The sewage water spread to my hallway floors then into my bedroom and smelt horrible. Within an hour of contacting Steamatic they came out. They came just in time before it reached my moving boxes. They cleaned up the sewage, sanitized everything, then dried it. They were so patience, never complained and the house smelt fresh. Not only did they have an innovative way of removing the contaminated material, but they did it accurately, quickly and professionally. The workers were very careful with the removal operation, cleaned up and took care of everything. The repair of the pipe was done by Belfast Plumbing (see my review of them, they were great too). The estimate was fair and we would definitely use them again - though I hope we never have a sewage pipe break again. If this is what you're facing, you can trust these guys to make the whole problem go away.

I should have checked Yelp and read all of the negative reviews that seem to have a few common threads (customer service, ACTUALLY SHOWING UP, literacy, etc.), but I didn't think about it. Further, if you are barely literate, why would you choose text messaging as your preferred method of communication? It just makes you seem totally unprofessional and incompetent, which is probably not the first impression most customers want to receive. I understand only 99% of the U.S. is literate (as of 2014), but why do I always seem to end up in text exchanges with the 1% who should have been swallowed decades ago? P.S. "K.R.", if you're planning on sending me a nasty little message in response to my review like you did to other reviewers, you can have several seats. (Hopefully those seats are in an English class, so you can learn how to capitalize, punctuate and the important differences between "their", "they're", and "there".
