Spotless has cleaned both tile floors and carpeting in our home several times. They are very professional and always do a great job!

Very happy and impressed with this company! They really care about their customer and it shows. This is the only company that I will be using for floor and upholstery cleaning. Thank you, Spotless! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Spotless. I hired them to clean my carpet, as well as the upholstery on a rocking chair and an ottoman. Everything looks as good as new! I will definitely use them again. read more

Second use of Spotless as we prep our home for sale... excellent work, excellent on-site workers. Completely satisfied. Good job...

Damien was the person who quoted my house. He's remarkably detailed and thoughtful in his approach. I have some sensitivities to chemicals so he made sure that the cleaning agents didn't bother me prior to use. They did not bother me. I have a hard time with any perfume or cleaning agent that has a synthetic smell; their products didn't have synthetic triggers. Secondly, Damien was thoughtful of my animals. I put my indoor cats in two rooms and they bungeed the door closed to make sure they couldn't get out while they worked. I have a 20+ year old cat who started peeing next to the liter box and spraying the walls. You can smell it but it's sometime hard to locate. Damien and Shawn not only cleaned my tile but they cleaned the base boards and about a foot up the wall. They did an awesome job! Damien didn't want me to be disappointed so he made it clear from the onset that might take hitting the troubled areas more than once to kill the smell. He undersold and over delivered; the smell was gone on the first visit. He had lots of suggestions on how to prevent urine from getting below the baseboards in the future. He also had suggestions for protecting the walls and ways to make it harder for the cat to urinate on the wall. His suggests were great and they were not an up-sale. Damien is super personable, honest and extremely hardworking! I can't wait to have them back to do phase two of my house! I highly recommend Spotless!!! read more

I am a repeat customer of Spotless and continued to be pleased with their customer service and of course the results of the carpet cleaning. Shawn was the technician who came to our home and was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. read more

They deserve every single star! I have already started telling my family and friends how satisfied I was with their service! It's Excellent! The owner is very passionate about his business and it shows! He cleaned my upstairs carpet and my stairs and they are Spotless! I will use them again! read more

The carpets probably aren't as clean as the companies that use chemicals. But since we have pets and kids, I'd much rather have them cleaned safely. The secretary and cleaner were some of the nicest professionals I've encountered. I brought the cats in as soon as Daniel left and not only was the area rug dry enough for them to not mind walking on it, they loved smelling and rolling around all over it. read more

Spotless - Clean carpet - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Dublin, California

I used the power of Yelp to find a carpet cleaner in the area, and lucky for me, not only did my fellow Yelper's not steer me wrong, I found a wonderful local service that is not part of a franchise/chain. From the first call to set up the appointment, to the follow up, to the actual meeting of Damian(the owner), I cannot express how pleased we are with how our carpets came out. Damien was very forthright about our couches (better to replace) and our area rug (will get cleaner but not perfect) as well. My husband has been in this house for 5 years and the carpets have never been cleaned. They look so much better and for that, I am grateful. I highly recommend using Spotless for any and all capret cleaning needs! read more

Confused and disappointed! I called to get a quote to clean my large area rug and the person on the other end had no clue and said someone will call me back. Like another fellow Yelper, no call back. It seems when it's a large job like cleaning a house or rooms then they are awesome but when it a area rug, they could care less about your business. You know what though, I was also looking for someone to clean the carpet in my whole house. Spotless you failed the test and not to mention some major business. read more

Each time Demian and Juan come out, they have a bigger job to do. Our family is busy with a lot of people coming and going. Carpet cleaning is usually last on the list of priorities and the carpet gets seriously neglected until we just can't stand it anymore. Enter Demian and Juan. They never bat an eye at what they walk into, they just get down to work in a professional and friendly manner and make the magic happen. This visit was no different. They arrived within the time window, giving me a phone call when they were 15 minutes away. We walked them through the house, pointing out the serious issues (um, yea, that would be the whole house!) and they got right down to business working their magic. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! A transformation happened right in front of our eyes! Outstanding result, the best customer service, and I can't ask for anything else. Thank you Juan and Demian! You guys are the best!! read more

Demien came over to clean my dirty dog-stained carpet in February of 2009. It has been over 6 months and the carpet still looks good and the stains have not come back (except for this rust looking stain that refuses to completely go away). I have tried everything possible to get rid of the stains myself, including renting a steam vacuum from Longs Drugs and nothing worked! Finally, I decided to try Spotless. Demien was friendly, on-time, informative, and spent time doing a good job. Since my square footage was smaller than the minimum charge, he offered to stain-guard the carpet. Our carpet dried in a couple of hours and we were able to use our family room the next day. I would highly recommend Spotless. In fact, our dog had another accident the other day, so I will be calling Demien next week. read more

Spotless did an excellent job cleaning my tile, grout, and carpet. The tile gets very dirty, very fast. Demien taught me how to avoid such in depth cleaning in the future. Seems odd to help a customer avoid needing you to come back, but that is how they roll. I was recovering from surgery and he was thoughtful and respectful and ok with my dogs in the house. The whole process was simple and I did not have to worry. The price was very good, the same if not less then what I have paid with the commercialized companies in the past. The work was better with Spotless. Thank you. Another 5 start cleaning last week thank you read more

Damien & Daniel did an amazing job on our carpets! They are always prompt & extremely courteous, and we won't call anyone else for our carpet cleaning needs. Spotless is an A+ company for sure!!! read more

These guys did a great job. They came and gave me an estimate for my whole house including a huge area rug. They were really direct and quick about it which I appreciated. On the day of the service they got my whole house done pretty fast, they sent 2 guys out to work on it. They moved all the light furniture for me (which i appreciated being 8 months pregnant) There was no musty odor when they left and It only took a couple of hours for the carpet to completely dry. They got every single stain out, our carpets weren't in horrible condition but there was some significant wear on the stairs, now they look like new. They got our office carpet looking like new too and It had never ever been cleaned before. They took our huge area rug out to the drive way and cleaned it there which was great that they didn't have to haul it to their place to clean it. The guys that came were super polite and nice too. Give these guys a call, you won't be sorry. read more

AMAZING! Yet again Spotless has gone above and beyond. I simply love working with companies where employees are ALWAYS professional, friendly, focused, attentive, and on time (Sean and Juan were INCREDIBLE today!). Spotless is one of those rare companies that has all of that, PLUS it provides an incredible service (their cleanings are unparalleled). Today was my 3rd time using Spotless and this time rather than my carpet, I had my couched cleaned. With a 2 year old and a dog it was time for a good scrub and not only did Sean and Juan clean my couch, but because of its smaller size, in order to make the minimum price, they offered to also clean a set of my carpeted stairs. They could have undoubtedly charged me the minimum and said nothing, but per usual Spotless is an honest, straightforward company and I always want to support businesses that are genuine. I can say, without hesitation, I will be using Spotless forever, the work they do it incredibly thorough, quick, and professional. Thank you yet again Spotless, you are a class act company and I am so proud to be a loyal patron. read more

Demien is a superstar!! He runs a service company the way it should be done. He called me an hour before the time-slot that I was provided with was about to expire to let me know that he was running a little bit behind, which is always greatly appreciated. It's nice to see that companies actually value their customers time. He was very apologetic for being tardy and expressed that multiple times. The work performed was immaculate, especially on my stairs. The carpet is looking like new and I would highly recommend their service to everyone. They have a customer for life in me! read more

AMAZING!!! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer as my carpets need cleaning. I called on Spotless after the worse possible thing could happen to carpets. My dog was sick and left a trail of poop and pee from our family to dining room. I called on chem dry carpet cleaners and they came out only to tell me that even their strongest stuff wouldn't work. After calling multiple cleaners, dealing with unpleasant and unresponsive customer service, I yelped and found Spotless. Yelp was definitely right! This is a 5 star company. The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my carpet emergency and were simply just extremely nice people to talk to. Damian (yes, the owner) came out and assessed the situation and even with the disgusting smell and horrible outlook was VERY positive about saving my carpets (by the way, my carpets are a very light tan, white, so the dark stains were terrible looking). Damian was very honest and upfront about the possibility of removing all stains and odor, but was open that there was a possibility that a light stain would remain. Halfway through the cleaning Damian asked me to come downstairs to see the progress and I was literally AMAZED. My carpets looked fantastic. There was a light stain in a couple of spots which Damian applied further chemicals too and after a day the stains were completely gone!!! My carpets look BRAND new and I couldn't be happier. Damian and Juan - THANK YOU for all the hard work and the job well done. I'm very appreciative for the quick response and help in such a rather unpleasant situation. read more

Better than Stanley Steemer! We had Damien & Juan come out yesterday to clean our carpets and we couldn't be happier. Our carpets truly look spotless. I don't think they've ever been this clean since we've lived here. And as previous reviews stated, Damien is very friendly and personable, a really nice person to talk to. You can tell he cares about his customers and the work he does. And unlike Stanley Steemer, they didn't damage any of our furniture! Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you, Damien, for being a pro at what you do! read more

You can't get better carpet cleaning than spotless. I don't even know where to start and this probably would not do justice to the level of quality and service I have received. Damian, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable at what he does and the level of service we received, far exceeded our expectations. I have done a lot of research about allergies and carpet since my son has allergies and decided to go with Spotless because of their green/natural products they use. They may be a little pricier than your typical carpet cleaners but you get an extremely knowledgeable expert in carpet cleaning that really cares about your allergic concerns and any chemicals that you do not want included in your cleaning. We opted for an all green product with a de-ionized water rinse and it was fabulous. Damian and Juan did our house and they are very detailed oriented so no place is undone or overlooked. They moved out our couch and loveseat to get under that and then moved them back when done. They helped stand the mattress to get under the bed. They started with a thorough vacuum which included 20 steps. Then they began the cleaning and they even took a lot of care with the side of the steps. We requested our mattress cleaned and our couch and loveseat for an extra fee. However, in the end, what was quoted is what we paid. No surprises and superb job. In addition, they use a large commercial grade truck and equipment rather than a small cleaning van that provided amazing suction that allows the carpet for quicker drying. I highly recommend Spotless. read more

Spotless does a very thorough job and provides exceptional customer service. This is the first time I've had carpets cleaned professionally and consider myself lucky to have chosen Spotless and not some of the companies that folks complain about in their reviews. I have light carpets and pets, not a good combination! I had a lot of spots on my carpet that would not come out with carpet cleaners. Demien and his crew got my carpets looking brand new again. They spent a little longer than estimated because they wanted to ensure they did a thorough job. The quality of their work is exceptional and their customer service is unparalleled. read more

Damien and his company are so professional and they do such a great job cleaning! I had some tile in my house that I thought I had to replace and after Damien cleaned it, not only did I not have to replace it, it saved me a ton of time and money. He was so patient to explain and educate me on what options are available to me. His customer service is awesome and he is responsive. I would HIGHLY recommended him if you have tile cleaning needs! read more

Spotless Cleaners cleaned my light-colored carpets two years ago, and afterwards they literally looked brand new; it was incredible. The carpets had a few obvious 'dirty shoe' stains near the entry, as well as many noticeable spots around the kitchen, and every one of them was gone by the time Spotless was finished. I was amazed. The owner, Demien, was part of the team, and as so many reviewers state, he was extremely professional and courteous. The price was also very reasonable for the area being cleaned (and of course also for the fantastic result). Being a supporter of a green, sustainable lifestyle, I also appreciate the eco-friendly aspects of their cleaning. I could not be happier with the quality of cleaning and service I received. I'm having my carpets cleaned again by Spotless tomorrow (since it has been two years) and I'm sure they will look terrific again. Highly recommended!!! *************************************************************************************** I am editing with a follow-up after my second carpet cleaning with Spotless. Their quality this time around was just as flawless as it was two years ago. My light carpets look like new yet again; incredible. Every stain is gone. They are fast, pleasant and professional. I also had them clean my couch this time. It looked pretty good before cleaning, but afterwards it was like new as well. I cannot say enough good about Spotless cleaners, they are fantastic! read more

5 stars for detailed work, and 5 stars for customer service. We have used them twice in about 4 years: once when we moved in to our townhouse and had carpet everywhere, and more recently just for our stairs (the only carpet left in the house) + our couch. We were very satisfied with their work both times. Great communication from the staff about scheduling, parking (we live in a townhouse, and they told me upfront that they would need two parking spots if we didn't have a driveway), and estimated cost. Demien did a thorough job; it took him almost 2 hours to clean our sectional + carpet on the stairs. He was able to get out a huge grease spot on the stairs and a bunch of small stains on the couch. We'll use them again in the future! read more

What a fantastic experience! Excellent people taking the time to fully understand our needs! Had the carpet and sofa cleaned. Our carpets haven't looked this great since we installed them. I will be calling again, best part it was in my budget read more

After three years of wear and tear in our new condo in the Dublin Ranch Villages, I decided it was time for my carpet to get a deep clean and rejuvenated look. I decided to contact Spotless for their services because on the awesome reviews I read on Yelp! I didn't want to go with the main stream carpet cleaners because I wasn't sure what type of chemicals they used and Spotless offered the use of natural solvents that would not be toxic to animals. This was really important to me since I have two cats. Believe me, Spotless is one of those companies that really takes pride in their work while delivering personalized and detailed attention to their customers. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and met Damien for the first time. He had just finished providing another quote within the area and apologized for the ten minute delay. He provided us with an amazing and reasonable quote and even mentioned that if we were not happy with any of their services at any time, we could call him back and request another carpet cleaning, who does that anymore? On the day of our cleaning, we vacummed and cleared all the small objects in our place. He had brought an assistant and spent more time vacumming and identifying areas that needed special attention which was quite embarrassing on our part since you can get a picture of how much "stuff," we had stuck in our carpet. When my husband, my babies (my two cats), and I arrived later that evening, we walked into a completely new house. I can't even remember the last time our carpet looked so bright, vibrant, and clean. The carpet remained damp for the next day and a half but was well worth the minor inconvienence. I had this service back in March 2009 and am still amazed at how beautiful the carpet looks. If you're looking for an amazing carpet cleaning service with customer service that you rarely find anymore, Spotless is the way to go. Damien was friendly, never rushed us, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend giving Spotless a call and trying them out. ~Melissa read more

Demien is the best. We had some issues with a pet scent on original hardwood floors--Demien gave a candid assessment of the problem, and recommended an over-the-counter treatment before taking more serious measures. It worked! Despite there being no financial benefit to him, Demien checked in to offer advice for administering the product and where to find it, and answered all our questions and assuaged all our concerns. Thank you! read more

I would recommend this service to anyone I know! Not only are they professional, but they are also very very good at what they do! I had spots along the walking areas all throughout my apartment (thanks to a previous roommate), and to be honest it was embarressing for me to have company over because of it. Spotless came in and made my carpet look as new as it was when I first moved in. I had normally just rented my own carpet cleaners and whatnot, but I figured I would see if a professional can do it better. Margaret from spotless explained the process to me and was very friendly and patient with my questions. Thanks Margaret!!! You guys deserve every one of those 5 stars! read more

I used Spotless based on the Yelp reviews and they did a great job on our carpets and Travertine tiles. As noted previously, Demien is a nice guy who knows what he's doing when it comes to carpet and surface cleaning. The carpet cleaning is pretty straight forward but he took a lot of time to explain what he could do to clean and protect our tile floors. Unfortunately, the tile cleaning and sealing is an expensive proposition but the areas that we asked to be done, he did a great job. read more

These guys are so professional! It is difficult to manage things during Covid but we were in need of cleaning. With little munchkins causing chaos in the house we needed carpet cleaning. They contacted us beforehand to go through what to expect and gave a time frame of when they would arrive. They also called prior to arriving on the day of our appointment! Damien and Shawn came in with huge smiles! Through masks of course, but we can read their eyes. Shawn was incredible, he went right to work! He did such a great job while Damien managed us and the job. It was great. Our carpet is spotless and now we are smiling ear to ear, with masks of course! The highly recommend using their services. read more

We've used Spotless many times. Damien is a really friendly guy, and always a pleasure to see. I have no qualms about him and his crew being in my house when we aren't home. He has an amazing truck mounted machine that sucks so much dirt and so much WATER from the carpet, it's nearly dry an hour later. I don't know how it doesn't suck the nap off too. He has gotten our carpets amazingly clean when I thought there was NO way that he could. At my recommendation, he cleaned the pews of our church which hadn't been cleaned in many many years. Many people were so impressed, that it turned into at least three new really satisfied personal customers that I know of. Thank you Damien!!! read more

They didn't come up with that Spotless name for nothin'! When my daughter wanted to have her graduation party at the house I was so embarrassed. I didn't want anyone to see how disgusting our carpets were. I knew it was really important to her, so I called Spotless. Demien had worked miracles before, maybe he could do it again. How he took my puppy stained, teenager trampled on dirty carpets and made them look like brand new is beyond me. He truly is a miracle worker! I would NEVER EVER ask anyone else to clean my carpets again. Demien is always so positive and kind. You just don't get good customer service like that very often. Too bad 5 stars is the max, because I'd give him a heck of a lot more than that if there were. Three cheers to Demien and Spotless! read more

We've used this service a couple times and have been very very satisfied. So my dog ate one too many chalupas and well, we needed our house cleaned badly. We've been using the chem-dry style services for over 20 years, and for a few bucks our carpets were went over, and over. I had NO idea the difference having Spotless clean our home would make. They did all our carpets and area rugs, and linoleum floors - that alone set them apart from the pack. Our home was prepped with mats and extra care to keep corners and other traffic patterns free and clear. Then the cleaning began. Room after room began to take on that fresh new look that actually has stayed that way months later due to the deep cleaning they do. Our kid's room was - well really dirty, and it is an off white area rug - what were we thinking. Spotless cleaned it out on the driveway, and then took it back to their site for a tank cleaning. My kids couldn't believe the stains and makeup that came out. We can keep the carpet now rather than replacing it.. The old addage of you get what you pay for holds up here very well. Our carpets are soft and smell clean. Our floors are smooth and oil free in the kitchen which is an unbelivable difference. But the best part is their staff who explained EVERYTHING to us along with info to answer to the chemical sensitivity needs of our family. From the owner, to the workers, to the front office, we were treated like kings and queens. When the job was done, we were extatic. They brought back the area rug a day later and we'd do it all again, only not wait so long. It was fantastic. And our dog Lakota, she's doing just fine. read more

Hands down the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used from their customer service (great, professional and efficient) to the quality of their products and their work. I have very light (almost white) carpets in a very modern light home with pets and children and we have Spotless come about 2x a year and our carpets look brand new. I love that the cleaning solution they use has no smell. This is important to me as I have children and pets and hate that chemically "fake clean" smell that other carpet cleaning companies use. Highly recommend Spotless, they are my go-to for cleaning carpets, rugs, sofas... they are super professional, fast, tidy, and all-round great people to interact with. Communication is a breeze with them from scheduling to letting you know they're on their way. Like everyone, we've come through covid and with so much more time at home, the furnishings and rugs just really needed the attention. They have great advice to give on care of your things, and leave the best spot cleaner ever to help in between cleanings, and have tackled all kinds of kiddo messes that we've been able to present them with. I found them when we first moved to Pleasanton, we've used them a number of times for a variety of things, and see no need to ever look anywhere else for this service. We had a great experience with Spotless and HIGHLY recommend them. They arrived right on time, Demian (I think that was his name) was very friendly. He measured the rooms and gave me the estimate which was WAY lower than I was expecting. So, I ended up doing an extra room that I wasn't going to do because their prices are so cheap. I had moved the little stuff and Demian and the guy working with him moved all of our heavy furniture - no extra charge. They had the carpets cleaned in less than 2 hours... I can't remember exactly how long but it seemed really quick. And, it wasn't really wet at all. They got most of the moisture out. The carpets look BRAND new. They got out all of the stains - and there were a lot! I was completely shocked with how great the carpets looked when they were done.
