Absolutely thrilled that they were recommended to me. House cleaning at an absolutely affordable price and they do an amazing job. We hired them to come and clean every 2 weeks and they confirm the day before that they will be there. Best choice ever! read more

I was nervous about getting a house cleaning service, but I am thrilled that Irma's Cleaning Service fit the bill. The crew showed up on time and prepared to deep clean my house. They immediately set to work. I had anticipated being home to answer any questions or move anything they needed. I very abruptly had to leave the house to take care of an emergency and the crew didn't miss a beat. They had me leave a key behind and said they would call with any questions. They hid the key where I asked them to on the way out. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it was to come home to a sparkling clean house after the terrible day dealing with the emergency. The sink? Pristine. The oven? Gleaming. The shower? Spotless! I will be happy to have Irma's staff clean my home again. read more

Best house cleaning service we have ever had! Irma and her team are very thorough with a lot of attention to detail. The house always has a brighter look after they finish, all the surfaces shine from how clean they are. Apart from working hard, they work quickly but with great care for every item they touch in the house. Since we started using Irma's team we have decided never to use anyone else, the only team we would trust to clean our home is Irma's read more

The cleaning crew doesn't pay much attention on *how* the job is done. One example is that they cleaned my new (1mo old) air fryer, but left a bunch of scratches on the non-stick coating. The scratches not only look bad, but may well pose as a health hazard. Another example is that they threw all my pillows/comforters/blankets on the hard floor to make the bed, *before* they cleaned the floor. At least clean the floor before throwing blankets on it! Finally, my bathroom sink started to have backups after the crew left. I needed buy a declog gel to clean the drain. I'm not sure what they did to clog it. Overall, I'd not use Irma again. read more

Irma and her team are very easy to work with. They are flexible with scheduling and do a very good job each time. The cleaning is very comprehensive. My house is so clean after their appointment each time, especially the bathroom and kitchen. read more

Update: Irma reached me and we figured everything out. So now I am satisfied customer. End of update. Initial communication was great, fast and effective. However, when the crew arrived everything went wrong: they started to demand more money than agreed from the very start without inspecting the property and despite the fact that I have provided all necessary information and actual photos before hand and we have agreed to the highest bid range. When I refused, they have started to re-negotiate every inch and scope of work. We came to an agreement. Three hours later they called me back, I briefly reviewed and was more or less satisfied with the results, and paid the price. However, when they left and I have started checking thoroughly, I have found a lot of dirty spots and unclean spaces, especially on the kitchen. read more

Irma and her staff are efficient, considerate and always go the extra mile when cleaning our place. Some subtle little extras they do that show they care. We so appreciate them and all their staff. Would highly recommend to everyone I know. I was really hesitant about getting cleaners as I've heard so many stories of it not working out, I saw Irma's crew in my neighborhood and decided to try them out and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I am a salon owner and mother of a toddler, and they literally make my life so much easier. read more

I had post construction clean up which is a pain. Irma came and gave me an estimate and did the job on the same day! Had 4 people and about 5 hours of work. They did a decent job. Worked hard. read more

Irma's got back to me within 20 minutes of requesting a quote. I really liked that I could get a quote just by sending pictures. The quote was very fair. They also did better cleaning than previous house cleaners I used. I did a general clean for my two bedroom two bath apartment. I usually get my house deep cleaned every 3-4 months. They arrived on time, communication was easy, and they completed the job in about 2.5 hours. They worked around my pets which I really appreciate! They are very detailed with the cleaning as well. My bathrooms especially are sparkling. I also requested the inside of my fridge which looks great. The windows are so clear and streak free, I've never seen them look so nice. Best of all they accept Venmo! I will definitely be using them again. read more

So Irma's got back to me & my husband recently regarding the unusually large difference between the estimate and final cost of our one-time exit cleaning from our previous rental, and offered to make it right. They certainly didn't need to do this, so that tells me that the owner does genuinely care and that this was probably uncommon (which I had kind of guessed given the other glowing reviews), so it was probably just an honest mistake by their estimator in this case. I stand by my initial assessment of their work; the cleaning crew did a reasonable job on the exit cleaning and we were always satisfied by the level of cleanliness achieved. I will, however, strongly suggest perhaps getting an in-person estimate if you're comfortable with it, for a better gauge on what your final cost will be to avoid any surprises--we thought just the pictures would be good enough, but apparently sometimes it's not. Between both my interactions with the ladies on Yelp and my husband's in-person interactions, they have been both courteous and professional, so I think my experience is an anomaly. I sincerely hope I won't have to go through the stress of moving again any time soon for my own sake, but if I do, in light of their willingness to make amends for the off estimate and their solid work, I think I'd give Irma's another shot (and I'll definitely get an in-person estimate, of course). read more

I'm BEAMING! WOW. The very best home cleaning service in the country. I have had house cleaners since I owned my 1st condo in MA and living in the Bay Area for the past 22 years, I have enjoyed the amazing service house cleaners bring and also the dismay they bring as well. Our place is old and dusty. I clean everyday and I do like to keep our home like a museum--however---Irma's House Cleaning Service blew every other company out of the running! The little folds in the tissue/toilet paper to the huge stuff like vacuuming UNDER the rugs and the carpet. Cleaning the blinds thoroughly and the inside of the oven to meticulously handling my glass animal collection to vacuuming the sectional sofa---removing the cushions...getting everything I missed cleaning under the couch. They don't miss a beat! Our mirrors sparkle and our bathroom is like brand new. Even our headboard is in mint condition all because of the incredible service this company provided us! I have never been happier to pay someone to clean our home. I always want Irma's House Cleaning to care for my home. Call them, you will be thrilled! I am! A million thank you's!!!! read more

The greatest house cleaners I have had! They are on time, flexible when I forgot to leave house keys, and always leave everything sparkling! I get so many compliments on my house after Irma comes! What a great team! They are expensive but worth it. We had our home deep cleaned last week by Irma and her team and I can't emphasize enough what a great job they did. They cleaned things we didn't even know needed cleaning or could possibly get clean. We had given up on the window for the oven but they got it sparkling like new, baseboards - spotless, exhaust fan for the range - squeaky clean. They even cleaned the cabinets in the kitchen, exhaust fans in the bathrooms and door mouldings/tracks. We will definitely be repeat customers. Highly recommend. read more

I was looking for a deep cleaning for my home. Irma cleaning was a great choice. Irma worked with my schedule and made it happen the very next day, bright and early.. I am very pleased with the service that they are providing me. Having 2 little kids and both of us working full time it tough to keep a place clean. Irma and her crew came in and spent 4 hours working on our place ! I have never seen it so clean. I almost made the kids sleep in the garage because I did not want them to mess it up lol ( I am kidding....). They are now doing a Bi-weekly cleaning for us and they are doing a great job for us. Best cleaners we have found by far. Thank you Irma !! read more

My home is 4200 sq feet, 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms. I had a deep cleaning, including wood floors, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, crown moldings, windows + more. 4 cleaners arrived exactly on time and stayed 5 hours. When they were finished. my home smelled so good and was spotless! The great thing is that they bring all their own equipment so need to go buy anything! I highly recommend this company without reservation. I will definitely continue with their services. read more

My husband and I were moving into a new home and wanted it completely cleaned and sanitized before the big move. We had asked them to come out on a Wednesday afternoon and then realized the water had not yet been turned on for our new home. Needless to say, we had to cancel the appointment until we can get running water for them to clean. Luckily, they were able to come back on Friday that week with very short notice and we couldn't have been more thankful! Irma's team came on Friday and did a great job. They were very nice and made sure to get everything cleaned that I asked them to. This also appears to be a family run operation as well. I met her son and daughter and they were both so accommodating! Definitely more of a reason to support a small family business. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, team! read more

We scheduled a first visit today for 10;30 AM. No one came. I called at 11am and was told they forgot but could come at 3pm. It is now 3:30 and no has come or called. They are unreliable and I will not deal with this service now. I would like to change my review ol Irma's House cleaning. I received a call last evening explaining the reason the appointment was missed and they requested another chance. They came this morning and did a great job. When I learned the reason the first appointment was missed I realized I was too hasty in posting my review . read more

Had a conversation with the Irma team on Friday 8/13 and confirmed our first appointment for Monday 8/16 8.30am. On Monday morning, I get told that they messed up our appointment and now won't be able to clean our apartment until 1-2pm. Slightly inconvenient as I had to move my morning meetings to afternoon and then back to morning. Now around 1.30pm, I'm told that they can't show up until 4.30pm. At this point its straight up unprofessional, so I ask them to cancel our appt instead. 30 mins later I get another call saying that they can show up in 20mins and I should've refused but I agreed to cleaning. Our place is 3B-2Ba, and were told $200 since we only wanted regular dusting/cleaning which we thought was fair. Two ladies showed up but unfortunately one of them had to go pick up her son a bit later, which is understandable that life happens sometimes. Positives - Both bathrooms were nicely cleaned. Master Bedroom, same situation - Nicely cleaned and even folded our PJs that were on the bed (Bless them!). Kitchen and living room- floors were vacuumed, which was fine... Not sure if the countertops were cleaned. Definitely spent more effort on bathrooms. At 4.30, the lady asked if she could clean our office/3rd bedroom. We refused since we were still working. After this we pay her + tip and everything is good. After she left, we realized that the second bedroom wasn't even touched :(. So we paid $200+ for cleaning 2 bathrooms, a bedroom; and a bit of kitchen/living room. That was kinda disappointing. It could be just one of those days, but we felt the whole experience could've been better. The toilet paper flower was kinda nice touch but that was unnecessary when there was still cleaning left to do. read more

The company was quick to respond and gave a fair quote. On day of cleaning they were on time and finished the house much faster than anticipated. The work was fantastic and the house looked amazing after. Highly recommend. read more

They not only offer a great service at a reasonable price, but they're incredibly friendly and efficient. 5 stars for sure

Great working team, but definitely not worth the service I paid for. They were supposed to clean and mop the garage and it never happened even though it was paid for. They are good surface cleaners, but if you're looking for good deep cleaning GOOD LUCK! Also, I gave them each $20 tips and Irma put the money right in her pocket rather than giving it to them which I thought was pretty shady. So, if you give tips, give them directly to the workers. I would probably not use this service in the future but if you do BEWARE. read more

We scheduled a move-out cleaning with Irma, and did a walk-through a week earlier for a quote. But on the cleaning day, the owner claimed that it would take longer than the estimated time to clean, and so she would have to increase the price by 30%. We had the option to say no and they would leave, but we couldn't just find another cleaner on the day of like that, especially for a move-out. (We were supposed to do a walkthrough inspection the next day or so). So we agreed to the increased price. However, the cleaning ended up taking the same amount of time she had estimated earlier. Moreover, mid-way through the cleaning, the owner left to take care of another job for almost an hour (meaning we had one fewer cleaner for that time). After they finished, I still found multiple spots where they didn't clean. I'm fine with paying a fair price for cleaning, but business owners must be more honest when providing a quote. In this case, Irma provided a quote lower than some other cleaners we called, but ultimate charged us more. read more

After my cleaning person retired after 25 years, I was very happy to find Irma and her team. They are timely, efficient, careful with my things and always do a thorough job. While different members of Irma's staff will come, they always know what my requested service is and always check in with me to make sure I'm happy with their work before they leave. They are accommodating of schedule changes and happy to include extra projects if requested. I can highly recommend them based upon my experience. read more

I have been a customer of Irma's Service for over 2 years for every other week. They are communicative in advance, gave me a very fair price, and always come ready to work hard. Always find everything very clean, and if something was forgotten on one visit it is more than taken care of on the next. (Rare). I can count on them to be prompt, efficient, energetic, and hard working. I have a dog so the hair is everywhere and they do a great job cleaning that well. If they have a question they always make sure to ask me about it. Highly recommend. read more

Super responsive, very thorough, wonderfully professional - the team did a great job doing a deep-clean. They tackled hard-to-reach places (under cabinets! Baseboards behind sofas!) and added little touches throughout. We're thrilled to have found Irma's. They were kind, courteous, and very responsive. They offered services that left me pleasantly surprised, especially for people who are extremely busy. My unit looked and smelled great. There was a little left over cleaner in the oven but it was really no big deal. They stopped in to provide a quote in person beforehand as well so there were no surprises on price. Overall very satisfied and trustworthy. I would recommend and I'll be using them again soon! read more

I have used Irma's HousevLeaning Services for a couple of years at first the housecleaning was great, gradually her "ladies" were doing less and less. I noticed that behind and under the beds were not being dusted, my blinds and shutters were not being done. When I questioned these things I was told that this was "Deep Cleaning" The only thing that is done on a non deep cleaning is dusting furniture vacuuming and mopping floors. What started has her ladies coming for 2-1/2 hours was down to 1hour and 45 mintues. And I was paying about $100.00 an hour. when I first hired Irma she told me that she would be doing all of the things that are now "Deep Cleaning". Get different quotes and make sure that you get in writing what is included and what is deep cleaning read more

Irma's team did a great job for my house's deep cleaning after our kitchen remodel and two bedrooms' re-paint. We love Irma and have been loyal clients for the last 3 years - our parents helped sway us to hire cleaners once we started having a family and we have never looked back! They have been more than fair and reasonable. They show up early, do a fantastic job and are fast and unnoticed. We completely trust them - sometimes we actually aren't even around when they clean our place and if we're working from home, they make themselves scarce while cleaning the table. One of my favorite things is that they get to know you and your pet peeves for cleaning to look for those intricacies and they also have fun interior design and charming ways to make your house momentarily (at least for us!) feel like a hotel. They fold the towels and blankets in a special way. They make our bed (we never do). Delighted to recommend this family run business over and over again. Funny thing is now that we have partnered with them, I notice them all over our neighborhood, especially at homes where the kids are similarly aged to ours. read more
