I've had these guys out two time (2 different parts of the house). Each time they were so polite, kind and professional. The second time they even put up with my dog getting in their way wondering what they were doing! See the before and after photos for results. I potty trained my dog in this house and the carpets were in desperate need of help. It's an older home so I didn't expect perfection but I was so pleased with the results. My carpeting looks like new! Would 100% hire Rogers again. Highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend! Roger Carpet Cleaning & Services is a father and son business. Dario and his dad both teamed up to get our bedrooms and stairs steam cleaned after a kitchen remodeling. It was a great experience with their service and very cordial attitude. Dario even explained the process of the solutions they were using and I also learned that the water used in their equipment will heat up to 230 degrees! Carpets were not very wet after the job was completed and it did felt dry after 6 hours. Wonderful people and great job!!! Thank you.... read more

I was skeptical initially about the business. They were late, but with the work they did to my 2 stories townhouse... the wait was worth it!!!! Dario was great! This was total last minutes call for move out/ in cleaning. He was able move his schedule to accommodate my days. I like his staffs... We didn't realize that Roger and his wife also owns a janitorial cleaning service. This year, in addition to cleaning our carpet, they did a full house deep cleaning, including our tile flooring and grout lines on those tiles. They beautifully restored our grout and tile to original colors. The entire house feels so clean!!! As always, they were timely, went above and beyond, so hard working and reliable. They also clean up everything after themselves, and don't miss a beat. I can't speak highly enough about this company and would highly recommend them. read more

05/11/2018 - requested quotes from all Dublin area carpet cleaners, looking to clean carpets in my 3br townhouse on a Friday morning. I was hoping to get someone to come that day. These guys responded quickly with a fair price and were able to fit me into their afternoon schedule. They worked quickly and did a great job on my carpets. We had some pretty tough stains and now they are gone. 10/10, would recommend. read more

We had a great experience with Roger Carpet Cleaning! From the moment I requested information on Yelp, Dario was truly pleasant and accommodating as I tried to coordinate my move-out date. I texted him many times with my updates and he was very patient. When his dad Roger arrived for measurements, he was also such a blessing to interact with. (I was already 'sold' before I got the quote!) They offer military discount and he genuinely kept thanking us for our service. To top it off......we were amazed at their estimate! Call and compare! This company bent over backyards to clean my elderly mom's carpet. It looks like new. The customer service was over the top professional. They were able to schedule promptly and it took a little less than two hours for the two bedrooms, family room and living room for a small two bedroom house. I highly recommend them. read more

We called Roger for our move out cleaning and he did a fantastic job. This is a family owned business and he and his wife came promptly and their job far exceeded our expectations. He quoted upfront, gave us a fair pricing and like many other companies that charge extra after coming on the D day, this guy stuck to his original quote. No hidden costs! This was an amazing experience and I plan on supporting this business in the future and hope others will follow. Dario, Rogers son, came over Thursday and gave us a quote and explained the process. I asked a lot of questions and Dario was great at providing me all the information I requested. Both Roger and Dario came today to clean the carpet for one room and a large couch. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. They also recommended some additional things they could cover while here at reasonable rates. After they completed I found a few spots that got missed and they addressed them right away. Furthermore, they have a very talented crew that does pretty much everything including house cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and full landscaping. We've used them for all of these services. They are fair with their prices and I never felt taken advantage of. To add, my wife has a small dessert shop and they clean her shop on a weekly basis as well. Top notch, great value, and trustworthy. I highly recommend!!

Daniel came on time, was friendly, helpful and thorough in explaining the service to be done that day, potential risks involved with the carpet after the cleaning (nothing worrisome, just general precautions), and also provided helpful advice for aftercare and maintenance. He was also efficient and got the job done in less than 2 hours! The carpet looked brand new again. I will definitely use them again for any of my carpet cleaning needs.

My carpet has not looked this good since it was new! After being stood up by two other companies I called Roger's Carpet Cleaning. Father and son came out early the next morning exactly on time ready to go! They knocked it out in no time and it looks fantastic! I have contacted Roger carpet services for my Move out cleaning services for both Carper and Home cleaning. I would say that their work is commendable and the carpets looks super clean. Really great service and polite staff. They completed three rooms in 1.5 hours. They measured the rooms and told me the price prior to starting (which is awesome) instead of having a shock after the job is completed. Looks like brand new carpet! read more
