We had someone come out with carpet samples and to measure for a quote…read more -The quote provided indicated that the square footage was much higher than the other two companies we ended up getting quotes from and since the charge is per square foot it added a ton to the total. -I noticed that the quote included the cost to take out carpet in all rooms but there were two rooms that had no carpet to be taken out. -We asked for help picking a carpet to install and it turns out the one recommended does not meet any of our needs and would have been a big problem. -Then he said the carpet would be ordered and could be installed the next week since we were in a rush. 5 days later he hadn't ordered the carpet and we started shopping other companies. -The quote said that if we are talking to any companies let them know since they would beat or match reasonable competitive quotes but once I mentioned we were shopping around the guy stopped responding and I'm glad he did so we didn't get stuck overpaying for a carpet that isn't right for us

I own a small fitness studio here in Santa Rosa called Team LP Fitness Playground…read more Twice a year, during holiday weekends that turn into three-day breaks, I set aside time to deep-clean my studio, including the carpets. Thanksgiving weekend is one of my favorite times for this. In the past, I've contacted a couple of local companies to handle the carpet cleaning, but they weren't available to come out on the Friday after Thanksgiving. So, I turned to Google and discovered Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, a family-owned, local business. I reached out to Martin, the owner, who gave me a competitive quote over the phone. He happily scheduled a visit for the day after Thanksgiving. Martin and his wife, Christina, arrived exactly when they promised. In just an hour and a half, they completely transformed my studio carpets, making them look cleaner, brighter, and even better than when they were last cleaned. Thank you, Martin and Christina, for delivering outstanding service on this holiday weekend! I'm excited to give Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning 5 STARS and strongly recommend them to local gyms, businesses, and homeowners. I believe you'll be just as happy with their service as I am!

I was going to give 2 stars based on politeness & them offering to return. But then after all the…read moreuntrue accusations, it dropped to 1. Initial call the guy was asking unrelated questions such as, if I was the owner or tenant, what the landlords name was, etc. Later he called to request a different time, which i accomodated. Day of appt, tech called 40 mins early stating he was there are we good to start then? I said no. I was actually going to call & request they come at 2 or later. (We had initially agreed on arrival time of 1330-1400.) He starts repeatedly asking me what i was doing & where i was going (i had told him i had a couple things to do). Then he starts w/an assertive tone & says they were scheduled between 1 & 2 (which was inaccurate. It was 1330-1400). At first he said he had nothing going on-does he have time to get food. I said yeah , let me finish this 1 thing & Ill call u. then he changed & said he's not gonna wait around all afternoon, i'll see u at 1330. I said probably not, but Ill be there when I get there. At that point I lost confidence in their ability to complete the job. So i immediately called him back, told him i was cancelling the service, he acknowledged & i hung up. Then they start repeatedly texting/calling wanting to return, which I ignored. Even two days later, I got a voicemail claiming I stood them up, never called, and left their worker idle -- none of which is accurate. I cancelled immediately and communicated that cancellation directly. My time was wasted & it cost me extra money too.

AVOID this company if you expect professionalism or basic respect…read more Chris gave me one of the most disrespectful service experiences I've ever had. The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
