The gals answering the phone are great and informative. However, the actual cleaners are terrible. No attention to detail, my window tracks are still dirty (with bugs), crappy job overall. I noticed the kitchen windowsill was still dirty when the guys were here and asked them how they cleaned it. They responded "with a cleaning rag". They need a vacuum to pick up the residue. From that point on I just gave up because they were not going to complete the job to my satisfaction. I will not use them again nor would I recommend them. There was dirt , grime , bird shit all over my windows . Do not do this company . I recommend pane in the glass , they came and cleaned my windows they looked shiny no water staining , and they fixed my broken seals . When Chrissy came to the house with Delaney they were nice but they did such a bad job . The price was way to much and I even gave them a 40$ off coupon . When they came they also hated my dog . Maria and he team came.out to my 2 story 25 window home this week and WOW! What an amazing difference clean windows, window sills and frames and brand new screens look inside and outside. My cats and outdoor birds have really beaten up my 30 year old screens. The heat has melted the frames and the dirt from god-knows-how-many-years of unclean windows; but Windowsmith has completely opened up my home; it's so much brighter and fresher looking! They did a great job cleaning all of my windows, sliding glass doors and my screens. I even had them clean all of the mirrors in my house because their cleaning solution and their tools do a much better job than I can do with Windex and a cleaning cloth.
