You know when you were a child and woke up on Christmas morning? That indescribable joy you were filled with before entering the room where you hoped to find something under the tree? Well, I feel very similarly every time I enter my home after it has been cleaned by Junior & Cliff Quality Cleaning. It's hard to adequately describe the gratitude I feel for all the help Junior & Cliff have provided over the last 5 years. I am a single mom of two young boys and often feel like a hurricane came through parts of my home. This cleaning service helps restore a bit of my sanity each week. Being a perfectionist, I also have very high standards for how clean and organized I maintain my space - Junior & Cliff are equally thorough. I have worked with a number of different companies over the last 15 years and absolutely no one has provided the level of service I have received here. Junior and Cliff are punctual, flexible with scheduling, willing to fulfill my random requests, kind and hardworking. Above all, they are honest and trustworthy. I cannot speak highly enough about them and their services. read more

Junior and his team have been great so far! He is very responsive and communicates well. He brings a team that works very efficiently so they are in and out without taking up the whole day. I have them booked them for recurring cleaning in foster city and so far am very satisfied. Pricing is reasonable read more

10/10 again, used them for deep cleaning services for my 2 bedroom apt with high ceilings and they handled it perfectly. My fiancé is super picky and was very pleased. Their whole team works hard and I'm so happy to have them as my go-to. read more

I had a move out cleaning done, and it was amazing! I think the house is probably cleaner now than when we moved in! Very reasonably priced and communication was great. I highly suggest their services. Once we get settled into our new place, we will be hiring them for regular cleanings. read more

Almost two years ago, a friend of mine moved to San Mateo and started using Junior & Cliff. When I stopped by to visit her after a cleaning, I was impressed with how thorough they were each time (which is no mean feat because she has two adorable but very fuzzy cats). A few months later, I started using Junior & Cliff for my own apartment, and I have been happy ever since. They do an incredible job, making sure every inch of my apartment was spotless, and I appreciated getting a heads up the day before that they were coming by. Unfortunately, I had to move and no longer can have them as cleaners, but I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services around the peninsula. I'll miss the smell of lemon when I get home in the evening after work, but I'm glad that someone will be able to take my spot in the cleaning schedule and experience the joy of returning to a spotlessly clean home. read more

I cannot say enough on how happy we are with Junior and Cliff's quality cleaning. We have been using them for the past 3 years or so and they are always thorough and thoughtful. We have 3 kids ( 2 under the age of 6) a Lab and a mess that accompanies busy families with those dynamics. Through it all they make our home a pleasure to come home to when they are done. It is rare to find a group that takes pride in the work they produce the way Junior and Cliff do; so our thanks for always taking care of us! read more

Junior and his team cleaned our townhouse in San Mateo for about a year. We recently moved and had to stop service but have nothing but good things to say. They were always on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the house. I was often shocked walking into the house for the first time after a clean as it was always in perfect condition. read more

Highly recommend Junior and his team to anyone looking for a regular cleaning service. They are extremely professional - punctual, communicative, polite and did an incredible job cleaning our place. Looking forward to working with them in the future! read more

I am updating my review of Junior & Cliff cleaning after several years of using them. I was happy with the cleaning for a long time but in the last year I have consistently found things that were not done to the standard I expect. My house is large and I have a lot of stuff but it is never messy and I preclean every single time. I started to get the feeling they were trying to off load me so they could get more money for the time slot from someone else. However, when I told Junior that I was unhappy, he asked if they could have another chance. I would have also happily paid more to get the results I need, but they never mentioned or asked for an increase. Since then I have not been happy at all. I'm going to clean myself until I can find a new company- if you've got another lead let me know! read more

I had called Junior and Cliff's cleaning service and Cliff gave me a quote for an initial deep cleaning and monthly cleaning after that. He and his team did such a fantastic job in the initial deep clean that I had to get them to come monthly. On the first visit they clearly told me the things they would clean/not clean (e.g, they don't typically the inside of the fridge, or inside closets). They do an excellent job cleaning - everything is so bright and shiney when I walk in the door! They dust and scrub all surfaces including pictures, shelves. They are really fast and very efficient. They typically have a team of 5-7 people and everyone works in different rooms at the same time - so they prefer if you are out of the place when they are working so as not to slow them down. They will also change bedding if you leave it out. Junior is great about texting via phone the evening before and reminding you that they will be there the next day. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them for residential cleaning! read more

3.5 years ago my wife and I reluctantly agreed to hire a housekeeper due to an increasingly busy schedule. We found Junior & Cliff by word of mouth, they were in high demand, and they worked us in to their very busy schedule. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism, speed, accuracy, and caring attitude in both cleaning our home and towards us as our needs changed. When we moved 2 years ago, we made sure they would carry their services to our new home. These fine people are the best housekeepers we have ever hired over the course of 15 years. They are fair, honest, and caring. Treat them well and they will pay you in kind and then some. My only regret is now that we are moving out of the Foster City/San Mateo area is that we can't take them with us to take care of our new home. They are the Gold standard and benchmark for my family in looking for housekeeping services. It's a very high bar for others to meet. Cliff & Junior, thanks for the last 3.5 years. We are extremely grateful we found you. read more

Cliff and Junior's Quality cleaning is the new name of Cliff's quality cleaning. He has taken on a partner since he got so busy. We have been using Cliff and Juniors ( Junior for the last 8 months or so) and they are dependable and do a great job. They even helped me coordinate a Salvation Army pick up that occurred during their cleaning time! If something needs special attention, just let them know and they will take care of it. They always do something special with my son's stuffed animals so he loves them! We are very happy with the cleaning and flexibility. They always text us the day before to let us know the approximate time they will be there to clean. They have a team of folks so they can get things done in a jiffy! read more

Cliff and now Junior have been cleaning my home for over 2 years. They are reliable and do a great job. They arrive with 5-6 people and divide up the house for an efficient and deep cleaning. I love that they change the sheets and use organic products. I like that Junior texts me a reminder the night before they come with their anticipated arrival time. read more

I've tried a few cleaning companies until I found this one, and never looked back! They are very thorough, are always on time, super responsive and always confirm with me the day before. They accommodate my requests and are very efficient. I love coming back home to my shiny house! Already referred a few friends, they get booked up fast so don't miss out! read more

We have been using Cliff Quality Cleaning for a number of months now for our Corporate Apartments. They have a high quality of work and are extremely trustworthy. Cliff communicates with you to ensure you know what time he'll be there, the night before. If anything comes up during the cleaning process, they immediately inform you and send pictures if necessary. For instance, they were dusting our vanity lights once and one of the lightbulbs exploded. They cleaned up after the break, removed the damaged lightbulb and sent me a picture re-assuring me no damage was done to the mechanism that goes into our fixture or any damage to our fixture. That shows quality in both communication and cleaning services! I appreciated this very much. We were lucky to have found them and their willingness to work with us as a company -- were the invoice process is very demanding. Definitely recommend them for any cleaning services you are in need of. read more

I've been on a search for a cleaning service for awhile now and am so glad to have found Junior! We were referred by a neighbor who spoke highly about their service so we decided to try them out. I'm so happy we did. Not only did Junior get back to me as soon as possible when I contacted him, he was on time to the appointment and cleaned our house from top to bottom in less than 2 hours! When we walked into our home it was soooo nice to come home to a clean house!! Junior and his staff are so professional. We would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work, and so thankful our search is over! read more

My husband and I have used Cliff's team (now Junior & Cliff's Quality Cleaning) twice a month for about 2 years now. We are very happy with their services and give them the highest the recommendation. I am a bit paranoid about who has access to our place, especially when we are not around, but their team has always taken great care of our home. We initially met Cliff to run through the house in person, discuss what we needed, and set the price. In my opinion, the price is absolutely worth the service we receive. Most of the time we are at work when the team comes by, but when I am home they are efficient and respectful, and are in and out in under an hour (~1300sq ft condo). Cliff and Junior take their business very seriously and are professional. If there's something you want focused on or have a particular request, they are happy to comply. Again, I can't recommend their services enough and would urge you to at least try them out in your search for your home or office cleaning. read more
