Excellent in every way. Chrissy and Jason washed the inside and outside of the windows in my two story townhouse. Not an easy job because there are lots of big windows that need to be accessed by ladders and the roof. They also did the screens, window tracks and a large mirrored wall. They were quick and neat. Update Three: Windowsmith came back out, picked up the bent bathroom screen, made a new one and just returned it. I'm changing my review to 3 stars. While they did recover from bending 3 of my screens there was some initial pushback and defensiveness which is just ridiculous. My suggestion is if you use these guys to quickly check their work for property damage after they finish. Cal Coast Windows didn't even hesitate to order two new screens COMPED after I told them what happened and had asked them for price and delivery. Now that is customer service. read more

I took 6 window screens in to get new ones. The business is easy to find in the business park and they have put out signs to tell you where to turn in and exactly what suite they are in, which was helpful. I dropped my screens off on a Wednesday and they were ready on Friday. I was so excited for the quick turnaround. I am very pleased, the screens are great and i will be taking in several more in the future. The discount for bringing them in and picking them up myself was great, but to be honest i felt the full price was reasonable so it was just a nice treat. I will use their services again. I only interacted with one employee but she was very nice and had remembered that we spoke on the phone a few days prior, so that was amazing. I apologize for not knowing her name. Having used them again since the original review and having negative experiences I am updating. -They are a "cash only" business if you have your screens repaired at their shop. - They also didn't help me carry the screens to the car so I had to make multiple trips. Sorry for the bad review but these guys really let me down. Had an appt. that was 10 days out from when I called them to wash the windows at my house for a special event. The day came on a Friday afternoon 6/10. They called me that afternoon said it was too hot for them to work. Scheduled for Monday morning at 7am. 7 am came and got a call that too many people had called in sick. Cancelled again. The gals answering the phone are great and informative. However, the actual cleaners are terrible. No attention to detail, my window tracks are still dirty (with bugs), crappy job overall. I noticed the kitchen windowsill was still dirty when the guys were here and asked them how they cleaned it. They responded "with a cleaning rag". They need a vacuum to pick up the residue. From that point on I just gave up because they were not going to complete the job to my satisfaction. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them. Christian and Nahille did an excellent job on our windows today. They were on time, friendly, and courteous. Christian pointed out a couple of items that we needed to be aware of (water spray from our automatic pool cleaner left residue that they don't carry chemicals to completely remove, and signs of a seal leak between double-paned widows on one sliding-glass door).
