Very reasonable pricing (other quotes received were 2x or 3x higher). Quick and stress free. Easy payment. Highly recommended.

Got the quote for removing my sofa bed easily scheduled. The workers from Ortiz checked out my item and confirmed the price was the same as the quote I got via a Yelp bid/project. I was so happy they were able to immediately removed my couch right then and there. Will definitely use them again when I need large items removed! read more

Great service at a great price. Showed up exactly on time, cleared all the junk, and left the place clean. Highly recommend them. read more

I would rate zero star if I can: I sent them a video, They gave me a quote $625 and we scheduled next day morning to pick up the junk, next day morning they called me telling me that there was a lot of concrete and long cardboard, I immediately notice in their tone they misquoted me and trying to raise the price, but they didn't and just say their truck is in used today and won't be available and will call me back. Then later in the afternoon, I chased couple times to confirm a date, they said all their trucks are full for a while, I immediately notice that it's because they misquoted and don't want to do the project, and of course at the end they blocked me, what a waste of my time. Use them at your own risk. Don't blame people for a bad review, you asked for it. read more

What a delight to deal with, everything was so polite and professional. They were able to schedule me in quickly and for a great price. I was extremely happy with the payment options. We moved and had a lot of junk items. A friend of mine used Ortiz Junk Removal and recommended them to us. We are very impressed with how quickly they loaded up and left the place clean. On top of this, it was two women! As a woman business entrepreneur myself, seeing women doing this work made me happy. We will definitely be contacting them for our future needs! read more

Ortiz was the first to respond when I was looking for a hauler and they offered the best quote. Estela came alone and did the job fast and efficiently. So impressed. Gotta give this small, women owned business props! Will definitely be using them again. read more

Great work from Ortiz Junk Removal. Touched base on Monday with an online quote, came on Tuesday for an in person quote, and completed the job by Friday. Great value, and we added on an extra service the day of and they were able to help with some additional soil removal that required some shoveling by their crew. Great value for the money, and was competitive amongst all the local companies. read more

4 stars for scheduling; 5 stars for actual pick up What went well: - Easy to get a quote; just snap a picture and send to their phone number - competitive pricing (not cheapest but I believe in supporting women owned small businesses) - smooth pick up upon arrival (thank you Estela!) - accepts Venmo for payment What didn't go so well: they arrived almost 1.5 hours late. I had to call to find out what was happening. Apparently someone else cancelled for today and they removed me from the schedule instead. I will have more junk to pick up again soon and plan on giving Ortiz Junk Removal another shot. Will update my review when that happens. read more

Ortiz Junk Removal are fantastic! They were fast to respond to my requests and communications. They let me know exactly when to expect them and they hauled away two reclining couches, a tall table and 6 stools. Quick and efficient, I highly recommend their services. read more

They are very reasonable and pretty much on time. Would recommend to anyone!! Give senior discount too!!

Very quick and friendly! No one else could beat their price. We will definitely be using them again for our junk removal services.

I selected Ortiz Junk Removal to discard a couch. Once they gave me a quote, I scheduled a time of 10am-12pm. I received a confirmation in the morning that they were arriving at 12:00pm and I would receive a text message 10 minutes prior to their arrival. 20 minutes prior I decided to text and inquire their ETA. I received a message at noon that they were running late because of traffic and then that the freeway was closed and all traffic was stopped. I explained that I needed to leave by 12:30. Their response was that they would come the next day at the same time. I canceled their service at 12:30 pm and went with someone else who arrived within 10 minutes and took care of the couch disposal. I don't know what happened, if they overbooked or underestimate their day but if they would have communicated with me, it would have been very helpful. When you anticipate having someone come for a service, you never know if they can come sooner, so your entire morning is planned around them. read more

ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED with this business. I reached out for a junk removal from my home garage. I submitted a Yelp request and Ortiz was the first to respond. They honestly had the best rate but also quick response and quick scheduling. I wasn't able to meet them but I provided them access via my garage key pad. They communicated to me when they arrived. They let me know when they were completed and sent me photos to confirm. SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH. Thank you Estela and Ortiz Junk Removal. Highly recommended. read more

Another amazing job by Estela!!! We don't need junk removal very often, but Ortiz Junk Removal has now impressed us a 2nd time. So easy to work with and Estela is so sweet and hard-working! Very easy to schedule through Yelp and very professional. And extremely fair pricing. In short, Ortiz Junk Removal is the best out there! read more

They cancelled at the last minute which really created problems for us! Normally that would earn a one star review from me, but if they had shown up they would have probably earned 5 stars - in the lead up to the day of the job they were responsive and easy to communicate with. And maybe the cancellation wasn't really their fault - she said that one of her guys called in sick at the last minute. But in the end they didn't do the job at all so I will not use them ever again. read more

Our shed burned down and all the items around it and outside surrounding it burnt. I submitted a yelp request and Ms. Ortiz was the first to respond. She came and gave a quote that day. She is very professional, communitive, and kind She provided the best rate and schedule clean-up 2 days later. I was not able to be there, but she called me before/after, and sent pictures. Estela and another colleague worked hard and really fast! I am so satisfied with their services. They even took out the entire artificial grass and hosed down the area to try to clean every little debris. So considerate. I will definitely use them again! read more

Excellent work! Arrived on time and did a fine job removing all my items. Definitely recommended!

I requested a quote for pickup of a wooden desk that is in working order. I didnt have the means of transportation to haul it to a donation center. I requested quotes on yelp, nextdoor and offerup. Ortiz provided me the most reasonable quote. Its good that they offer removal and donation as well instead of just removal and disposal. Pickup and drop off were timely and the communication was simple, direct and courteous. read more
