Shower floor - a primary focus area - was left with more scrub work to do. Other focus areas needed more work. When I requested completion I got run around about not spending more time. It then became clear the focus of the service was on cash and profit rather than quality of work. My phone blew up with follow up on payment. The contact didn't understand the proper sequence of invoice then pay then receipt issue. Refused to even invoice before payment initially. I promptly paid by Zelle after invoice but my phone still blew up with more request for payment status. I'd stay away unless you are good with the landscaping equivalent of "Mow blow and go".
