Not sure how to feel about this service. I consulted them via yelp messages and they gave me an estimation amount which I was fine with. They were 1hr & 15 minutes late but got started very fast & efficient. The owner himself and another guy came to do the work. He apologized for being late since it was also a busy day but I also booked last minute (about 24hrs prior), but I did expect them to be on time or at least delay not that much since I read some good reviews about other booking a last minute service. I ended up paying less than the estimate since I ended up having less items to remove, but I didn't feel compensated for the time delay. Yelp Project Request. Quite a job they did. The photos I took were decent, but they did provide an in person estimate which I highly reccomend. The actual in person quote was a bit higher, which I expected since the work was about 3-4 hours for 2-4 people to clear out a 10'x14' room. They gave me a low estimate, but their final estimate still came in under what most people quoted. They worked very quickly, organized, and didn't damage any cars that were parked close to the clean up area/garage. Plus the driveway to get to the garage was also very lengthy to carry things back and forth with their carts. Their follow on appointments, text message, photos, reschduling was amazing.
