I was so happy with the deep cleaning job that Nataly's team did at our house. When I walked in the whole place just felt so fresh and shining. They did an especially good job on our hardwood floors, which cover almost all of our 1700 square-foot house. They also cleaned all of the shutters on our French doors and windows, which was a lot! I don't have a lot of experience hiring a service to do a deep clean, so I can't speak to how the price compares to others. They don't do a very thorough cleaning even for their deep cleaning option. Nataly may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to respond. They left many broken blinds and even some bleached footprints on our carpets. read more

Nataly came out to my house to give me an estimate on a one-time move-out cleaning job. She was very nice, took notes and seemed interested. She said she would email me with a quote and that she was available the following Tuesday (5 days later). When I did not hear back from her after two days I emailed her and texted her and never heard another word. She should have told me upfront if she didn't want the job. I met her crew for the first time in October and they did a great job getting our home cleaned up after the smoke came through with the fires in the North Bay. Since the first cleaning, I have had her team come back a few times as I have guests staying in my Petaluma home while I am traveling. It has been a team of three amazing ladies who are very reliable and have made the home spotless each time. The price seems to be on-point. I have never had a housecleaning service before so wasn't sure what to expect. After receiving quotes from a few different providers through the convenient Yelp home services link, it was clear Nataly's pricing was competitive. The initial cleaning was a bit of a "gulp", though after that the monthly or twice monthly fees seem reasonable. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Nataly's Cleaning services is truly the best cleaning service that we have ever used (and we have used a variety in different cities over the years). We found them on yelp (thank you!) and have been using them regularly to clean our vacation rental in Bodega Bay for nearly a year. Before hiring them, we spoke to several other services, because we needed someone that we could trust, who was flexible (we often have last-minute bookings or changes), and who would (of course) do a great job. Nataly's Cleaning has done all that and more. They stood out when we contacted them initially, and we could not be happier. They are incredibly responsive when we need to make changes, and have gone out of their way numerous times to accommodate last-minute cleanings. They also look after the house -- if something is broken, stained, or missing, they let us know. They are incredibly trustworthy, which is something we value very highly. Nataly, just as importantly, is very nice. She is always sweet when responding to requests, and we've never had any issues with her girls showing up on time or as requested. We've had multiple compliments from guests about how clean the house is, which is entirely a tribute to her and her girls -- especially for a beach house, that regularly hosts children. As part of her services, her girls do the laundry, any dishes, set out towel, make the beds, and make sure the house is ready for the next guests. Her rates are very reasonable and certainly comparable to all the other quotes that we received. We can't imagine trusting anyone else with our house. They don't complain about the travel to Bodega Bay, and they always do an excellent job -- we have multiple cleanings a month, so can absolutely vouch for their consistency and excellent service. Very disappointed with my experience. I found this business on Yelp and I was very inspired by all of the good reviews. Everything started out great, very fast communication. Originally I asked about the cost of a deep clean and explained that some renters were moving out of the house we were purchasing and would not have time to clean. Nataly said to do a move out deep clean would be like $350 and that a regular cleaning is like $150. I was good with that because when we did a walk through prior to move out the house had a ton of dust and had not been cleaned in awhile. I scheduled the cleaning with no problems. When we moved in we were pleasantly surprised-the house was pretty clean!! I didn't cancel the cleaning because it still needed a basic cleaning. The day of the cleaning a few women showed up, none of them were Nataly which is fine but I would have liked to know. None of them women spoke English, one had some very basic English but only using business related verbiage. As I walked through the house with the one gal the other women were talking about how they could do the house very fast and maybe didn't even need to mop. They did not realize I understood their conversation so I made a point of explaining that I was looking for a very thorough job as I was still expecting to be charged $350 for a deep clean. I left the house and 1.5 hours later my fiancé called and said they were already done. Right away I was mad because my mom used to own a cleaning business and a true deep clean can not be done in 1.5 hours. Nevertheless I returned home and paid the $350. After two days of thinking about it I emailed the owner and explained that I was very frustrated because my house did not receive the deep cleaning I paid for nor did it get the basic cleaning. The blinds were still dusty from previous owners, the floors were not mopped, the stovetop had some crumbs on it and the windowsills had dust!!!! For $350?????? Nataly wrote me back and said this expensive price tag is just for a first time cleaning not a deep clean (doesn't even make sense) and never attempted any further communication or resolution. Nataly's employees do an awesome job! I've gone through several house cleaning services over the years and her crews attention to detail far exceeds the others. The other companies have skimped over my kids playroom. Where Nataly's team takes the time to move the toys and sweep under them. They wipe down their table and kitchen furniture. In the past I've come home to dirty window sills but that has not happened since I hired Nataly. They even sweep under my couches and vacuum under the cushion of my window seat! They're a little pricey. I pay $230 for a once a month cleaning. With other businesses I was only charged $150-$200. But I understand it is expensive to live here in the Bay Area and Nataly needs to pay her employees livable wages. And because they do such a fantastic job I'm willing to pay the price! read more

Not only did they get there and went straight to work, but they had the entire place CLEAN and smelling GOOD in no time; stayed in that townhome for 10 years. OMG, what a awful experience. I would give minus stars if I could. I had asked them to come clean my empty 696 sf apartment after moving out. Very little to do, but wanted to get my deposit back. She had 3 gals come out, which is way too many, but thought it shouldn't take long at all. The main focus was kitchen and bathroom and blinds. I get a message that they are done about 1 1/2 hours after start, which I knew would be about the right timing with 3 people cleaning. I asked if I could get a break on the fee she quoted, but that was a big NO. I go in to inspect. The place looks the same as when I left. They did not clean the oven, still spots everywhere. The stainless steel sink is scummy, it didn't look that bad when I left. The bathroom, still grime in the tracks on the shower door. The shower door wasn't even scrubbed. The toilet still had a ring in it, which if they had a pumas stone would of been easy to get rid of. The sink wasn't clean. So I ask them to go over it again. Seems no one speaks English so it was hard to communicate. After a second attempt it still looked bad. I spent $280 on a cleaning job that was not worth it at all! I would never recommend or use them again! read more

I have to say, when I first walked into the house after Nataly was done cleaning it, I was impressed. However, when I really started looking around, I changed my mind. This was a very mediocre cleaning job at best. She told me the baseboards had been cleaned, they had not. I found cobwebs in corners, dust on all the baseboards, and she did not polish the kitchen cabinets. Obviously, I'm not a great cleaner. I hired this company based on Yelp reviews because I would like to get my deposit back. But, I feel pretty let down, by Yelp and by Nataly. I would not recommend this company nor would I use them again. I really went back and forth over two stars or threes. I will say that the bathrooms really sparkled. Too bad they couldn't show the same attention to the rest of the house. I just took another star away because my wife just walked in after inspecting the house. None of the drawers in the kitchen were wiped down. It's really kind of like we paid these three ladies $150 to come in and clean two bathrooms and mop the floors. I've had to stop being so uptight about it since I decided to have someone clean my house because I didn't think I could expect someone to do as thorough of a job as I do (picking things up, cleaning behind things, getting in all the corners, etc). We used a different house cleaner at our other house, and when we moved I took the opportunity to try to find someone I would be happier with. It was an invaluable service for us when we were barely able to grocery shop or do normal basic things. After they'd leave, the house smelled amazing and fresh, the baseboards and dusting was done, and they are very detail-oriented.
