After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

We opted for the 10 windows to be cleaned inside and outside, and we were all shocked that the price included screens as well. Brian and Jacob worked as a great team. They were super friendly, and even nice to our dog which was a bonus. ;) I really didn't know just how dirty our windows had gotten until I saw the shining results! They used 2 hours to scrub with a water brush and used a special edge cleaner, which must make all the difference. We made sure to tip them well for their great service.
