Kudos & Applause for quality, timely & affordable carpet cleaning and tile cleaning & sealing!! I had several high traffic carpet areas that desperately needed cleaning (some were soiled - see before & after pics). And the white tile in kitchen, entry & bathrooms too that was so showing its age. Let me tell you: I will call Juan again & again to help. The work made all those areas look nearly new again! read more

Dependable . On time. Good value for cost. Family owned and operated. I felt comfortable with them in my home.

Quick response time. Affordable. High quality! My new couch cleaning service I called and was able to get an appointment to get my couch cleaned within a week. They showed up on time and the cleaning only lasted a few hours. The noise level was fairly minimal and didn't interfere with my working from home. My couch is huge and I am happy to report they did a great job. I am so impressed that next time I am going to get some area rugs cleaned as well. Fair warning: when you get your couch cleaned be prepared to keep off of it for a day or until it fully dries. read more

Angel Care was absolutely fantastic. The carpet was clean, really clean! Juan was personable and professional.

About the third time I have used this company to clean my sofa, dining room chairs, carpet and area rugs. In each instance the outcome is really good- this time he easily cleaned some odd stain that showed up on my sofa. Sofa, chairs, carpet and area rugs all cleaned and looking refreshed. Add that to reasonable rates, service with a smile and fast, reliable scheduling and I am one satisfied customer who recommends the company without reservation. read more

I was referred by another company that had good Yelp reviews. I called the first company and explained that I needed a repair. My anxiety ridden dog had torn the carpet away from underneath the door and there was a frayed edge and missing carpet along the entire doorway. He explained that "Juan will do a better job" on this particular repair. So I called him and like the other Yelpers, I was impressed that he came out the same day! The repair is so well done that I can't even see the seam--it is a long pile so that helps, too. A+ for courteous service. A+ for quality service. A+ for timely service. A+ for reasonable price ($130 for an approximately 2' x 6" section replaced, fused, and installed). read more

I would definitely recommend Juan and his services read more

If I could give no stars I would. How can a company take your call for carpet cleaning and you set an appointment, all for them to flake out on the day they are supposed to show? I drove all the way from Oakland to Antioch to have my carpets cleaned out an apartment I moved out of, only for Angels to pull a no show. A phone call would have been a good idea. I do not recommend this company to anyone, because this speaks highly on how they treat their customers. They could care less about wasting their customer/potential customer time. You just lost a customer..... read more

I had an excellent experience using Angel Care. Juan was extremely detail oriented and took the time to explain the tools and process that he uses. He took the job on short notice, showed up right on time, and worked quickly. The carpet looks amazing (see the photo of the stairs that I uploaded!) and we'll definitely call him next time! read more

I haven't had my carpets cleaned for over 7 years because I thought they were just too stained--was waiting to replace them. We have guests coming to stay so I thought a little better would be nice but WOW, Juan did an amazing job! They are beautiful! Only a few spots left--like 2% of what was there and I am thrilled! If we had known what caused the stain, he could have tried something from his varied sprays. He has an amazing spray for urine, great for pet owners. Thanks Juan! read more

I was searching for a reliable carpet & sofa cleaner in my area. I liked the name of his company & decided to give him a call! Juan text me and was very pleasant. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come in just a few days! I was very happy with the work he did on my large sectional and getting the spots out of my carpets. I will definitely keep his number for next time my house needs the carpets cleaned! He is a Christian and will not rip you off! I am so glad I found his company. read more

I had my carpets cleaned by Angel Carpet Care and Upholstery last week and I couldn't be happier with the them! Juan is the Owner and is a lovely man, who quoted me a fair price. Him and Walter arrived on time, and were able to clean my carpets beautifully! And let me tell you, they were super dirty because they hadn't been cleaned in four years! I had a crazy melted lollipop stuck to the carpet in the corner of my son's room, that I was embarrassed about, but Juan got that right out and told me not to feel bad.... Yeah, they've got different squirt bottles, depending on the stain they're working on, which I guess leads me to my next point: They treat difficult stains individually and DO AN AMAZING JOB! Usually, when I get my carpets cleaned, the stains come back within days. It's actually been a week and a half since Angel was here, and my carpets still look terrific! read more

Angel Carpet care did a great job for me. My tile floors in the bathrooms look like new. They were able to remove a stain from a dark green carpet that I have not been able to get out for years. They were timely, super friendly, efficient, and tidy. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I had Angel Care Carpet Service's clean my carpets and a couch and they did a great job! They were prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for your upholstery and carpet needs. I won't use anyone else to clean my carpets from here on out. I don't hesitate to rate them a 10 out of 10! read more

I started using this service three years ago and I won't use anyone else! I use them two to three times a years and not only do they do a great job cleaning my carpets, they are trust-worthy individuals, which is most (if not more) important to me! Highly recommend this service! read more

Extremely pleased with Angel Care Carpet. Juan came on the same day I called to give me an estimate as I also had a repair issue. He quoted me a great price and was able to do the work the next day. Our carpet is 4 years old and started buckling up in one of the hallways. He was able to stretch it and it looks beautiful again. Juan is very professional and we will definitely use their service again. read more

Angel Care came on the same day I called and cleaned my couch and carpet in less than two hours. My light sage-colored, microfiber couch now looks brand new! I've had it cleaned once in the past by another company and was not satisfied with the work. In fact, the couch looked worse after they cleaned it, so I had reservations when I called Angel Care. They assured me they could clean the couch properly and they did a great job. I also have two dogs, and the carpet looks and smells really clean. I will use them again. read more

Today was the second time I've had Juan and Walter to work at my house. The first time was to get some stains out of upholstery. This time was to clean an area rug and carpeted stairs. What a great job they do, leaving everything looking like new. The bonus comes when Juan explains tricks and tips for keeping it that way. For example, he said never to try to clean cotton upholstery with water as a circle remains where the fabric was wet. Now I know for next time, but he got the ring out anyway. Prompt, personable and efficient. Great team! read more

Angel Care did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets before my open house and many of the visiting parties commented on how good the carpets looked. Juan and his team are professionals and they do excellent work. Thanks Angel Care! read more

Angel Care just cleaned two rooms of my parents wall to wall carpets and did a perfect and efficient job. The two men that worked it were personable and fun to talk with. I'm now walking on the carpet barefoot and can feel the clean difference. read more

We have used Angel Care carpet cleaning for the past 8 years. We have two large dogs which have had accidents from time to time; as well as 6 children. Can you imagine the spills and abuse our carpet has gone through over the years? Juan and his son's have always done a great job, cleaning up after all of us. The carpets look great and he even cleaned the carpets in my minivan this time. The price for taking care of my 3300 sq. foot home has always been fair as well. I will not use anyone else; even if it is a little cheaper with a competitor. I don't have to worry about any of my stuff going missing or how the job is going to turn out. I would refer them to anyone who wants a quality job done, for a fair price and doesn't want to worry if your personal belongings are going to still be there when they are done. Great job Angel Care. Thanks again for a job well done. read more

I've used Angel Care several times and they've always done a great job. Juan is wonderful with getting the thought spots out. I have a white carpet and there were black spots in two different areas, I thought I was going to have to live with them, but Juan got them out! I definitely recommend Angel Care for your carpet cleaning needs. read more

Unprofessional and they used water from neighborhood residents without their permission in order to clean houses that are on sale. I do not recommend this company ever. read more

Angel and his son did a really great job for cleaning a room in my house! They were very kind, friendly, and got the job done quickly. The whiteness of the carpet was restored and the room smells fresh. I would highly, highly recommend! read more

I had my couch cleaned by this company about a month ago. When I first scheduled the appointment, Juan was so kind over the phone and was able to get us in right away. We just moved into a new place and our couch was disgusting from our dogs and from having sat in storage the last year. I had originally scheduled with another company that was highly recommended on Yelp, but they ended up no-showing/no-calling me, and when I called them they gave me some BS excuse about upgrading their van (lol wth?). To be honest, I'm glad they did because Juan was very nice and profesional. The day of my appointment, he called me a couple hours early notifying me that he completed his first appointment earlier than anticipated and that he could come to our house next if I was available. You don't know how much I appreciate that! So of course I said yes! When he arrived, he had a business card and company magnet in hand when I opened the door. That helped put me at ease since I am a female and was home alone. He got started right away and before I knew it, he made my couch like new again! Not only was he more professional than the originally company I was booked with, but he was also less expensive. read more

We had our carpets cleaned today by Angel Care. They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgable. They gave us a quick estimate that was VERY reasonable, helped us move some furniture items, and got to work right away. They were finished in 1 1/2 hours which was exactly the time frame they had quoted us. The job they did was fantastic! Every stain is gone and they even helped us get rid of some discoloring due to frequent walking paths. We are very pleased and will be using them again. I highly recommend Angel Care! read more

Juan has cleaned our carpets many times over the years. We have used him on three different homes. One time he also did the mats and upholstery in our car. He told me before he started that some of the stains would not come out but that he could make them a little lighter. I appreciate his honesty and his price. read more

Juan and his son cleaned our antique Chinese carpet, and did a fabulous job. They cleaned the carpet in place, moving several pieces of furniture first. The carpet was cleaned where it is, on top of our oak floors, and there was not a hint of moisture on the flooring. The whole experience was easy and convenient and the carpet looks great. Thanks, Angel Care. read more

We truly enjoyed working with Juan from Angel Care. He explained what they were doing, came for an assessment and were flexible with the scheduling and pricing. They came early and were very efficient. They took time over a particularly rough stain and treated it twice. They were fast and they left the carpets much cleaner after they were done. Chemicals used were good and were not too offensive to the little ones. Will definitely call the company again for any carpet cleaning needs. read more
