This is probably the 5th time I've used this company. Today however I thought I was going to give them a challenge. I should start by saying that I recently adopted a French bulldog. I love her. She is the absolute best. She has her flaws one being that she is not as housebroken as I thought. My dog did a number on my couch. First thing. I like that they sent me a text letting me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and got to work right away vacuuming the areas they were going to clean. Unlike other companies, they carry their own water and doesn't need to use the house water unless it's a big job. Mine was living room master bedroom, big, walk-in closet stairs in the hallway. For a carpet that needs to be replaced they did an excellent job. Our carpets look great now. The price they charge me was less than I expected and less than the quote. I called these guys to clean my couch and loveseat. Ruben Jr. Came out to clean them and he did a fantastic job. He was also very nice and personable. He was honestly one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with through a service. Such a sweetheart. I called Next Level because my new kitten had an accident on my couch (thus my reason for having it cleaned) and you can't smell it at all anymore. Both pieces of furniture smell so fresh and clean. Seriously, he did an amazing job. My only complaint is the way this service handles their payment. I was not warned up front that they only want to deal with payment through the Zelle app. I assumed they would just swipe my debit/credit card, because every other service I've ever done business with always has. I have never used Zelle before and after today I never will again. I tried using it, after it was made clear it was the preferred method of payment for this business, but it turns out my bank won't even allow charges through Zelle due to all the scams and fraud that are often done via that app. After a TON of hassle I was told I could pay $80 through Venmo and the rest through my credit card, which left me confused. At first I was told they didn't want to mess with credit/debit cards because of fees, but then they ended up taking one anyway...*shrug* But why the need to pay some through Venmo first??? I'm so confused by this. I feel like customer convenience should be the top priority for any business that's looking to succeed, but maybe that's just me. *Shrug* Truth be told, even through this company does amazing work, I think I will call someone else that will just take a regular credit card next time. However, if they decide to make their payment methods less complicated and just go with credit cards instead of all the hassle of the app stuff, I will definitely call them again.
