I called Jeff and told him I needed the grout on my marble shower replaced. I also wanted the marble cleaned and sealed. He asked for a photo of the shower. He gave me a quote over the phone and came by the following week. He took his time and was very clean. The results were beyond my expectations. I am happy to have found him and will definitely use him again. read more

New Look Grout - Grout Services Near Me

Every once in a while you are fortunate enough to find someone who exceeds your expectations. Jeff of New Look Grout is one of those people for us. He re-grouted one of our showers and cleaned and sealed the shower and bathroom floors. Flawless workmanship by a person who obviously takes great pride in what he is doing. Highly recommended. read more

Jeff did a great job with grout repair and fixes. He did clear seal. Completed our 2 baths in promised time. Even recommend ideas that meant less work for him. However he removed tiles from vanity space to fix tiles in more visible areas and neither consulted us or informed us after the fact. We found out while cleaning on our own. That was disappointing as it wasn't professional and I lost trust for any future home repairs and improvements with his business. read more

Jeff did an awesome job. Never thought our tiles were so sparkly. He showed up on time and did an amazing work. I highly recommend Jeff for any kind of tile and grout work. read more

All the positive reviews are true! I did a few price comparison and while Jeff was not the cheapest, his price is very reasonable and the results are more than I expected! He provided estimates based on pictures I sent right away, and offered a few options. He showed up on time and finished the job exactly when he said he would. He didn't try to sell me any other services. And the results are excellent - my shower looks brand new! For your grouting project needs, I would stop looking and just reach out to Jeff!! read more

New Look Grout - Shower - before and after - Grout Services Near Me

New Look Grout is absolutely amazing!! After refinishing our bathroom cabinets and adding Quartz, out bathroom tiles and shower clearly needed a good cleaning and facelift. The tile itself is older but since we were not looking to demolish quite yet, we set out to have the grout cleaned and see if we could get anymore life out of it. I first called the Grout Wizard who came out and estimated extremely high to have the grout regrouted. Thankfully I decided to get a second quote which is when I stumbled across Jeff at New Look Grout. Jeff answered the phone right away and after exchanging a few pictures and texts, we were all scheduled to have the bathroom done. The service was confirmed the day prior and Jeff arrived right on time to start the work. We went over the work and Jeff took it from there. He was extremely professional, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. He has clearly been doing this a long time. Jeff spent a majority of the day of the job and we are thrilled with the results!! The price was very reasonable and the work is great! I would highly recommend New Grout to anyone looking for a Grout/tile facelift! read more

New Look Grout - Such a fantastic job!!!! - Grout Services Near Me

Jeff provided outstanding work for us. We first had our bathroom tiles and grout fixed. Jeff clearly explained why we were seeing cracking (poor initial installation) and made it better than new. Then we had him come back to paint the grout throughout the downstairs area of our home. He took less time than anticipated and did a stellar job. I highly recommend. read more

Jeff responded promptly to my phone call, explained his services completely, and arranged a time to come out. Not only was he on time and in a mask, he was fully prepared to do all that he agreed to. The caulking, grouting and tile sealing/cleaning were all expertly done. I look forward to having him return the next time this kind of work is needed - which he says won't be for about five years! read more

We had the need to regrout shower areas. Jeff did the job super well... A+++ for everything from quote to finish!!!

Jeff did an outstanding job re-caulking our master and guest bathrooms. He was extremely professional and always communicated with us in a timely manner. read more

We needed the usual grout clean up and repair after several years of wear. The outcome was so much better than we expected. Jeff was always on time and did an amazing job on both of our bathrooms. We actually asked him to come back and do the floor as well (which was not originally planned). So nice to have this resource of someone trusted with quality work. read more

Amazing service. Very clean and seems honest. Jeff gave me an estimate and stuck to it. We decided to re-grout and old tile floor instead of changing out several tiles (original plan was to remove cracked tiles, but once he saw that one was under a toilet he informed me we'd have to remove toilet first). VERY happy with final result. The new grout makes the whole floor look new and tiles look shiny. So happy with result. Would recommend to everyone. Reasonably priced. read more

After putting up with a poorly-installed and dirty downstairs tile floor for over five years, I finally did something about it and called Jeff at New Look Grout. Initial contact/quote/scheduling took less than a week. Price was fair. Like plumbing and electrical, tile work is best left to specialists. Jeff was able to fix the grout levels and re-color it without having to tear it all out. He also removed the staining from my kitchen tile backsplash and sealed the granite. Downstairs is now better than new! More projects for Jeff on the way! read more

Better than new! Jeff came in and regrouted our shower before and it has never looked so good. He was polite and professional and I would hire him again without question. read more

I highly recommend New Look Grout in San Ramon. My husband was transferring jobs so I had to get someone to clean our travertine and grout quickly. I called New Look Grout and Jeff said the soonest he could get me in was in 2 weeks. After I told him my situation he kindly squeezed me in. He was on time, professional and fairly priced. Jeff did an amazing job and I will definitely use him again!! read more

Jeff was prompt with providing us a quote and continued communication throughout the process. He arrived on time and regrouted our shower floor to ceiling. He did a stellar job and worked above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much, Jeff! read more

I hired Jeff three times so far since he is impeccable in his grouting and overall service. He regrouted my 27 year old tile shower 2 years ago and it still looks like new, saving me thousands of dollars compared to getting a new tile shower. He also grouted some holes resulting from getting a towel bar removed and you cannot tell there are screw holes in wall. He is also regrouting my bathroom tile floor. Jeff is 100% responsive, competent and fairly priced. read more

I called Jeff on a weekend. He returned my call right away. We discussed what I wanted done. I wanted a tub/shower with tiled walls and door and a soaker tub with tiled walls, to get New Look Grout, sealed and caulked. He asked me to text him some pictures. I did and he gave me a quote. I accepted and ask when he could come. I had an appointment in about 6 weeks. He confirmed it as the time got closer. He was on time, professional, kind, took his shoes off, kept things clean and was done the same day. There was no surprises with the price, same as the quote. Bathrooms look new and shiny. What a wonderful experience! Thank you, Jeff! read more

Jeff Hughell turned back the clock on our old, dingy, tired tiled shower and bathroom floor. The grout was lifting and missing in some spots, permanent mildew stains in certain areas. I'm not sure what was involved in the process of making it look new again, but he did an excellent job in making the shower look fresh and inviting again. It was an inexpensive solution vs. gutting the whole bathroom and the drama of contractors. The only drawback was waiting 3 days for the grout to seal and then another half day for some type of top protective sealant to dry. The results outweighed any inconvenience. I took a step back when I walked in and saw the amazing results. Jeff was very considerate with his communication. He was nice, came on time and was low-key in his demeanor. His price quote given in the beginning was the same as when the job ended. Jeff is a one man show, no out of state cousins, no unmotivated 20yr old son, no hired street help .......... just Jeff! I once had a whole Turkish family in my bathroom. You never know what you're getting. Highly recommend him read more

I highly recommend this business! We needed our bathtub and kitchen sink re-caulked and it was a job I didn't think I could do on my own and still have it look decent. Jeff was very responsive to my initial estimate request and showed up on time the day of the appointment. He did a super quality job and I'm glad I hired him instead of attempting it myself. I won't hesitate to hire him again in the future. read more

Excellent service. Did a first class job of re-caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very careful to get it right. I would highly recommend this service. On time and professional. Knows their business. Thanks Jeff for a superior job. read more

Jeff promptly responded to my initial inquiry. I took pictures and from them he gave an estimate which was the final amount owed. He was professional, did a great job grouting our bathroom shower, was on time and I can unhesitatingly highly recommend him. read more

Jeff is excellent, fair price for the hours he spent making my bathroom look new. He is meticulous and neat and left everything clean. He is on time and does not up sell but does point out issues so you can decide (I thought shower walls would not need to be touched, but once I saw how clean the floor was, I added the shower walls. Love the outcome. read more

Wish I could recommend, but very poor at communicating. Multiple phone calls and messages later, not even a response. Common decency is lacking here. Would rather go with someone that cares about customer service! read more

The work was done well and within the time frame stated. I'm dinging one star because the shower door was not caulked (as he said he would do in the original estimate). I'm sure that he would have come back out to do it if I'd complained...I didn't. As I was doing a bunch of other work around the house around the same time, my "usual" handyman said he had caulk in his van and would do it right then and there. So, minus one star because of that. Overall, great service! My tile looks wonderful! read more

Jeff completed grout for my kitchen, bathrooms and travertine tile floor. He was timely, kept me up to date during the job and was very efficient. He turned my ugly kitchen into a beautiful area for a lot less than a replacement would cost. Jeff is very easy going and seems so shy. read more

A most outstanding job! I had two previous grout repairs done to shower in the past and they were finished in a couple of hours, no machines whatsoever. I was a bit surprised when Jeff brought in machines. It also took him about six hours to complete the job. Jeff is very professional and courteous and arrived on time. The price was fair and the same as the other two jobs I had done previously. I wholeheartedly recommend him. read more

Jeff did an amazing job on my guest bath tile floor. There were cracks and loose tiles and grungy grout. He made it look brand new. He also spiffed up my master bath grout that another service did last year but was already showing signs of wear. Needless to say I highly recommend Jeff for your tile jobs. read more

As the name says... new look grout as my nasty moldy grout is white as can be... highly recommend. It is perfect and not messy either. Very impressed. read more

Jeff recently did work for my dad. He cleaned, re-grouted and sealed the master bath shower and floor. Jeff was quick to respond to my request for an estimate on behalf of my dad. Out of the three or so requests I made on Yelp, Jeff was the only one to respond. Jeff was able to provide an estimate with photos sent via text. He showed up promptly when scheduled and performed very thorough work. As Jeff was completing the job, my dad pointed out a section of tile that he felt required some additional attention and Jeff corrected this to my dad's satisfaction. My dad was very happy with the completed work and with the cost which was the exact cost of the estimate. I would contact Jeff again for future grout work, and I would be happy to recommend Jeff for this type of work. Thanks, Jeff! read more

Jeff did a great job cleaning the very dirty grout on our entire downstairs area. He's very customer oriented, arrived when he said he would and was quite pleasant throughout all our interactions. His pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to the big franchise company that does the same thing. We are extremely satisfied with the work he did and highly recommend him. He also does more than cleaning tile, so check out his web site for all his services: http://www.newlookgrout.com/ read more

Can't get better than Jeff. I contacted several contractors/companies for grout sealing. Some of them didn't reply, some of them reply after a few days, and some of them were very rude.s. Jeff was the only one that replied fast and was consistent about it. He stood out right away. On the day of the appointment he arrived on time. Discussed the price for the service and started the job right away. I asked him to help me seal the grout of all the tiles I have in the house which required the work of an entire day. Jeff was able to finish it on time. I cannot tell the difference in the grout before and after the sealing but apparently that's what they are supposed to be like. I trust Jeff did the best work. Definitely contact Jeff if you want good quality work and fair price. read more

Jeff regrouted our entry way and bathroom today and it looks great! We are pleased with the result.

I completely recommend New Look Grout. Jeff came to my door exactly on time. He immediately went to work caulking my bath tub and then re-grouted my kitchen tile. He did a superb job. He was professional and I encourage you to hire him. Originally, I had someone else caulk my tub which lifted within few days. I found out that he used the wrong caulking type. Don't be disappointed, call Jeff and you will not regret it. In fact, you will thank me for this referral. read more

Jeff was very professional, accommodating, down-to-earth and provided great work on our bright white shower tile and grout. My husband even spilled coffee on the newly grouted grout (hard to explain) and it left a very light stain. On new white grout, that made me sad. Jeff very kindly agreed to come and repair that area for us. It was a pleasure working with Jeff. I highly recommend!! read more

I had Jeff re-do our bathroom and our kitchen and work both on the sealing the caulking. Since he was there my wife had him reseal the granite in the kitchen and it is better than we put it in 2 years ago. Extremely friendly, knows what he doing, and came to work on time. A 5 star job for sure. Joe Milligan read more

Our bathrooms were looking pretty dingy and began looking for someone to re-grout one of our bathrooms around the bathtub. We had received some pretty outlandish quotes but when Jeff came out to quote us he had the most reasonable quote we had received for the job we wanted done and we scheduled him then and there. He was punctual, and very clean. Owner: Jeff Hughell of New Look Grout did such an amazing job with our re-grout for the upstairs bathroom that we scheduled him to re-grout our downstairs shower and floor as well. He just finished the downstairs bathroom this afternoon and if we could rate him any higher on here we would! Cracked tiles were repaired and it all looks brand new. We will most definitely be sharing his information with those we know and will be scheduling him for our future tile work that we have planned. THANKS AGAIN JEFF!!! read more
