I requested deep cleaning for a 2 bed house. Their cost is pretty decent compared to some others. Two cleaners showed up and cleaned up the house in 3 hours. I have been using Solish regularly for more than a year for a large house. They always do a good job and are quick but careful. They broke one small trinket one time but they came and showed me and apologized and it was no big deal. Other cleaners leave broken stuff in place and are less careful damaging things more often, and don't mention it. They are honest. They are flexible when I need to change the time. They gave me a low price, but ask for extra money during the Cleanning. The reason is: your house is too dirty. If the house is clean why I need you? They didn't bring this up after they check out condition of the house, but will ask for it after 30mins work. That makes you have to hire them and pay them. Do not!!! Horrible attitude poor poor me attitude. This is the first person that I've ever fired before they even showed up. They were supposed to show up at 3 it was getting to be 4:30 I told him you supposed to be done by the time I get home. So you don't know what it's like to run a business like mine and I told him that really didn't happen to be my problem. This used to be a great service, but when I hired them in Spring 2020, it was really a two star service (and I'm being kind). The workers arrived on time and were friendly. This is what I was accustomed to with Solis. I told them I had to stay in bed due to a health condition, and let them do their work... this was based on the workers' independently great and complete work in the past. So three people arrived for a "deep clean" of my studio's bathroom and kitchen (including the refrigerator) ONLY. No cleaning required in the living area or the outdoor area this time. (I was only expecting two people max, but figured it could only be positive, right? Yeah, no.) After 32 minutes, they said they were done and left. (Efficiency is something I came to expect with Solis, so with three workers, I didn't question it.) When I was able to get out of bed, I discovered 1) dust remained behind the toilet, 2) dust was on top of the shower door, 3) a broken glass was in the dish rack, 4) the oven hadn't been touched, 5) the fridge was only partially cleaned, and 6) the kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned at all. Now if this had been a new service or company for me, I would have checked everything over before letting them depart. However, I had hired Solis before, on multiple occasions. Knowing I couldn't "oversee" the work, I hired Solis as a trusted, known vendor. My mistake, I suppose. But the lack of care and attentiveness (and honesty... just tell me you accidentally broke the glass!) is enough for me not to hire Solis again. It is a shame, because I used to know that I'd get good quality cleaning for a fair price, and the lack of integrity of these workers has totally turned me off. read more

In the Bay, it's hard to find good, available cleaners. I've had cleaners cancel on me, show up super late, and do shoddy jobs. But Luis and his team were super responsive, providing an immaculate cleaning at a reasonable price. One of my roommates was moving out, so I needed a cleaning up of my apartment on short notice. My prior cleaner had canceled the appointment multiple times, but the moment that I called up Luis, they said they could come by tomorrow morning to accommodate my schedule. They brought three people to clean the place, and made sure that everything was immaculate from the siding to the inside of the kitchen appliances. We have a 2 bed 2 bath condo. The good part : Luis was very helpful and friendly and getting an appointment was fairly easy. Luis texted me back and confirmed the appointment. The bad: the cleaning ladies (Julia n ) came 1.5 hours late. Well, I thought I'll ignore that if they clean the house well. However, the cleaned my place in about an hour.. they seemed to be in a real rush(compared to my old cleaners who would spend about 2hours) . They just did a quick cleaning, which honestly I could do myself. I even had to remind them to make the bed( they almost left leaving the bed messy). Super disappointed:( read more

The place really was not well done at all in comparison to other housekeepers. My roommate was asleep so instead of two bedrooms they only needed to do one. NEVER AGAIN. First time customer and last time. Paid $190 for 2BD, 2.5BA. They were 30mins late, sub-quality cleaning, rushed to leave in under 2 hours without even mopping the kitchen floor and left the kitchen counters dirty. I called to let them know and they said they would send someone back the next day. Didn't even confirm time, so I said they'd have to come back at 10am. No response. I'd already written them off by this time but they texted back at 1:15pm saying someone could come at 1:45. Really? 30 minutes notice? For a first time customer you would think they would make every effort to accommodate my schedule instead of theirs. Here are the things I liked about this cleaning service: they came on time, cleaned all of the rooms quickly, had 3 people cleaning at once (this saved me hours), and charge a reasonable price. The only thing I didn't like was that some places were not cleaned. I had to wipe my own bathroom floor because one of the ladies forgot or something. DON'T USE THEM! Moving to a new place and wanted to do a deep cleaning of the place, so I called and got an appointment with the owner Luis on sat morning at 7:30am. Come Sat at 7:30am, no one showed up. After texting and calling, finally Luis texts me back around 7:45am saying his team is on their way. Waited and waited, and no one showed up. Tried calling and texting. No one answered or replied. After waiting for two hours, I was pretty upset about the whole thing, so I wrote a 1 star review about my experience. Shortly after I post the review, the owner Luis calls me back, apologized and said his team went to the wrong address. He said he can send someone right away if I want and also asked that I take down the 1 star review. Since I needed to get the cleaning done right away before I move in, and all the other cleaning companies are booked through the month (which was why I went with them in the first place), I decided to give them a second chance. WRONG CHOICE!! Apparently the owner didn't tell them they were there to do a deep cleaning. I had to explain to them that's what I wanted. I didn't have time to do a through check after they were done, since my carpet cleaner came. The owner assured me earlier that his guys would do an extra good job, so I trusted his words. But later that day I looked around the place closer and realized the cleaner pretty much didn't do anything. The windows still had water marks everywhere, and dead spiders around the window frame were never cleaned out. There were these air holes on the oven door which were still filled with dusts. The cabinets were still dusty and had food crumps, and the fan above the oven is still quite sticky. Yep, after spending the money and wasting a few hours of my life, I still ended up cleaning everything again on my own. read more

We were painting the entire house including walks, ceiling, doors and needed it to be cleaned thoroughly. A representative from Solis came over to look at the scope of the job and provided us with a very competitive quote. We were required to move all heavy appliances and furniture but the cleaning crew did a very thorough job. The painters were able to complete their work without any hitch. The cleaning itself is always efficient and effective and only once have I felt that any additional cleaning was warranted. They're flexible and accommodating with last minute scheduling changes. Late and bad at cleaning. Will never use again. Lateness I can handle, but for the record, they were nearly 2 hours late and I had to call to remind them that I had an appointment. The guy who picked up the phone also didn't appear to know what services I had scheduled with him, despite me confirming twice with him prior. Worst of all was their cleaning. There was dust all over the surfaces in every room still after the cleaners left. It looks like they didn't bother taking anything off of the surfaces to clean them, and things like windowsills were completely untouched. Toilets were poorly cleaned, looks like just wiped down. Vacuuming was also done poorly, there are tufts of lint and hair all over the floor. Beware. You'd have better luck paying a neighbor kid to clean your place. read more
