Once again, fantastic service! Nick and Curtis were right on time, cleaned my windows efficiently and professionally. It's such a treat to have clean windows! I'm laughing because in looking at my previous yelp reviews, I see that I posted my reviews for previous window cleaning with them, and apparently I have them cleaned every eight years! I knew it had been a while, but I didn't know it had been that long... I definitely won't wait as long for the next time! read more

Highly recommend this fabulous company. We've had our sidewalks/patio pressure washed and have our rain gutters cleaned every year. Top quality work, reliable, great people. Mitch turned our sidewalk into something brand new. It makes me so happy to walk outside and see the sidewalk sparkle. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us with some work that we had postponed for far too long. read more

I am so thrilled with their services!!!! They did a fantastic job on our gutters a few months ago and today they are cleaning my windows. The guys are great! The price is great! And what sets them apart from others I've hired to do the same job, is that they are fast!!! Super efficient!! I highly recommend Complete Maintenance Service. read more

Our windows look great, and the crew of 2 very nice young men left everything in perfect condition. Quality work and reasonable price.

Nick did an excellent job on my windows. He was polite and kind to my cat in addition to being very efficient. It was nice to call the company and be able to talk and get an update on the schedule as many companies have automated customer service. read more

Needed my gutters cleaned and downspouts checked , but also had some tiles on my rear roof that were moldy, brown, black, and yukky. Mitch sent Curtis and Nick over to take care of my job. Omg, it was more than I expected! Not only was debris removed from the gutters, the tiles in question were pressure washed by Nick. Awesome is the result of pressure washing the tiles....day and night . Nick was very efficient and meticulous in getting all that crud off the nooks and crannies of the tiles. Very impressed with Complete Maintenance and look forward to using them again . read more

20 years over due at least! Mitch, Nick and team are always prompt, efficient, and get the job done right. Masters of their craft...getting everything spotless and clean. Amazing service and results! We had the pleasure of finding Mitch on Nextdoor through neighbor recommendations for gutter cleaning. Before thanksgiving he came out to actually look at the property but said his crew needs to come back in a few weeks to climb up the roof to take a look in order to give us a firm estimate. He was able to provide a ballpark figure. His crew came out today as promised and showed up on time, was polite, and efficient. They cleared out the mud and debris using hands and buckets. They rinsed clear the downspouts. They also clean solar panels and windows which I would not hesitate to invite them back to do. We are very pleased with their work. Mitch is easy to work with and responsive to all text messages to confirm appointment or any questions I had prior to his visit. I highly recommend this business! read more

Always quality work, done efficiently and at the highest level. If I could give Mitch and his team 10 stars, I would. We are repeat customers and I'm always happy to recommend their services to friends and neighbors. read more

Mitch runs a solid business. He limits the scope of what he does. What he does, he does very well. In the last month has cleaned my carpets and windows. VERY pleased with both services. Will consider him for pressure washing needs that are on my honey do list that my wife may run out of patience for me to get around to!!! read more

Excellent service. Quick and responsive. Reasonable prices. I called on a Monday hoping to get my windows clean as soon as possible. The owner came by that same Monday and did a walk around. Gave us an estimate and scheduled a time for the following Wednesday. Estimate was very reasonable given the size of the house. That Wednesday, the window technician shows up early! Which was great because we had indicated sooner the better. He got down to business and in 3.5 hours had completely washed all the windows inside and out plus screens in the house. We hadn't had the windows washed (except for myself doing the inside) since we've moved in. Windows look fabulous and best of all, the price was exactly the same as the estimate. Fantastic, professional service even in the midst of bunch of craziness going on that day! read more

Mitch and his team have been cleaning my windows and gutters for nearly 15 years. They are exceptionally thorough and professional and just nice people. Pricing has always been great. read more

Mitch is awesome! He came out and cleaned my living room/dining room. The stairs and landing, our playroom and the rug in our family room. He was on time, quick, and efficient. His cleaning solution is scent free and natural. My dog loved him so much that she followed him around the house choosing to ignore me. On top of that, his prices are fair and he actually left me a voice mail about 5 minutes after he left my house telling me he was sending a check for $20 in the mail since he forgot to give me the yelp discount. How's that for customer service? Don't hesitate to call Mitch for not just your carpet cleaning but also your power washing, window cleaning and other household needs. read more

We used Mitch for the first time and he did an excellent job pressure washed our backyard concrete, cleaned our windows (both inside and outside), and washed our carpet and furniture. I couldn't believe that he called us back so quickly and was right on time for his appointments. We are so impressed with Mitch and his work. Will highly recommend his service and will definitely use him again! read more

Trust is an important issue when it comes to things like carpet cleaning while nobody is at the house. Mitch is professional, courteous and truly cares about the work he performs. I wouldn't trust my cleaning with any other of those "franchise" companies who are more concerned about quantity as opposed to quality. Side note: After he cleaned my carpet, he called to tell me it was done (I was at work) and said if there was anything that looked like it needed extra attention, he would be out there right away to work on it. As usual, no additional work was needed...he did the job 100% perfect the first time! Thanks Mitch, we really appreciate your professionalism! read more

Mitch has been cleaning my carpets and windows for over 25 years. I do not call anyone else

Mitch is the man!!! I have been using him for the past 8 years, for personal and client referral. If you need your carpets, rugs, windows clean just give him a call. I trust him so much that he has my house key, they come in clean and I come back to a clean everything. I recommend them to everyone and I even call him for other referrals since I trust his work, honesty and professionalism. Do not look or call anywhere else, these are so detailed and get the job done for you. THANK YOU guys for your great work all these years. read more

Loved their service, I am picky and work with Vendors all the time, but this was at my home. Bob arrived early was very nice and helped with a few minor extra's like moving my teak bench. Will definitely use this Company again. read more

I called around to get gutter cleaning estimates. Mitch offered the most reasonable price. But, more importantly, the job was well done. Nick arrived promptly and did a great job. Big kudos for finding such a nice and very professional employee. I will be calling Mitch the next time I need work done around the house. read more

My husband and I can't say enough about this company. We had our windows in our home washed and the technicians were on time, extremely professional and very friendly. One of the best experiences we've ever had with a window washing/maintenance company!! The price was also reasonable!! A+++ read more

Excellent pricing and service, we used them for window cleaning and couldn't be happier.

This is a long overdue review of Mitch, and his crew at Complete Maintenance. I've had them out to do my carpets, window cleaning, and gutters on multiple occasions. I just had my windows cleaned, and they were really dirty as I recently had the house exterior pressure washed in preparation for painting. The guys did an amazing job, thoroughly cleaning the windows, screens and tracks. Mitch is very reasonably priced, and I feel very comfortable with him and crew in my house - they are all very personable and trustworthy. His team members are all vaccinated against COVID-19 and use all the normal safety protocols. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors and they have all been delighted. Do give Mitch a call when you next have carpet/gutter/window cleaning needs, etc. you won't be disappointed! read more

Mitch is a great guy who gets the job done well, fast and budget friendly. Highly recommend Have used complete Maintenance for over 15 years read more

On Saturday 02/16/19 I requested a quote from Complete Maintenance Service. Mitch provided a response within 20 mins with a quote. Due to the inclement weather we scheduled the gutter cleaning for Thursday 02/21/19. One of the employees from Complete Maintenance Service arrived on time and confirmed what needed to be completed. Upon completion of the cleaning the employee provided an invoice which was lower than the original quote. This type of gesture shows integrity of the employee and company. I called Mitch and was able to provide him the payment information over the phone. The employee left the area around the house clean and the dirt collected in the composite bin showed how clogged the gutters were. I will use Complete Maintenance Service when needed. read more

I am sitting in my back yard and looking at my extra clean windows. I wish there were more stars I could give complete maintenance. I'd give them 100 stars. The 2 gentlemen who washed our windows were so gracious. They spent 4 hours to clean every little spot.in our windows and our screens. Our windows are spotless. The price was very reasonable compare to other places. I strongly recommend complete maintenance. read more

5 stars. Should be 10 stars if Yelp would give that option. Mitch is one of the few people who really care about doing things the right way. Delivers great results - highly recommended! read more

We are absolutely delighted with the services we received from Complete Maintenance Service last week. Mitch and his team cleaned our windows, carpets and two (difficult) recliners, and we are amazed! Our off-white carpeting has not looked this bright and clean since it was installed in 2005! Thank you, Mitch! read more

This is the second time I've used Complete Maintenance. I had them clean my gutters last year and I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of their company and Nick the employee who did the work. So I hired them to clean the windows of my house. Again, Nick and his associate came out to my house and just did a fantastic job - indoors, outdoors and screens. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional and thorough. I could not have asked for more. And Mitch was a pleasure to deal with over the phone in getting this setup. Complete Maintenance will be my first call next time I need something done. Thanks again. read more

Picked Mitch from Complete Maintenance because of the reviews here on Yelp. Great move! He cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms and he cleaned out gutters for us. He keeps in communication with his customers and his prices are very reasonable. Mitch stuck to his quote, did not try to sell us "extras" and he stayed to finish the job right, not rush through it. I will definitely use him again and i will recommend him to my friends! read more

Great service and completely clean now. I have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old and the mess we had earlier is just spotless in the entire carpet, very clean. More importantly he used all kids friendly products for cleaning (unlike my previous cleaner, who used strong detergent). Mitch is very friendly and even did a extra carpet for free. And of-course very nominal price. We are much satisfied with his service and we strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a nice and clean carpet. read more

I was introduced to Complete Maintenance Service via my realtor. They initially washed all the windows on my home and did it in record time (and spotless condition). I then called them back for help cleaning my gutters (also done in record time). Most recently, Mitch and Bob cleaned the carpets and left our home in top shape. I highly recommend this team for any services you need at home. Thanks Mitch! read more
