Quick and easy service. They showed up on time, gave quick estimates and removed my furniture same day.

Used them twice in one week. There is a minimum pricing, so you probably want to wait til you have enough junk, but it was reasonable and it looks like on par with the other quotes I received as well. I ended up choosing them since they were flexible on time (I had a really tight window). As for the actual pickup, they didn't come in the window that we agreed to (they were 10 min late to my tight window), but in a normal scenario, 10 min isn't a big deal. The first time they came i didn't have to be there, but the second time it was a little hectic (my fault since I was pointing at things to be junked before I had to catch a flight), and I had to leave before they finished. They took everything and sent a picture to show it was all done. They did a great job and they were responsive and kind from communication to the actual work to closeout. Started off great. Simple text with pictures of everything that needed to be collected. Got quoted a reasonable price. They showed up to collect. Walked around looked at the stuff and then pretended to be confused. Made a couple of calls not sure to whom. Then came back and tried to hassle with me. They said the items were more than what was in the pictures, some concrete, dirt and mulch. Proceeded to show me the pictures I had taken a day earlier and tried to convince me that it was more than what was there. Tried to charge me 1300 for a quote set at 825. I told them no way, I've gotten other companies to take way more material than that for 1100. Then they said they could do it for 1100. Like it was a negotiation. Think the workers were trying to take advantage of me and collect something on the side since they wanted to be paid in cash. I sent them on their way and they looked at each other like they had just f'ed up big time. Got another company to do it for 750 and tipped them for their honesty. STAY AWAY! read more

Would definitely use them again. I requested a quote via Yelp and included a photo of a heavy sleeper couch that I wanted to junk. They were the most responsive and happened to have the cheapest quote. I was easily able to schedule a pickup and on the day of, they sent me a confirmation text and ETA. Very quick and efficient, but discrepancy in price. Zero junk cleared out a garage of debris for me easily within an hour so they were super efficient and on time. Subtracted stars because when texting their customer support they said that moving items within the house was included, but the workers told me it was separate additional pricing. To make it easier I opened my garage about 30 minutes early and bagged what I wanted hauled off to make the whole process more efficient. Worked out in about 30 minutes.
