I am so happy I chose Environmental Cleaning Services! Not only did I receive a prompt and professional reply but the home cleaning service I got was above and beyond! Beforehand, I was introduced to Lupe and Adan to review my home and we addressed my needs and concerns. I was throughly impressed by the overall results and I have already scheduled for them to return! I am most happy with how my home looks and it smells beautiful! The family owned cleaning service company Environmental Cleaning Services, exceeded my expectations. The communication was responsive, the price was more than fair and the actual cleaning itself exceeded my expectations. I will only trust them with my cleaning in the future! read more

Lupe and her partner did a full 5 bedroom move-out cleaning. Our place was a mess. They came in and did a great job. We didn't see the results until after Lupe left. My wife was literally walking around our new house seeing their praises. They even packed the dishes in the dishwasher we forgot along with a carefully wrapped turkey wishbone we had drying (and forgot). We have already line them up with a friend who is also moving. Thank you Lupe! David and Tanya read more

I am so glad I found this cleaning service! They were responsive to my requests. My mom was raving about how well they did cleaning her bathroom (the shower/tub was old too). The price for the cleaning was a bargain. We plan to use their services in the future. read more

Miguel and his team have done two move-out cleans for me and left the whole house absolutely sparkling. Everything from the baseboards to the bathtubs to the fridge to the windows are immaculate. I'm proud to leave the house not only ready for the owner to see it but also ready for the next tenants. Worth every penny and feels very reasonable. read more

I'm not one to really write reviews but wanted to give a huge shout out to Environmental Cleaning Services! I found them on Yelp, messaged them inquiring about their services & they responded almost immediately! We scheduled an appointment for a walk through, they were on time, very professional & kind, they asked what I'd like to have cleaned & asked what I'd like them to pay more attention too. They provided me with the amount that evening. I have had 2 cleanings done by them & each time has been amazing!! Their customer service is excellent, their cleaning is amazing, their attention to detail is outstanding, they went & continue to go above and beyond my expectations & the pricing is in our budget, it's actually better than other companies out there. I've used a larger cleaning corporation before & didn't get the service I've received from this company! I highly recommend Environmental Cleaning Services!! Our home is immaculate, pricing is perfect, communication is excellent! Thank you Environmental Cleaning Services for who you are & what you do! read more

These guys did a great job! It was a little difficult to get in touch with them, but worth it in the end.

These women did an amazing job! My home needed so much help, I work full time with kids sports on the weekends which leaves little time to deep clean. They came beforehand to see the home and give me an estimate. The day of the cleaning they left my home sparkling. Every room from ceiling to floor. I'm signing up for bi-weekly cleaning now. Fair pricing and amazing service! Now I have time to spend with family or tackle other projects around the home. I absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for efficient and thorough cleaning. read more

I've had several house cleaners throughout the years but I've got to say this business is a joke. Between the daughter who does the initial walk through and quotes an absurd amount of money for the "initial" deep clean and overpriced fees for routine cleaning, not following through with scheduled date/time and especially sloppy work. I am very particular and if I'm paying for a service, I expect it to be done and done properly. Not the case with this company. I was very specific when the daughter initially came. Wanted the basic cleaning but wanted it done thoroughly. Stairs to be vacuumed, dusted stairwell, couch cushions to be vacuumed as well as a standard home cleaning. Asked for my floors to be vacuumed prior to mopping (pet hair) nothing out of the ordinary. Simply a job in which should be done if you have a clue on how to clean. The last time they cleaned my home, stairs weren't touched, couch cushions, lack of dusting practically the entire downstairs was as if it hadn't been touched. I have surveillance cameras in my home and watched the two chat up a storm in my living room. My floors were practically untouched. I got home and immediately noticed my floors. Swept my living room and kitchen literally after they left from cleaning and the attached photos show what they left behind. I sent these photos to the daughter and it was as if she didn't believe me. Offered me a discount of 20$ on my next cleaning. So insulting. That last cleaning wasn't worth a cent. I asked for a different crew but she said it'd be the same two people so I don't believe they're staffed as the daughter claims. Their first cleaning was somewhat decent but after that, forget it. They are in and out in a flash and overlook what they think we won't notice. Personally, they need younger staff and cleaning homes is a physical job so I suggest she find a different profession rather than rip people off because she can't physically do the job. Lastly, I offered to give them one more chance after being specific about my expectations. We set the date and the daughter told me the night prior it wasn't do-able and only because I texted to confirm the time. I wouldn't have heard from her otherwise. Extremely unprofessional and very dishonest crew. What a scam. A total nightmare and waste of time and money! read more

Lupe and her daughter Mirabel are fantastic to communicate with. Quick, clear, and lovely. They gave me a fair quote, confirmed the type of products they use and sent me before and after photos. While the team was there, they reached out with questions and overall this made me feel like they weren't just trying to finish the job, rather they were aiming at getting to know the space and meeting my expectations. Job well done and will certainly hire them again and recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Absolutely wonderful team from the scheduling to the actual cleaning itself. Very pleasant to speak with and have in my home. Bathrooms are spotless, shower doors, tub, etc.. I am so happy with my cleaning! Marivel is a very good communicator. Upon her visit I enjoyed chatting with her Father, and her team members are friendly, trustworthy and do beautiful quality work. I have dust and mold allergies, so I had them perform a John Banta style "top down" cleaning, which involves first HEPA vacuuming all the ceilings and walls of the home, followed by a very light soap moistened anti static dusting cloth wipe down of the ceiling and wall surfaces. The final part is to HEPA vacuum the floors to remove any particles that fell or redistributed in the process. (Helpful tip: I chose to go to Home Depot and buy disposable plastic drop cloths which I used to cover all the beds and any fabric covered furniture... so those did not have to all be re-cleaned). This style of cleaning is laborious and detailed work, but they did an excellent job and my house is just airy and sparkling clean now. I highly recommend Marivel and her team, and I encourage others with allergy or health issues to consider this type of cleaning treatment for their own homes. read more

I loved this company the first two times they cleaned my home I paid extra to have my dishes washed by hand I asked not to put my dishes in the dishwasher because it was broken on three separate occasions they put dirty dishes in the dishwasher after I asked them not to The last time they washed my dishes they put them away with food oil and water on them and my baby's bottles smelled bad They threw all my stuff under the sink Total disaster it was a nightmare I was so upset they gave me a free cleaning and reassured me things would get better i kept this company 2 more times I like the way they did floors and folded my laundry I had to hire another company to clean the things that they couldn't do correctly so I had to cut some services and cost so I can pay another company unfortunately this company charges way too much for what they do I do give them to Starr's because every time I had an issue the cleaning lady's daughter wouldn't try to resolve the problem and try to work through the errors The employees did she did try to keep her clients satisfied which I strongly believe in good customer service however the integrity of the work was not worth what they wanted to charge especially since I had to hire another company after I was reassured that they could handle my request from the very beginning read more

Hiring Environmental Cleaning Services to clean my house every other week is some of the best money I ever spent! We have two people with full-time jobs and two cats sharing a house. Despite many hours cleaning on the weekends, I couldn't stay on top of the cleaning. Now my house is cleaner than it ever was before, and my weekends are freed up for other activities. Environmental Cleaning Services is easy to work with, flexible with the cleaning schedule, and the cost is very reasonable. Best of all, they do a great job!
