I wanted to reach out and highly recommend Elite Carpet Cleaning company in San Jose. Today, we got our stairs carpet and some rugs in our house cleaned by them. We have been getting our carpets cleaned by Elite Carpet Cleaning for the past 10 years, and they always provide an excellent, professional service. Both Miguel and Angel did a fantastic job today. Our carpet looks very clean and is completely free of all stains. I would highly recommend Miguel and Angel from Elite Carpet Cleaners to everyone. - Sasha read more

Pros: Professional and clean service. Reasonable price. Cons: I was told that the rug would dry in 1-2 hours, but it took more than 24 hours to dry completely. If I had used the rug before 24 hours, its moist would have damaged the wooden coffee table and would have absorbed all the dirt and dust from feet and slippers because of its moist. read more

We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning. It was quick and thorough. Thanks so much for the service.

I called Elite Carpet Care to come and clean the carpet in 3 rooms. They were arrived on time and both Louie and Miguel were very professional. Louie went over everything with me and had good recommendations on what would be best for the carpets in each room. Miguel was efficient and courteous, and the all three carpets look fresh and new. Very reasonably priced, and great service. I will definitely be calling them back for future cleanings. read more

They are awesome! Now thats customer service. I call 9am get a quote and then schedule that same day from 11-1. My carpets were disgusting!! We have pets and they left my living room spotless as well as NO SMELL!! The stairs now look like new. I can't even believe I waited so long because I thought it would smell bad after. Not at all. Stains all gone and it took about a day to dry. They were really amazing and did what they said they would do. Pet owners these are the guys for you. They also had the best price. I used Yelp's project messaging and many carpet care experts were responsive, but Miguel, owner of Elite Carpet Care was best priced. Miguel R. was quite responsive, after I was notified that 5 leads were notified of my bedroom carpet cleaning job. I sent him picture of the most obvious stain (and its relative size), and he quoted me the price with confidence. I took his offered and scheduled it. My roommate sent me pictures after the job was done (definitely less than 1 hour), and later I examined it myself. It was a good job! I will definitely use them for carpet cleaning again. Miguel is the owner. He came with his assistant and did a meticulous job. He removed all the stains except where the carpet had lost some slight color on the sides. I asked him to add two more rooms and for an addition reasonable cost he completed the job. I created a bid on Yelp. His offer came in a bit higher than the lowest but it's the value I was looking for. And he had a ton of great five star reviews. I recommend him highly. read more
