Never had anything hauled away before, but the bar has been set exceptionally high. The amount of stuff was more than expected when I was quoted a price, but from what I've been told, it was a reasonable price. And considering the amount of stuff they took away, wouldn't have been shocked if it was higher. It took 2 very full trips to take away a driveway full of stuff & bulky items from the garage. I got a call from the owner to apologize the matter (voice mail), and next day the manager, Eder, showed up in person and apologized for his negligence. At first, I told him that I have moved on and I accepted his apology. I told him that I will hire another company to clean it again out of my pocket. But he insisted to come again to do the thing right for free. Then he sent his crew again to clean up the yard. He went even further, cleaning up my yards again. While shattered glasses are indeed difficult to clean up, I can tell that they have at least tried their best, and I can tell the owner did care. (Thumb up).
