I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! They have ruined our bathroom countertops and faucets by using abrasive bristle brushes. The fixtures are just a couple of months old and now, they're full of scratches. 2. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them.
