoMarin accomplished what I had not been able to do for many years because of injuries. I feel like a weight has been lifted and am excited to enlist their help with other services they provide. My only regret is not calling them sooner! read more

I think they are great. Always on time, completely comfortable with them in my house and my house smells wonderful when they are done. Last cleaning they polished my kitchen cabinet doors and they seem to sparkle. They do more than the average clean and I appreciate the attention to detail. Love that I have had essentially the same team now for over a year. read more

I would highly recommend SonomaMarin Cleaning Service. The owner, Stanley, first came to our home for a detailed inspection along with a thoughtful interview about what I expected and desired. He very clearly outlined what would be cleaned and the manner in which it would be done and then reconfirmed my acceptance. In other words, he wanted to make sure we understood each other which I appreciated. The results have far exceed our expectations. Not only is our home clean, it feels good. The crew clearly takes a tremendous amount of pride in their work and it shows. Small details when cleaning a home are what makes the difference. I can tell the job is not rushed. There are enough people on-site to make sure nothing is missed. In addition, if I want to make any changes or ask for something extra, all I need to do is call dispatch (with enough notice) and it will be done. We are very happy customers! I had Sonomarin Cleaning service clean a rental house I was getting ready to sell. I had a specific list of things I wanted done in addition to the windows. I have to say the house was sparkling clean! I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I wish I could give Stanley 10 stars! He is the nicest man I have ever met and so accomodating! We were having a very difficult time scheduling due to the Passover Hoilday and Stanley bent over backwards for me and made it happen. His cleaning crew is amazing too! They actually clean. My house was spotless when they left (and they didn't rush out like everyone else does). I actually felt that they cared and took pride in their work, which is very hard to find nowadays. THANK YOU STANLEY AND CREW!!! read more

SonoMarin Cleaning is wonderful. Today, they cleaned my house for the first time. A super job. I'll definitely keep using them. Since this was their first time here, they did a deep cleaning. (They even cleaned all the spice jars on the spice rack!) My house has never been this clean. The workers were friendly and very conscientious. The owner Stanley Costa is great. Please consider them. read more

Incredible Post Construction Clean Up! We contacted Sonomarin for a quote for a post construction clean up. We had INCHES of concrete dust in EVERY part of our home: floor, cupboards, ceilings, blinds, shelves, closets, bathtub, nooks, crannies, simply EVERYWHERE. It was so disgusting that I couldn't bear to walk in to our house (which we had just purchased). We interviewed four companies. I was most confident with Stanley's plan of attack, air compressor to blow dust off wooden slatted ceilings, etc, wait until that dust settled, and then go in for the major cleaning. It was not cheap but MAN! were we so pleased! No concrete dust remained, anywhere. If you have a rough job to tackle, please call Sonomarin and get a quote! You will not be disappointed. read more

Lousy. Extremely overpriced. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau with 15 specific examples of things that they did wrong or didn't do (even though they were written on the service contract by owner, Stanley Costa.) They broke three items (a porcelain dish, a lamp and a hanging picture) and we only had them about 6 times- long enough to find someone else. Two of the women spoke no English, were extremely slow workers and always worked side-by-side so they could talk. One was particularly unfriendly. They would talk on their cell phones and once went outside to talk to a personal trainer they had just hired. Their work is good but no better than anyone else's. Go to GYN Cleaners and Claudia and Eber will do an outstanding job. They actually look for dirt, dust, fingerprints, hair, etc, rather than just do only what is necessary and obvious. read more

Professional cleaning by a pleasant, on time and efficient crew. Excellent supervision by owner Stanley Costa who met ahead of time and outlined cleaning needs in detail. Crew was able to clean and polish things that appeared impossible to clean. A very positive experience well worth the cost. read more

I have been a customer for well over 12 years and I can't say enough good things about the entire company...I have never been disappointed. The crews are very thorough and don't miss a thing. They are very punctual and have never missed a scheduled time. The house is cleaned from top to bottom. Crews are very pleasant people that take pride in their work. Office staff are wonderful too. It's an all around great business. read more

They REALLY clean!!! First time I've been very impressed with a cleaning company. Feel like we could eat off any surface of the house. They cleaned everywhere, even the sides of the oven! read more

I honestly wish I could give this company a 6 star rating...they're amazing! We hired Sonomarin to do a thorough cleaning of our house after messy construction had left behind dust and fiberglass insulation everywhere. The cleaning crew arrived right on time, they were super friendly and the owner was even there to explain the whole situation to them. Our house had become very disorganized because of all of the work that had happened prior to their arrival. Not only did they clean the house impeccably, but they also somehow starightened up things in the way I would have myself. They FAR exceeded our expectations in every way! If you need regular cleaning or deep cleaning I couldn't imagine a better option than this service. read more

The team that cleaned our house did a phenomenal job....they were delightful, bright, charming young people. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks for all your help! read more

It's been over a year since we started our relationship with SonoMarin Cleaning, and we couldn't be happier! Last April, we contacted SonoMarin and set an appointment with the proprietor, Stanley Costa. He came to our house and spent over an hour walking our home and specifying what services he thought would be most cost effective. SonoMarin is a truly professional organization, and you can trust Stanley's opinion for an appropriate schedule of services. SonoMarin offers various a la carte services (like blind cleaning or refrigerator steam cleaning) that can be added in regularly or on an as-needed basis. The crew of 3 comes monthly and the house is simply spectacular upon their departure! They use Ecolab products and the house not only looks & smells clean, it FEELS clean; we can't even do a job this well ourselves! Not a single item has been broken, nor turned up missing, and we are rarely home when the crew is there. Their scheduler, Miguel, is polite, timely, and efficient when communicating. As a regular customer, you are provided a year-long schedule of visits, and SonoMarin's commitment to paying their staff regularly requires you to keep these appointments or request a change far in advance; no biggie, really. The crew is usually comprised of the same team members, who really get to know your house and keep the smallest details in mind every visit. We have been through half a dozen cleaning services throughout the years, all claiming to be thorough and professional, but all of them seem to fizzle out and start ignoring cleaning tasks, eventually over-taxing our tolerance. I can assure you SonoMarin consistently performs as well as they do on Day 1 with never any reduction in thoroughness or care. You may find the pricing of SonoMarin excessive, but one visit a mointh is all that's required to keep our house in a perfect state, and if we divide that by 4, it's less than some of the other subpar services that visited weekly! If you really want a service that treats your home better than even you could, give SonoMartin a call; there's really no one else; we've tried! You'll discover their Diamond Quality rating is most certainly well deserved. read more

I was tasked with arranging a deep cleaning on short notice, and Sonomarin Cleaning Service came through. Their back office operations are super-professional -- prompt, friendly and efficient service. They bent over backwards to send a cleaning crew who did an incredible job. Highly recommended!!
