We have been working with SF Quality Cleaning for 6 years and we have been consistently happy with the quality of the cleaning, the communication, the care and the attention that all of their staff gives to their work and to our home. Two years ago we also hired them to clean my elderly father's home after we moved him into assisted living. They did a wonderful move-out job and made an apartment that was VERY "well lived-in" for many, many years look nearly new. This is a great company to work with and we would recommend them to everyone. read more

Incredibly thorough, professional, and helpful! So glad I went with SF Quality Cleaning for my apartment deep cleaning this summer :) Everything was sparkling in ways I've never gotten with other cleaners. Thank you so much! read more

We've been using SF Quality Cleaning for a number of years now. Anna and Claudia do a really thorough job. The company is also flexible about taking a scheduled cleaning off the calendar in the case that you're going on vacation, so that's nice flexibility. They are also willing to clean the refrigerator. read more

We've used S.F. Quality Cleaning several times, and can't say enough good things about them. Very pleased with the job they do. The house smells great and they make sure everything is spotless. Highly recommend. read more

I hired SF Quality Cleaning for a deep cleaning and did they ever! It was a true deep clean, including windows and the fridge and under the bed. They even vacuumed the cat tree! My condo is cleaner than it was after the pre-move deep cleaning. Everything sparkles and gleams. A phenomenal job. I'm definitely hiring them for monthly cleaning going forward. Pricing is equivalent to what I've paid in the past, but the service far exceeds what I received in the past. read more

I was looking for cleaners for my move in and out service and came across SF Qualify Cleaning. Reviews are correct. They were responsive and were able to help me find a cleaner in a short notice. They were flexible with the time and did an excellent job cleaning my downstairs unit. I would recommend them. Price was reasonable and the service they provided not only met my expectations but went above and beyond. read more

Overall, the team did a great job. We hired them to do post construction clean up I. The empty house. There was fine dust everywhere. Paula, the manager, came out and did the original evaluation. She estimated it would take about 6-8 hours to wipe down walls, inside cabinets, etc. Paula was flexible with scheduling especially given the short notice and our move in date was a few days after Christmas. She kept me up to date on the cleaning crew. The crew arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We also, unexpectedly had a contractor show up to finish up a task. The cleaning crew worked around him. I had to leave on and off to take care of other things but the team did a great job overall. Whenever I did come back I saw them working. They finished in the mid afternoon while I was out. I did my inspection. Overall an excellent job but a few missed spots. Had I been there before they left I could have had them do those areas on the spot. Paula followed up that evening to ask how they did. I informed her that they missed a few spots in the master bathroom and baseboard along the stairs. She said she would send the crew back out the next afternoon to redo the areas. The next day, the crew arrived on time and cleaned those few spots. They were for maybe 25-30 minutes. They even redid some windows. It was sunny and you could see streaks that were not visible the day before with the cloudiness. I highly recommend SF Quality Cleaning. Thanks for help making our move preparation a little less stressful. read more

I contacted SF Quality Cleaning for Move Out Service about a month before my move date. Communication with the team was helpful and detailed. After our first conversation, we confirmed everything over text. The cleaning crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They finished faster than planned and everything shined! The final pricing matched the quote & payment was easy. This was the first time I've used a cleaning service and would recommend SF Quality Cleaning for your cleaning needs! read more

I hired SF Quality Cleaning for a move-out cleaning. They were very responsive, providing a general estimate up front and then asking for photos to give a more accurate estimate. Their estimate matched most of the quotes I received. The cleaning itself was excellent including cleaning the interior windows and all the slats of the blinds. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use them again. They definitely deserve the consistently good reviews and Yelp rating. read more

It would be appropriate if this team of women wore capes because they are Superwomen! They are both fast and thorough. Plus the owner is responsive whenever we need to make changes in our weekly cleaning regime. Also worth noting, they have also been super safe and accommodating to our strict safety policies during the pandemic. This group of women helps us achieve our high standards so we highly recommend SF Quality Cleaning Services. read more

Very good service! Sheyri and Arelis were extremely professional and they went beyond my expectations. The house was left very organized and shiny - something that's hard to see when you have a toddler in the house. I've been using cleaning services for over two years and this time I was very astonished by this company's service. They made me fall in love with my home again. I'm already looking forward to have them again every other week after my first experience with them. read more

I am a Realtor and needed super thorough cleaning for a townhouse that had floors refinished and walls sanded in a way that generated tons of dust on everything including shutters on every window. The SF Quality Cleaning team did a truly excellent job. I found only a couple of tiny places they missed and they jumped right on cleaning those with a smile. I was thrilled with what a beautiful job they did and how easy it was for me. Good price and great value. read more

Did they hire someone new? These good reviews do not seem plausible given my experience. I requested a deep cleaning and the estimated time was four hours I had two women spend about one hour. During that hour they took picture and talked on the phone. I know my apartment was messy. I find it disconcerting, I really needed help because of pain issues.. My experience was not only disappointing. It was degrading. Apparently having a messy apartment made me undeserving of fairness or honestly. I. I When they came in there were things on the floor and on counters. Some of it was cleaning supplies and equipment. Some of it was due to problems I am having because I have been in pain. At times standing and walking is difficult Spending the money for help is hard because I have been unable to pursue my regular work. t I respect the hard work housekeepers. I will always try to assist and always tip. They do not speak English so I told spoke with the owner. I told him I would be helping out. I planned to simply do what I could. It did not matter they spent time rubbing the outside of my cabinet and wiping the shower doors. It was not what I wanted because that was work I still can do. Much of the time they spent was taking pictures, talking on the phone and talking to each others. They left after one hour. Once they left I. They spent about one hour at my place. Some of the time they were actually taking pictures and talking on the phone. I do not want to write bad reviews. I know this is a small business owner who wants to get by and works hard. I hope by writing this they will learn a lesson .If your help does not want to do the work, do not do and a fraction and charge full price.. In the future I suggest they are clear and advise potential clients they do not like working with older people with mobility problems. Usually I feel rested in a clean, more orderly place when housekeepers leave. This time I felt humiliated and ripped off. I will be happy to remove this review with an apology, refund and an expectation that they ill treat others with respect and honesty. read more

I recently moved to the San Bruno area with my puppy and two young kids. In an effort to take extra sanitation precautions in a COVID Environment, I hired Vanessa's team to do a one-time deep clean of my new place. I was blown away. Part of that *may* be due to having grown accustomed to living in a constant state of disarray and carelessly strewn toys, but it was evident the team was extremely thorough. They also left a little thank you bag with some hand sanitizer and a pen, which was a lovely touch. What I intended to be a one-time cleaning has now morphed into a twice-monthly form of self-care. I've become that guy who walks around the clean house, happily enjoying the intoxicating smell of freshness. In addition to the quality of her team, Vanessa is fantastic - she's very responsive, friendly, and reasonable. Will for sure keep using them indefinitely! read more

I've been debating on whether to invest in a cleaning service for my 3/2 SFH. We have 2 cats and a dog and the adults in the house work FT M-F. With that being said, we consider our weekends sacred and decided to try a cleaner to get a deep clean then see how frequently we may need a recurring service. The prices here were a bit higher than other quotes I had gotten but I loved the attention to detail that these ladies put in. Our house literally looks like a different place! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is considering getting a cleaning service. read more

Simply the absolute best! I've had our apartment cleaned before by someone else and it was rather mediocre but I expected no one is going to actually deep clean the whole place. Having 3 toddlers in the home makes it pretty dirty on a regular basis and we haven't had professional cleaning in about 2 years. We knew it needed a deep cleaning as being in home made my allergies sky rocket with dust and dirt. They had 3 women come, and after 4 hours of cleaning (the place was pretty bad) it was beyond amazing, the cleaned absolutely everything! Not one thing left untouched, absolutely amazed by how good they were. Highly recommend this place! And we will for sure use them on a regular basis. read more

All I can say is WOW!!!! This company is amazing! Responsive and best move out clean I've ever seen. (And I'm in the property management business!) This move was especially hard as it was our personal residence for almost 30 years!!!! So take in mind this was a deep clean with a lot of detail work and was not an easy job and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend and would give 6 stars if I could. read more

I'm so happy I went with quality cleaning services!! I initially found them to do a move-out cleaning for my sister and once I saw how clean and detailed it was I knew I had to have Vanessa and her team clean my house too. I have to say the SF Quality Cleaning Services provides top notch cleaning services. I used them for a move out and their prices are reasonable. Their cleaning quality is stellar compared to any other service that I used before. Our apartment never had the deep cleaning experience because our landlord wanted to flip it to us immediately. They cleaned ever nook and corners and areas that many companies skip or ignore so when I returned home and smelled how fresh and clean my apartment was I wish I found them sooner to use as regular cleaning. I definitely recommend them as they are a cut above the rest. read more

Great service - very professional and good quality, along with fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I wish I could say that my experience was as good as the other reviews. I chose this service based on the positive reviews and easy communication with Vanessa. I needed a deep cleaning of my 4 bedroom townhouse before moving in and Vanessa was the only one who actually came to assess the place, so I felt good about going with her service. I was given an afternoon window of time and the cleaners showed up later than expected, at 5:30. To her credit, Vanessa texted me a few times to assure me of their arrival. I was surprised to see that there were only 2 people. Granted the place was empty, but there were many surfaces to clean and the previous occupants had not cleaned before moving. I showed the scope of the work and the cleaner balked at cleaning the 2" wooden blinds telling me that I should use a service for cleaning blinds that would soak them to clean. These are not metal mini blinds and I had pointed them out during Vanessa's visit. A call to Vanessa remedied that misunderstanding and I left them to do their work. I got a call around 7:30 to let me know that they were almost done. When I arrived, I saw one of the cleaners cleaning the oven with no protection placed over my newly refinished floors. The surrounding floor was covered with black splashes. Upon cleaning the splashes, a few could not be removed. I immediately called Vanessa. After she spoke to the cleaner, she told me that none of the cleaning products used would leave dark spots and that the cleaner claimed that the spots had already been there. After a long back and forth between the 3 of us that went nowhere, the cleaners finished by throwing a bucket of cleaning solution on the newly refinished hardwood floor and mopped it up. I was really upset and had them leave. As we moved in the next day, I found all high and a few low surfaces untouched. I did not see anything that the cleaners could have used to elevate themselves, so surfaces such as high kitchen and closet shelves and the top of the fridge remained sticky and dusty. Larger areas like the mirrored closet doors, bathroom mirrors and bathtub/shower were properly cleaned, but I found the cleaners severely lacking in paying attention to the details. Light switch plates still showed fingerprints, the wooden blinds were still dirty, kitchen cabinet doors still showed collected dust and drips, the stove had been wiped, but still had so many oily dots that required scrubbing. With all the great reviews, I don't know what to make of this. Inexperienced workers? Too few workers for the job? Arriving too late in the day or being the last job of a long working day? read more

Vanessa and her crew are phenomenal. Vanessa herself came out and gave a quote for the deep cleaning and the biweekly service. The cleaning crew are prompt, efficient, and overall amazing. I highly recommend SF Quality Cleaning Services. Vanessa and her team have cleaned for me the last 5 and half years. Every time my husband and I come home the day they have cleaned, we are always so pleased. Her team is incredibly thorough and reliable. When they clean, they often tidy up things here and there in addition to cleaning so everything looks nice. For example, they usually straighten up the papers and items on my desk so it looks neat and organize the kitchen counters so they look tidy. Note, we do always pick up before they come so that they can do the best cleaning job possible. While SF Quality Cleaning has cleaned our apartment for the last several years, we also moved to a house recently and I asked Vanessa to do our move-out clean. It was fantastic and quite detailed. No one would have known that the apartment was lived in the last 5 years! I refer her to my colleagues at work and friends whenever I get a chance to. Not only does Vanessa and her team do a thorough cleaning every time, but Vanessa is incredibly easy to work with and responsive. We communicate mostly via text. If the scheduling doesn't work for a particular week, Vanessa will get in touch a few days before to schedule another day. The same works vice versa if you need to reschedule to another day once in a while. She has built her business up over the years, no doubt because of the solid work she does! Absolutely no regrets here in hiring Vanessa and her team, both for routine, regularly scheduled cleaning and deep move-out cleaning. read more

Vanessa & her team are the most thorough, dependable, trustworthy house cleaners I've ever worked with. They've cleaned for me for the past 7 years and I recommend them any chance I get. Even when my mom visits and happens to overlap with them, she's commented on how thorough they are. Vanessa is also incredibly responsive should you ever had an issue or question. When I text her, I usually hear back right away when she's not in the middle of cleaning. She's worked hard to build up her business and takes a lot of pride in their work. She truly believes in providing a quality house cleaning service. read more

My husband and have been living in our apartment for 2 years and needed a deep clean (bad!). Paula was so easy to contact and set up a cleaning. She was so flexible with the timing too. The place is spotless! The shower doors look like a bird could fly in, my brother commented on a video I sent of the "after" and said "who stole all your stuff?" because of how tidy and clean everything looks. We are so happy to have found such a great cleaning service and can't wait to move to monthly cleanings. It is a treat that you deserve! You can count on them to be on time, thorough, and overall - amazing! Worth it. read more

Our clients wanted to have their home "deep cleaned" before having it staged and put on the market. We were working with a very tight timeline due to availability of the stager and an already scheduled professional photography session; therefore we needed cleaning done early morning before staging was to occur. I reached out due to their yelp reviews and spoke to Vanessa- sent her photos so she could get a better idea of the space without physically going to the property which was perfectly fine with me. She provided the quote via text. Of all the companies I had contacted, Vanessa was the only one to reach out and follow up in a timely manner and even due to the short notice, we were able to confirm the appointment for the very next morning! Vanessa had 3 of her team members there on time and by the time I personally got to the property, each lady were in separate rooms hard at work. They cleaned what we specifically requested (i.e window tracks-which is included and fireplace). During the final walk through we did notice a few places that needed additional cleaning/detail and they happily did it. Our clients loved how cleaned the house was as did all the agents that walked through the door and raves about "who's your cleaner." With that said, thank you Vanessa and team for your spotless work and we look forward to work with you again! read more
