Amparo and Isabel did an amazing job cleaning my house. They fit me in at the last minute, with a house that needed a lot more work than they estimated, and they made it beautiful. The price was affordable, too. Bless you! The ceiling fans, window sills, and blinds were especially bad, but they all look great now.

I think the pictures speak for themselves. We hired Noemi's Cleaning for a deep cleaning because of the 5 star reviews. She was prompt in responding and scheduling, however I am not sure anyone even went. She claims that she had two workers for four hours. I spent one hour after they were there and did far more than what was claimed to have been done. I paid $450 trusting that the work was complete. She offered to have cleaners return, but I had to have it done right away so did it myself. VERY disappointed and only refunded $100. She refused to give me a full refund. I also offered a review of integrity for refunding full price, but she opted for a negative review instead. I have more photos, but can't upload--suffice it to say that the entirety of the house was not cleaned. I'm sorry to have trusted this business. I put in for a Yelp refund as it was guaranteed. read more

Noemi and her crew were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them! She was very responsive to my Yelp request for service and was able to do the day and time I requested. I had just purchased a new home and it needed a deep clean. In fact, I was quite sad when I first walked through my house after the seller's moved out--it was filthy. But when I returned after Noemi and her crew did their magic, I was thrilled and back in love with my house! They got every nook and cranny and did an excellent job--I am so grateful! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Noemi. We agreed through YELP messaging that she would meet me at my vacation home at a particular time. The day before I emailed, texted and left a voice message on her phone (twice) confirming that I would be there and saying that I could only be contacted on my land line (no service available). She did not show up and the next day I discovered that 5 hours after she was supposed to be there she emailed me to say that we had not confirmed. Later she claimed her assistant failed to give her my phone message. Part of good business is having reliable communication. To be clear I am not reviewing her ability to clean rather her inability to run her business in a manner that will allow people to hire her. Definitely will not try to use them again. read more

After years of recovering from storm damage, flooding, and asbestos removal, my son moving back home bringing his possessions into a house that already had too much stuff, and some unfinished remodeling projects with boxes everywhere, the house was such a mess I was frankly embarrassed to even hire someone to clean it. We aren't particularly dirty people, but things pile up. I came to Yelp seeking relief. Out of all the responses, I chose Noemi based on her 5-star review from a long term client and her 5-star review from a deep cleaning client. I hired her to do a deep clean on my home. She and her assistant arrived early in the morning and got straight to work. Despite the house looking more like a storage unit than a home, they did an excellent job. They worked nonstop for 5 hours. The house looks and feels clean for the first time in ages. I will be having them back regularly. read more

hello, I will be brief , the beginning of my house cleaning business began when my children and I were going through a difficult economic situation, I have always been concerned about the well-being of children and I said to myself? Why not help families to spend more time with their husbands and children helping to clean their houses and they help me to cover the expenses of my house. I promptly paid by Zelle after invoice but my phone still blew up with more request for payment status. I'd stay away unless you are good with the landscaping equivalent of "Mow blow and go".

We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote…read more -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us

Very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. The two cleaners were at my home for less than 1.5 hours, and they failed to complete basic, essential tasks like dusting and wiping down mirrors and furniture throughout my home. For example, instead of folding the extra blankets that were on top of my bed, they simply dumped them on the bench at the foot of the bed. This was unacceptable. Moreover, the cleaners left while I was in the backyard, missing the opportunity to contact me with any concerns about their work. Their choice not to do so suggests they were aware of the subpar job they performed. I have read similar reviews and regret not paying more attention to them. No one should have to settle for less than what they pay for, and this experience has reaffirmed the importance of choosing service providers carefully. Obtaining money was more important to them than work integrity. read more
