Excellent service from start to finish! I started looking for a mover Saturday morning, and Vicente responded within a minute. We originally hired them to remove a few heavy pieces of furniture from upstairs, but ended up expanding the job to include moving in new furniture as well. They were incredibly fast, careful with our home and furniture, and the price was great. So easy to work with. Highly recommend! read more

I had an 8-foot awning and two 7-foot umbrellas that were broken and needed to go. Best Hauling gave me a very reasonable bid. I texted them to confirm they wouldn't hike the price upon arrival, and they replied right away, assuring me they'd honor the flat rate they'd quoted. As luck would have it, they were already in the area and could come by within the hour--I was thrilled! Everything went perfectly. The guys had great attitudes, finished the job in minutes, and left without a hitch. I gave them a nice tip because I truly appreciated their help. Their five-star rating is no accident. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend their services to anyone. read more

Very nice guys and a smooth, easy experience. Came over within 30min of requesting a pickup. Will def hire again.

Another great experience with Best! Oscar and his team responded quickly, came to haul away the items (mattress, chair, microwave, etc) within 12 hours of me messaging then even though I messaged late at night and then slept for 8+ hours, and they were professional! No issues, they are who I contact first when I need something taken away. No worrying if someone is going to get back to you, be on time, etc because Oscar's got it!! read more

Best Hauling got back to me immediately after I requested a quote. I had a broken washer dryer combo that had been sitting for a couple of years. It was high time to have it removed. The pricing was the best quote I got and they offered to come the same day. Communication was excellent. They were friendly and kind, and got in and out of my apartment very quickly. They were very careful to not damage anything in their way out. I truly appreciated that! Btw, I also live upstairs in a building, so they had to maneuver through the stairway. I feel so relieved that this big appliance is out of my way! I definitely recommend Best Hauling! read more

I had excellent experiences working with Best Hauling. Oscar was very professional and had the best communication just like the name implies as a hauler. He replies quickly, is detail-oriented, and offers upfront pricing. He gave me an initial rough estimate when I sent pictures, then he showed up within 10-30 minutes to take a look to give an exact estimate. I'm pretty sure he lives in the neighborhood with the quick response, also happy to support a local small business. He followed through exactly as promised. I reached out to other haulers and most didn't bother to respond for an estimate or come take a look in person. Oscar was very upfront and had very good attitude for the entire job, there was no surprises or hassles. Oscar and his helpers were always on-time, fast, friendly, and respectful. They handled everything with care and even swept up the dust after they finished. If you want honest, efficient hauling from someone who takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Best Hauling's services. I know this kind of work isn't easy, but they truly are the best at what they do. I'll definitely be reaching out again when we have more work to be done. read more

The crew arrived punctually. They were extremely friendly and were very quick to finish the pretty significant job we had lined up. They were very transparent with pricing and they was a bit of back and forth with pricing due to adding and removing items during the quoting stage. However they were extremely patient ( we are moving and had a bit of indecisiveness on what to have removed from our home.) to be honest ... we were relatively stressed out about this junk removal, however they were nothing short of amazing to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend for stress free experience. read more

We have been hauling away a lot of things over the last two years while we renovate and I can tell you when I'm impressed. From the moment they arrived, they were laser focused and efficient. From initial contact to completion, it took less than 40 minutes to haul away a large storage closet full of things and some additional furniture items. All that and for an amazing price? Easily a great experience for me, especially being in the middle of a workday while trying to find time between meetings. read more

I've seen their truck parked in the neighborhood and it was perfect timing since I was currently moving a bunch of stuff to another room. I texted the number and it was the fastest response from a company I've ever seen. I wasn't ready for the junk removal yet and the owner patiently waited that I was ready. They showed up only 15 minutes later! My junk was a mix of little stuff and big items like a whole desk.
