For the price and quality of service, Amarilis cannot be beat. They cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment so well and it only took them a couple hours. The craziest thing is that it only costed $200 (minus tip). They were super professional and worked with care and even got some pretty hard stains out from our cabinets from a party we had the night before they came. 100% will be hiring them again whenever we want to get our place freshened up. She is sooooooo rude. I called in and asked if they can help clean just the patio of my house. She asked me what time, I told her I'll be home all day, she can let me know what time works best for her. The owner probably has some trouble understanding English so without trying to continue the conversation she just abruptly hung up on my call. At first I thought the cut off was an accident. I tried calling her again attempting to explain my needs but I went straight to voicemail. I was thinking she's probably busy, so I tried again later. The phone rang this time, but was cut short again. I tried again still no answer. After a few tries, I think she is just trying to avoid me. This is not really how you should do business. It's very disrespectful. Edit: She called me back right AFTER I posted a one star review asking me why I reviewed her poorly on Yelp and I shouldn't do that. Why do I only get your attention after leaving you a poor review? You had this whole time to return my call, yet you only called me back to ask me to remove my review because it's damaging your business. Ridiculous. read more

After settling the date and time, they confirmed the service before coming to my house and was on time. I had a three bedroom house for move out cleaning which took about three hours. Wow, such clean house! Oderma cleaned my house with great detail. Windows, floor, kitchen cabinets everything was cleaned with great attention. The house was clean as such but since it was locked for a month, dust was accumulated in the windows and floor. She was very friendly and polite. She offered moving household stuff to clean the areas with household items. She happily cleaned the places which required second cleanup or were missed in the initial cleaning.
