I had a wonderful experience with CozyCarpet. I reached out to a number of different carpet cleaning companies on a Tuesday looking for a rush carpet cleaning job at my condo the very next day. CozyCarpet was incredibly fast to respond and was very communicative throughout the entire process. They were able to come out the following day and knock out the carpeted floors in under an hour for a very reasonable rate. It gave new life to carpets that had taken quite the beating during the home staging process and I was left wondering why we hadn't done this years ago. I highly recommend CozyCarpet to anyone else looking for good service, good prices, and quality carpet cleaning in the San Jose area! read more

Cozy carpets replied fast and they were very professional and courteous. The gentlemen was very nice. He did a great job on my young daughters room and the master bedroom. They came within 1hr and did a very thorough job. There was a lot of deep stains and cozy carpet got rid of them all. Over all I am very satisfied. Will be using them for my other properties. 10/10 cleaning job 10/10 professionalism read more

We booked a deep carpet and couch cleaning that included pet treatment, sanitizing, and deodorizing, and we were very satisfied with the results. We've had our carpets professionally cleaned once a year for the past six years, and this was by far the best cleaning we've had. The communication was excellent from start to finish. He was flexible, approachable, and friendly, gave us a heads-up when he was on the way, and did a quick walkthrough when he arrived to make sure we were aligned on what needed to be done. After the service, he did another walkthrough with us to make sure everything we discussed had been completed. He was reliable, respectful of our property, and delivered exactly what we expected in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and great communication. read more

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning job we've had. Joseph came to the rescue with three stubborn stains that previous cleaning did not remove. He was quick and left the carpet like new. Highly recommend this business. read more

I requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon, it was a pleasant surprise to have a company get back to me so quickly. I had left for a trip on Thursday, came back on Sunday to find that the pet sitter did a horrible job. Not only did I think my new couch was ruined, but also the carpet. Cozy carpet came out as scheduled today. The quote was very good, and he also stood by that quote, it did not change. The pet odor is gone as promised, he even offered to come back free of charge, if the smell returned. I appreciate the quick response and the amazing job! We will definitely refer your services to all my family and friends. Thank you! read more

Joseph did a wonderful job. I requested a quote which he promptly replied with a flat fee which made me feel promising since I don't have to deal with surprises later on. He came on time and finished a 4 bedroom house in less than 2 hours. I had a very bad coffee stain and he ran his vacuum multiple times to try and get everything out. He also applied special chemical without extra charging. Look at the before and after photos! read more

Needed to get my carpet cleaned after the passing of my dog. Joseph offered to come on a short notice without me asking. He arrived 10 minutes early and got to work right away. Took no more than an hour to address 3 bedrooms, hallway and an 8x11 rug. No strong odor either. He had me review every room upon completion to make sure I was completely satisfied. He also offered insight on the life of my carpet. Very respectful and great service. read more

Let's start by saying what an AMAZING job they did on my living room rug. My poor little dog has been having tummy issues and had accidents three nights in a row on my lovely rug. Even though the rug is "washable," it was far too large to fit in my washing machine. After many phone calls, I decided to go with CozyCarpet--and they did not disappoint. The owner who is also the technician was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and had great work ethic. My rug looks brand new, and my anxiety has finally calmed knowing I won't be living with a pee-covered rug. HIGHLY recommend to family and friends!!!! I requested to have 4 upholstered parsons chairs cleaned. Joseph reached out to me with a very good quote, so I scheduled him to come clean these chairs. Mind you I've had these chairs for more than twenty years, and most of their life has been spent in a storage unit. They were dirty from being uncovered in the storage unit. Were that not enough, a cat found its way into the unit, and used my chairs for its bed and what not! Joseph showed up on time, and made swift work of returning my 4 chairs to looking dang near new! There were stains from their being used in my dining room plus what happened to them in the storage, all of which he was able to clean off the fabric! I could not be happier with his work, and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner. Joseph was friendly, conducted himself in a personal but professional manner. He honored his quote, and was a good conversationalist. There wasn't an aspect of our interactions I was not pleased with. I will certainly use his services again in the future read more

Highly recommend! I unfortunately had a kitchen fire a few days ago and smoke filled our home, including our living room sofas. Trying to get back to some normalcy and cleanliness, I reached out to a handful of companies and luckily for me, Yusuf from Cozy Carpets was able to meet me the same day! Life saver. He cleaned our sofas back to new. Although our kitchen was totaled, my family and I had a place to sit comfortably and not feel as if we are sitting in soot / smoke filled sofa. His professionalism, communication, and reasonable pricing were a major plus. Thank you, Yusuf. read more

Excellent work! Very quick to respond. We got a couple of carpets, sofas, chairs and ottomans cleaned. There were several stains picked up over the years from all kinds of things thanks to our kids. Highly recommended! read more

Fantastic work! Very easy/quick to respond/book, reliable, and on time. He finished the job efficiently and also provided me with a ton of helpful tips on how I can keep my sofa clean between services. He was very knowledgeable about fabrics, carpets, and pet odors. Took a look at my products and gave pointers on how to use. Checked with me when finished and made sure I was happy before leaving. Easy Zelle payment. Also noteworthy is he had a portable machine which can be hard to find. I'm in an apartment on floor 3, and often times folks can't service without being on a first floor. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will be reaching out for service again in 6-12 months depending on my schedule! read more

Good service by Joseph on my last-minute project, stairway deep cleaning job well done. Communicates promptly.

The tech arrived right on time, did a quick walkthrough of the unit, and got straight to work. Sofa and carpet basic cleaning was good. Reliable service. Will hire again. Came on time. Finished up in hour and a half. They have additional costs for stains which I assumed would be a part of. The owner was kind enough to remove a few light and recent food stains, marker stains for no cost. read more

Yousuf did an amazing job for our townhome. He added living room and closet to the bedroom prices so I easily saved money there. He took his time and worked on the dirty stairs. We had a great experience with CozyCarpet. Yousef shampooed and cleaned two of our carpeted bedrooms and two flights of stairs. One room had deep soda stains in the carpet that we couldn't hand clean and he was able to remove those effectively as well. It looked like a brand new carpet after he was finished. I highly recommend CozyCarpet for even the toughest carpet stains. read more

I was looking for someone to clean my carpet without a long wait period and also a honest establishment that wouldn't nickel and dime me for every tiny hallway or closet. I reached out to a few places and I would say most were pretty straight forward and fair with detailed breakdowns of how they would charge.... as expected. But when Jospeh said the price he gave me was an all in price, it got me excited. I didn't have to worry about a potential closet or hallway price tacked on at the end. I made an appointment and Joseph showed up right on time. I was watched him clean the entire house and he honestly went above and beyond on quality, service and performance. I had a mattress that I didn't care to move, but he moved it himself so that I would not have dirty carpet underneath. That was really nice of him. He also went over the extra dirty spots multiple times as hard as he could to make sure all the dirt and grime was out. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service, quality and pricing. I'm usually very picky and have high standards, Joseph checked off all the boxes and is a very pleasant person. I'll be back for future projects and will highly recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Joseph! read more
