After getting almost 10 different texts from estimators for my construction debris hauling I got a call from Junk Deal that they could come out Saturday morning to take a look and haul away right away if I approved. I figured why not have someone actual come out to take a look for an estimate. Eddie and Angel called to say they were available earlier and came by at 10 am. Eddie gave me an estimate for $300 as he thought he could pack the truck pretty well to reduce my cost. About 2/3 of the way into the loading, Eddie let me know that it was more than he estimated, and was closer to half the truck than the quarter load. I was fine with that still as there were several bags of debris and concrete in the mix. There were some materials that could be reused (plywood, drywall, stucco mix, concrete blocks, etc). I had asked Eddie if they would haul the construction materials that were still usable to a materials recycling center, and he said they do take them to a place in San Jose. In about an hour Eddie and Angel had not only loaded everything into the rather clean truck, but also had swept clean the sidewalk where it had all sat! Credit cards are accepted. They tarped the truck and went off to their next job! All very hassle-free, with pleasant gentlemen, and good value. I highly recommend Junk Deal and especially Eddie and Angel. Side note: They DO need to be equipped with gloves next time. read more
