We had an agreement for the date, time and price. Never showed up, did not answer my call or text. Will not be using his services again.

Mario was great!! It's not easy trying to clear out a house that's been loved and lived in for 46+ years, but Mario made it easy. I had a heavy and old book case that needed to be removed as well as several bags of junk and trash and miscellaneous items piled up in our garage. Mario saw my request on yelp and immediately started texting me and on a Saturday night I reached out to him and he was able to schedule me for pick up and removal at 9 AM the next morning. He did it all himself and was friendly and cleaned up/swept after. Didn't take long at all. Super efficient and kind! Thank you!! I will definitely be using Mario again. read more

Truly a very dissatisfying experience. After I sent my project to several vendors, he repeatedly called me at very late hours, including around 11:30 PM, which was quite inappropriate. We initially agreed on a price, but shortly after that he kept calling back and trying to change the price multiple times. Later, I mentioned that a queen mattress would also need to be added and that he would be compensated for the additional work, but the price increase he requested was unreasonable. Overall, it became a headache before the work even started. I found the behavior inconsiderate of my time and lacking professionalism. read more

Run! Don't look back! He will quote you with cheap price and then in the middle of the loading he would say too many, too heavy, more money. Last Friday, I was quoted for $200 for trash hauling, with images uploaded. When Mario arrived, he saw the trash said it was too much, more money. I said ok, $300 then. In the middle of loading, he said it's too heavy, more money. I said no this time because he already raised the price one time. Then he threatens me, I put everything back ok? Final price was around $500+. If you receive a quote from him. Don't trust. Runnnnn! I'll attach a image of his truck in case he said he didn't service me. read more
