Thiago and his crew has proven time and again that they are the hardest-working, most efficient,…read moreand most reasonably priced among all demolition and hauling contractors. I initially received bids from 4 different demo & hauling contractors, and A & M's team asked the right questions and showed they already had expertise and experience. Their pricing was also very competitive so I selected them. I have now gone back to Thiago for 6 or 7 other follow-up jobs and every time, him and his crew were always responsive, honest, hardworking, and they have always finished the job with the best quality and within the time frame promised. Thiago and his guys are my Go-To crew for any future demo and hauling jobs. They are all super honest and they have done an excellent job for me time and again. Often, if I see them working their butts off and sweating profusely, I would buy them pizza and/or Gatorade just to make sure I take care of them. I think that's the least we can do as customers - to take great care of the guys who bring the muscle and the physical labor, and we need to take excellent care of them. I now worry with my highest rating and excellent review, along with the hundreds of other reviews from other clients, that they would be so busy and they would likely have no more time for me and my future jobs. In any event, this review is way overdue since I have worked with A & M for almost a year now. Thiago and his crew deserve every bit of praise possible and they are all awesome guys. You would be so lucky to have this group of guys to work on your projects.

And of course with hot tubs you need to worry about capping the gas and other utilities before any demo. Their price was very reasonable for the excellent service we received. Thank you Brayner and Giant team!

The project was removing 480 square feet of an old concrete driveway. He generated a quote quickly that felt fair for the equipment and people he needed (required a small wildcat). He was response at every stage of the process, from initial outreach, to day-of work, to post-project payment. His team was respectful, brought their own port-a-potty, and left the job site very clean (even saw them blowing dust off places far beyond the job site). In short, this is a responsive and thorough team and I couldn't recommend the more.
