Quick response time. Affordable. High quality! My new couch cleaning service I called and was able to get an appointment to get my couch cleaned within a week. They showed up on time and the cleaning only lasted a few hours. The noise level was fairly minimal and didn't interfere with my working from home. My couch is huge and I am happy to report they did a great job. I am so impressed that next time I am going to get some area rugs cleaned as well. I was referred by another company that had good Yelp reviews. I called the first company and explained that I needed a repair. My anxiety ridden dog had torn the carpet away from underneath the door and there was a frayed edge and missing carpet along the entire doorway. He explained that "Juan will do a better job" on this particular repair. So I called him and like the other Yelpers, I was impressed that he came out the same day! The repair is so well done that I can't even see the seam--it is a long pile so that helps, too. A+ for courteous service. A+ for quality service. A+ for timely service. If I could give no stars I would. How can a company take your call for carpet cleaning and you set an appointment, all for them to flake out on the day they are supposed to show? I drove all the way from Oakland to Antioch to have my carpets cleaned out an apartment I moved out of, only for Angels to pull a no show. A phone call would have been a good idea. I do not recommend this company to anyone, because this speaks highly on how they treat their customers. They could care less about wasting their customer/potential customer time. Yeah, they've got different squirt bottles, depending on the stain they're working on, which I guess leads me to my next point: They treat difficult stains individually and DO AN AMAZING JOB! Today was the second time I've had Juan and Walter to work at my house. The first time was to get some stains out of upholstery. This time was to clean an area rug and carpeted stairs. What a great job they do, leaving everything looking like new. The bonus comes when Juan explains tricks and tips for keeping it that way. For example, he said never to try to clean cotton upholstery with water as a circle remains where the fabric was wet. Now I know for next time, but he got the ring out anyway. We have used Angel Care carpet cleaning for the past 8 years. We have two large dogs which have had accidents from time to time; as well as 6 children. Can you imagine the spills and abuse our carpet has gone through over the years? Juan and his son's have always done a great job, cleaning up after all of us. The carpets look great and he even cleaned the carpets in my minivan this time. The price for taking care of my 3300 sq. foot home has always been fair as well. I will not use anyone else; even if it is a little cheaper with a competitor. I don't have to worry about any of my stuff going missing or how the job is going to turn out. I had my couch cleaned by this company about a month ago. When I first scheduled the appointment, Juan was so kind over the phone and was able to get us in right away. We just moved into a new place and our couch was disgusting from our dogs and from having sat in storage the last year. I had originally scheduled with another company that was highly recommended on Yelp, but they ended up no-showing/no-calling me, and when I called them they gave me some BS excuse about upgrading their van (lol wth?). To be honest, I'm glad they did because Juan was very nice and profesional. The day of my appointment, he called me a couple hours early notifying me that he completed his first appointment earlier than anticipated and that he could come to our house next if I was available. You don't know how much I appreciate that! So of course I said yes! When he arrived, he had a business card and company magnet in hand when I opened the door. That helped put me at ease since I am a female and was home alone. He got started right away and before I knew it, he made my couch like new again! They gave us a quick estimate that was VERY reasonable, helped us move some furniture items, and got to work right away. We truly enjoyed working with Juan from Angel Care. He explained what they were doing, came for an assessment and were flexible with the scheduling and pricing. They came early and were very efficient. They took time over a particularly rough stain and treated it twice. They were fast and they left the carpets much cleaner after they were done.
