Wow! Finally getting a chance to write this review but I absolutely feel I need to write it. Can't say enough good stuff about this company and Arnold. I had a very tough demo job, pulling out all the floors on the first floor while we tried to live in our house (with a 3.5 and 1.5 year old boys). Arnold came out and quoted the work the day after I reached out, and was able to get to work right away. To both of our surprise, this job didn't end up how he quoted or what I thought. The demo ended up being a LOT more complex and a LOT more work due to some unforeseen construction decisions made by the original builder in 1967. Through it all Arnold and his crew worked with professionalism and care in a way that I was awed by. When the job became a lot more involved than originally quoted, he was way more than fair with how he ended up pricing the job. I really can't recommended these guys enough. Excellent work, professional, prompt, clean, fair pricing, and COVID friendly. I wouldn't call anyone else. read more

Good communication and great flexibility. No drama. Price was fair and work done well.

Arnold is a great Guy,hauled out our junk, demoed a shed and all in about 3.5 hours. Very friendly and helpful crew

As always, calling Arnold's hauling always results in getting things done and getting it right every time. We had 6 square yards of crabgrass and clay soil to remove in prep for some landscaping work. Arnold showed up with his bobcat and had the yard ready for the next phase of the project in no time at all. Thank you Arnold!! read more

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Arnold. We are first-time homeowners in an HOA and inherited a backyard that's not our style or taste. We hired Arnold to demo the existing structures and half of the brick area, so we could lay down a grass lawn instead. Arnold was extremely responsive and knowledgeable from the get-go. At our initial site visit, he also inspected the previous electrical lines and pointed out that our water valve wasn't turned on all the way. We were able to book the job for just a couple weeks out (vs other pros who were booking months out), and at an extremely good rate in our budget. However nearly immediately we ran into unforeseen issues underground (concrete foundation + rebar under the brick) and some access issues due to our complex layout. Arnold was very patient and understanding with us, as it took us a couple weeks to sort out better access with our neighbors, and offered alternative solutions. Once we were able to resume work, Arnold was ready to go and did a fantastic job. We are blown away by his attention to detail and thoroughness. He went above and beyond what we initially asked to help us out for our new lawn. He worked quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated as they uncovered more unknowns. He cleaned up the work site immaculately before leaving every day. After the demo, he was also able to help us with the soil delivery, flipped, and graded the dirt, capped and buried the remaining electrical lines, and advised us on next steps to grow a good healthy lawn. Despite all the unknowns, he triple checked we were happy and satisfied with the end product, and worked with us on a more-than-reasonable final price for the job. We are so thankful we found Arnold as first-time homeowners and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much! We highly recommend and will definitely be using him again for any hauling project, big or small. read more

After speaking to a few demo firms, we felt Arnold was the most thorough and we're glad we hired him to demo our backyard. We had him remove two concrete walkways, a brick retaining wall, a wood deck, and a raised flower bed. He replied to my initial inquiry, showed up on time to give an estimate, and explained next steps. On the day of our demo, he showed up with his assistant and they quickly went to work. He's an honest business owner and takes pride in his work. Definitely look him up for your next demo project. read more

Arnold is such a great guy. He was very responsive in coming out and looking at the scope. He called and always kept me updated if he was running late. The night before the scheduled date he called and gave me a friendly reminder of the expected time he would be there. He removed everything as agreed, he removed all the heavy rocks, bags of dirts/rocks and planter rocks, and broke the concrete blocks for take away. Thank you Arnold and I will be calling him again if I need future hauling services. read more

We had a 20-year-old arbor in our yard that needed to be demolished and hauled away. The posts of the arbor are cemented into the ground. We took pictures of the arbor and sent them out for quotes. We got 5-6 quotes back, which range from $550 - $1200. Arnolds Hauling got back to us quickly, responded to our questions, and was one of the lowest quotes. We set up an appointment, and they called us the day before to confirm. The next day they arrived right on time, took down the arbor and hauled it away in about 2 hours. They also swept up our yard afterwards. I couldn't be more pleased. These are honest, hard-working guys. read more

Arnold and crew did a good job removing a thick and stubborn concrete patio from our yard. He also removed a smaller concrete slab and walkway. Arnold kept me updated with progress he made and arrived when he said he would arrive. Communication was very good. Price was reasonable for the job. Although he said he would be done in two days, due to concrete thickness; the job took longer. To make up for delay, he disposed of additional concrete that we would have taken to the dump ourselves, which was very helpful to us. I recommend him and would work with him again. read more

Great service, easy to contact, affordable price, and very professional. Since my house only has one exit he took the time to apply a cover on the floor to protect it from scratches. I needed a privacy fence removed and, based on the reviews I read on yelp, I called Arnold. I texted pictures of the job and Arnold responded promptly with a quote that I accepted. Arnold accommodated our schedule and even arrived early. He even helped us unload some material, and he carried the heaviest piece (I think because of our gray heads, lol!); so very kind. Arnold came totally prepared for the job and brought his mini excavator, anticipating that the posts might be a little difficult to remove. Not only is Arnold professional and competent, but he has a wonderful disposition. I highly recommend him for any of the services he provides. Thank you so much, Arnold! read more

Arnold was fantastic. He quoted a fair price, came on time, finished the job quickly. What more could you want? We'll, he's also friendly, professional and neat. Five stars all the way! read more

Arnold came out and gave me a quote on removing an old patio and backfilling with dirt. I accepted his price on the spot and he arrived the next week, prompt and on-time. I thought it would take a few days to do, but he was able to complete the demo in a single day, and the back filling in just a couple hours the following day. This job would have taken myself and my partner several months to complete on our own. Very happy with Arnold and the work he did. Very professional, friendly, and genuinely cared a lot that we were happy with the work (we are!). Will DEFINITELY be calling Arnold for our next job. Thanks so much!!! read more

Arnold quickly returned my text and provided a solid quote. He was able to come the same day and picked up all of our junk quickly. Even cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. Obviously a super solid business person and just all around good person. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to friends. I hear they are great at demolition too. read more

SO happy with this service. I was in a bind and needed my current couch and a couple of other items disposed of prior to a delivery. I had attempted two local donation services, but their earliest pick up was a few weeks away. I called and tried to price out a couple other junk removal places, but they both wouldn't just quote me a price, they had to see the items. Also, one of the places had a very small window of time available. I found Arnolds Hauling on Yelp and called him up. It was a Wednesday and my goal was for a 5pm pickup on Friday evening. For an L shaped couch, coffee table, old school Sony TV and a couple odds and ends, he quoted me $170 and I think said something about a $30 off. Arnold and his brother arrived promptly at 5pm and took all of my stuff. While the pricing might seem a lot, it's more work to rent a truck, borrow bodies to help and pay for the dump fee. HIGHLY recommend! read more

Had a great experience with Arnold, his son Josh and brother Tito! They were all super friendly! They cleared out my 60 foot wall that was falling from the storm! Arnold's Hauling has been my best find EVER on Yelp! Arnold is an amazing guy. So friendly and easy to work with. We're remodeling part of our home and he and his brother (who is awesome too) came and removed our old tile flooring throughout my living room, dining room, kitchen and removed our cabinets. They were so fast and did a great job of leaving a perfectly clear canvas for our contractors to begin with. The work was top notch and Arnold's kind heartedness was was the cherry on top. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone. If I ever have any kind of demo or hauling needs he'll be the only one I call. read more

I needed an large wooden pergola demo'd and hauled away from my home. I was very impressed with Arnold and his partner. Arnold and his brother Quito were personable, professional and efficient. He kept in touch throughout the process. They arrived as promised and loaded the junk quickly. An unexpected second load was necessary; it was handled on the same day, with a discount for both loads. It was worth every dollar to see my debris hauled away! I'd had high expectations based on reviews here on Yelp, even those were exceeded. I'd call them again and I recommend their hauling services to all. Thanks Guys read more

Arnolds is absolutely amazing. We were able to get a quick quote through video call. He helped us demo a kitchen wall, ceiling soffit, and 2x bathroom vanities. He cleaned up after the demo and kept the job site very clean. He is very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended! read more

Arnold is great to work with. He provided an honest estimate very quickly, he came when he said he would came, get the job done by the time he promised. We had to take out the wooden deck in the backyard, and Arnold told us that he can't tell what's under the deck so we would only quote us for the deck and not the posts. He did gave a few possible scenarios wrt the posts and what the cost might look like, and we agree to have an update of estimate once we can see what's under the deck. It turns out there is not a lot of concrete around the supporting posts, so he didn't charge us any extra. Would definitely call him again if there is any future needs. read more

Highly recommend Arnold's Hauling! I had a 100 year old garage that had been falling down for over 30 years - enough was enough! This was the time to get it gone! Called Arnold - responded so quickly, same day. He spoke with me on the phone about what I wanted and came out to give an estimate. His advice on the structure made so much sense. I did get other estimates but Arnold's was both the best for the price as well as the trust that the job would be done correctly. The estimate was very good and I scheduled the date. Arnold and his brother and a Bobcat did the job - all of it!!! It was safe, clean and done in one day! They cleaned the area and even were kind enough to take junk that had been in the garage too! They were wonderful - so happy with my clean and fresh 100 year old back yard!!! read more

I absolutely would recommend Arnold. I have now had two jobs for Arnold, first in 2013 and again in 2017. He is punctual and professional, and gets the job done! In addition, his pricing is very reasonable. Example: When I called, he answered the phone and made an appointment right then. He gave me an hour window for the starting time, and said he would call the morning of the appointment to confirm. He did what he said he would, so he is very dependable. His work has exceeded expectations both times! read more

I've been going through a 3 month renovation, with a lot of construction debris. I was looking for someone who was going to be flexible because I had a specific dumping request as far as the location they could use. I called no less than 7 different hauling services in the area and only 3 were even willing to talk to me because there was no money they could collect in dumping fees. Not only was Arnolds price good, but he was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about dumping procedures. He gave me a bid over the phone and stuck to it, even though there was probably more debris than he had predicted. Its apparent to me he really enjoys what he does. Arnold is also one of those good people you want to root for. He played with my kid cracked some jokes, and made the whole process smooth. I will definitely use him again when I need hauling or concrete work done. read more

Arnold and his brother go above and beyond expectations for demo work. I called Arnold to schedule demo work for a condo kitchen well in advance. We hired Arnold to demo our kitchen. He was affordable and great to work with. Showed up when he said he would and got the job done. We had a little issue with the power to our water heater but that was due to the age and quality of the electrical in the home. He came back after the completed job and made sure we had hot water. Great guy, easy to work with and affordable. We will definitely use him again and I highly recommend you hire him too, you won't be disappointed. read more

I needed an old shed and fountain removed from my backyard. After my initial call, he was at my hours giving an estimate within 2 hours. His price was competitive and none of the other quotes came so quickly with an in-person quote. 2 days after that, Arnold and his brother were out my housing removing the shed. They were done within 4 hours and the place looked spotless. What a great experience. And Arnold is a very friendly and responsive guy. Thank you. read more
