Amazing service! After a full year of more use than any couch should ever have to endure + the dust of a remodel project, our West Elm Andes sectional was FILTHY. I called Lazos cleaning and they were able to come to my home (they wore masks and shoe coverings) to clean it. I think they did a good job because my couch literally changed color!! read more

Called for a quote on a couch cleaning. Glad they were the first ones we called. Came out, cleaned the couch, came out cleaner than it was! Am very happy with how it turned out and well worth the price. Will be sure to use them again and will refer to anyone in need of this service. read more

Another 5 star experience. Our tricky poly/linen headboard that had watermarks from my failed cleaning. It looks awesome. I'm so grateful for Louis helping restore our upholstery. The before/after pics speak for themselves! read more

Once again, this company did a fabulous job. Luis and his future son-in-law worked a miracle on our filthy carpet. They have a low-moisture process for the winter, and it seems to have worked well. I like the fact that they used green products on our house, and there's no smell or residue. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Did an amazing job in my house. Very trust-worthy, punctual and reliable.

Fantastic carpet cleaning services. Lazos did a fantastic job with cleaning my carpets. The carpet looks like new again. They showed up on time, did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and worked on a few carpet stains. They even completely got out a coffee stain. They did so much better then the last carpet cleaning company I used. Really you could not ask for anything more from a carpet cleaning company. Professional, on time, friendly, very detail oriented, really nice equipment, and the waste water is self contained in the van. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. read more

We had three area rugs cleaned by Bradley. He is personable, efficient, and thorough. Delighted with the results....carpets look like new. Highly recommend Lazo's! read more

AMAZING! Luis and his team (Pedro) were professional, respectful, careful, and thorough! They even helped me figure out I have a water problem under my office carpet! May have literally save us health problems. The cleaning of my WTW carpets was small (by my standards) and scheduled with short lead time. I am so happy I found Lazos and chose not to do it myself! I will recommend him to everyone and use him again! Thank you!!! read more

Great prices, Bradley is great and very personable and meticulous. I highly recommend Lazos Cleaning!

It's over two years later and time for a sprucing. As good as the first time with great attention to the smallest details. Courteous, effective, professional, consistent, and fair fee to do the job. Highly recommend, especially after a second service as good as the first. read more

I hadn't had my husbands favorite old sofa cleaned in ages primarily because it's so old, over 30 years, I didn't think it would survive a cleaning without unravelling or fraying. He loves the sofa but agreed that if Lazos couldn't clean it, we'd get rid of it. Luis spent hours on it. Cleaning each cushion one by one, moving the heavy stone coffee table to clean behind the sofa. This is a guy that really takes pride in his work! Unbelievable. I've never had a cleaner work so hard and be so conscientious. He worked for over 7 hours on the sofa and carpets without a break. It came out amazing! It's white not tan anymore. The brown armrests look like new. I was looking forward to getting a new sofa but my husband is happy this one can stick around for another decade. The spills of juice, eggnog, and coffee in the hallway carpet can now be forgotten too. The carpets look great, even the stairs that had a lot of wear look like new. You might be able to find cleaners that will work for less, but doubtful they'll do a job like Lazo's. There's a reason why they've been in business for 18 years. He's professional, he's careful with your belongings, respectful of your home and he has indepth knowledge of fabrics and a variety of cleaning processes and chemicals. I asked for a water based cleaner and he was able to get the stains out and everything clean with no lingering odors. read more

I have recommended and used Lazos. I usually have the carpets cleaned every 1-2 years. About 8 months ago, he cleaned vomit from our area rug. He was honest in that the stain will probably not come off. But at least it was clean. Today, He cleaned our 3 rooms and it looks better than I thought it would. Very happy. Always a great job, knowledgeable and honest guy! read more

Extremely happy with the entire experience with Lazlo & Luis. You're in very good hands and it's worth every penny. From receiving an accurate quote, to scheduling, to being punctual, to arriving with a smile, to the detailed workmanship, to all the advise and best practices, we couldn't be more happy to have chosen Lazlos. I highly recommend Lazlos. -Vince read more

I have enjoyed working with Luis and his meticulous crew the past decade in getting our dental office clean for the past decade! I keep going back to him for our annual deep cleanings for our practice. He is so trustworthy and such a hard company owner. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He spend almost three hours doing such a thorough job and I will always rely on Luis and his team for all my dental office needs. I highly recommend him. I believe this is my second review for his company and it is my pleasure writing each review for Lazos Cleaning Solutions. Reasonably priced! read more

I just had the most amazing experience with Luis, the owner of Lazo's Cleaning Solutions. I purchased a brand new white sofa and Luis came to my home to apply a protectant to help with stains. He was extremely professional and very nice. Unfortunately, a couple of days later I spilled something on the new white sofa. It took several washings to get the stain out. I called Luis to let him know my experience. Although, there is no guarantee on any of the protectants on the market, Luis felt so badly that he offered to refund the cost of the treatment! No wonder he has such an excellent reputation and so many 5 star reviews! I will definitely use him again and refer others to him. If you want excellent service from a company that cares, you should definitely use Lazo's Cleaning Solutions. It is a family owned business that believes in providing exceptional service. read more

Holy smokes, I can't believe what a great job he did! Our rental unit's brand new carpet was looking pretty trashed when the tenants moved out after 18 months. Really painfully so - it was brand new carpet!! I called up Lazos Cleaning, and they set me up with an appointment for the next week. The job he did was beyond amazing - I couldn't believe how many stains came out!! It's 90% back to new, I'd say. Of course, not all the stains could come out, but some of the worst, most noticeable ones have completely disappeared! $120 seemed reasonable for 2 br, living room, dining room, and hallway - especially since it made such a huge, visible difference in the carpet! read more

I've been using Lazo's to clean my condo's carpets since I first moved in. Luis is awesome! Not only does he call to let you know that he's heading to your place, he is super courteous and does an awesome job! I recently had my carpets cleaned by Luis and all the milk stains that my toddler loves to make are gone. Carpet looks and feels clean again. Lazos cleaning is affordable and provides great service. We have two very old couches we inherited from grandma. They had never been cleaned in probably 34 years so I browsed reviews to see who might be able to maybe steam clean them. I came across lazos and decided to give them a call. Luis answered quickly and friendly. We talked about it and I made an appointment for him to stop by next week. He gave me a fair quote and said he'd call before he came by. Next week came and Luis came by and gave me a fair consultation. He was cool and honest enough to tell me he could steam clean them with his machine but honestly, our couches were so old that if he did clean it, it would probably look worse or break because the machines are so strong and our couches were so old! I really appreciated his honesty and sincerity. While I didn't end up getting anything cleaned I will definitely keep lazos in mind for my future cleaning jobs. read more

Found Lazos Cleaning through Yelp. Luis, the owner, came by about a month ago to clean carpets in 2 rooms and a staircase. He did an excellent job. Key factors for 5 stars: * Called 30 minutes before arrival * Pricing was exactly as agreed beforehand * Friendly and professional * Takes credit cards (using Square) * Most importantly, did a great job. Got out a couple of stains that other carpet cleaners were not able to remove. Waited a month to provide this review to see if the stains reappeared; they haven't. Will use again. read more

Wow, excellent job! I had been searching online for a carpet cleaning service and they all quoted over $200 for 2 rooms. Luis was recommended by a friend and he was very professional and a really nice guy. He only charged us $80 for 2 large rooms and the carpets look like new again! We will definately call Lazo again and I've already recommended him to some friends. Also, Luis traveled to San Jose to clean my friend's carpets. Thats good customer service! read more

After reading the numerous 5-star reviews on Yelp and looking over the website, I called Luis on a Monday and he was able to accomodate me with an appointment that Friday afternoon. I read the Summer Specials of 3 rooms for $79.95 and it won me over after receiving 3 ridiculous estimates from his competitors that morning. As for the service, the timing and execution was quick and thorough. He seriously backed up the 5-star ratings 100%. I will recommend Lazos Cleaning Solutuons to all my friends living in the Peninsula. If can make trips up north (San Francisco) or down south (San Jose), I will make sure his number is available to those who need a reliable, affordable, kick-ass professional carpet cleaner. read more

Hooray! This is a pre-carpet cleaning review, so I will update accordingly. I wanted to put my stars in already just for giving me a great price. I called a couple of different places and the price for 3 rooms on a truck-mounted steam cleaning system was only $80!!! I am so excited! The price I got from Peninsula Chem Dry was $225. :( Boo! Yeay for Lazos! UPDATE: They did a FANTASTIC job. Not only do the carpets look brand new (they were white and REALLY dirty), it smells great as well. Luis was very courteous and didn't leave a bit of mess. I will be using Lazos for my carpet cleaning needs from now on! read more

Luis was so hard working, thorough, sincere & service oriented the first time he cleaned our carpets, that we just had him back, but this time to do the whole house, all 5500 sq ft of it! It was a more involved job this time as we were moving out of this dilapidated mansion, and so he was most accommodating in coming over for an estimate and coordinating with the landlord to do the work after we moved out (and would be over 3000 miles away). Anyway, he's very good, a great American and I wanted to tell you. Thank you, JW read more

I first used Lazos to get carpets cleaned in my new condo. This company does a fantastic job. And has gotten out a stain that I subsequently put into my carpet and couldn't get out on my own. They come around every 6 months to clean the high-traffic steps in my condo and the carpets in the bedrooms. They also clean my area rugs when asked. Luis was very good about warning me that my area rug was not sufficiently padded for what I wanted done. He also offered to leave a high speed dryer behind for the day. He is a real pro. Great company that does a professional job. read more
