Jesse, Angel, and the Peninsula Chem Dry team did a fantastic job on our carpet. I am a severe asthmatic and I can appreciate a good carpet cleaning. Carpet dander can be a pervasive allergen for those who are immunocompromised. I am very grateful to Jesse and the rest of the Chem Dry team for providing excellent service at a very reasonable price. It's not every day that customer service is performed at this level with service based business anymore. People who take pride in their work and are kind to others clearly shine above the rest of the businesses that do not operate this way. Many thanks to this team again and hopefully we can get more work done in the future (depending on how quickly I can organize). Thanks again! read more

First let me say that Jesse was an absolute pleasure on every level: professional, kind, accommodating and seemingly personally invested in getting the dog urine smell out of my carpet. The first treatment helped, but did not completely get rid of the smell. I was able to easily book a follow up visit (no extra charge) and Jesse and his co-worker went the extra mile, finally getting the smell out. I will say that they absolutely soaked the carpet, though, and it took more than a week to dry, even with a space heater, fan and open windows. Whatever they used to mitigate the urine smell does seem to leave a bit of a gel-like film on the carpet. So, it is not a perfect world, but the urine smell seems gone and that was my big concern. Great customer service, which is hard to find these days! read more

Jessie did phenomenal work on our carpets--true pro energy from start to finish. He tackled old cat stains and deep‑set dirt like it was nothing, and the results were honestly better than I expected. The carpet looked brighter, smelled clean, and the stubborn spots I'd given up on are completely gone. Fast, respectful, and clearly skilled, Jessie who's also the owner, turned a 40 year old carpet into something I'm not embarrassed to walk on. Highly recommend. read more

Best carpet cleaning service in the Bay Area. Jesse and Angel were great to work with and got all the stains out of my downstairs rug. Polite, professional and very diligent especially on stubborn spots. They removed stains that had been there through other carpet cleaning companies for many years. Couldn't be happier with the rugs, they look brand new. Great value for the price. read more

Used Peninsula Chem-Dry to clean my sofa and had a great experience. Responsive, on time, and efficient with clear communication and fair pricing. Shoutout to Jessie and Angel. They took great care of everything and delivered excellent results. Reliable, affordable service. Would definitely use again and recommend. read more

Very happy with the service and quality with Peninsula Chem-Dry. I called on Friday afternoon for an appointment for a rug and carpet and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. Thankful to have chosen this team as the value is excellent for the price, the service providers know the ins and outs of different carpets and stains and how to treat specific areas based on the carpet type and wear. Plus they don't use soaps in their cleaning. Upfront, clean, professional, timely service. Will be using Peninsula Chem-Dry from here on out. Thank you! read more

This is the second time we had Peninsula Chem-Dry clean the carpets in our entire house. Their prior service lasted 3 years. Mike once again picked right up when we called and got us scheduled. Jesse and Angel arrived right on time, were extremely polite, detailed, and efficient. The carpets once again look new. No harsh chemicals, no sopping wet carpets, no stains to be found! read more

Overall was very pleased with the service and quality of work from this team! The scheduling was easy, and they showed up right on time. They were very thorough in confirming what carpets we wanted cleaned, and although they talked through some potential addons beyond standard cleaning (one of which we purchased), they were not pushy at all and were only recommending what they thought might be useful (and not recommending other things we wouldn't need). They were very thorough with the cleaning, performing multiple rounds of cleaning per room. They were very efficient (it helped having a team of two) and finished relatively quickly and for a reasonable price. The only downside was that I was expecting the carpets to be dryer at the end (i.e., the chem-dry part), where they still took just as long to dry as non chem-dry carpet cleaners. But I'd still highly recommend as I'm very happy with the result. read more

Jesse & Angel did a fantastic job on our carpets. We are due for replacing them but expect a puppy soon so don't want to take that leap just yet and hoped for the best with a thorough cleaning and deodorizing. They exceeded our expectations and everything looks and smells fresh and clean! We're for sure repeat customers in the future read more

Our carpets had tons of pet-related and other stains and desperately needed cleaning. Last year, Peninsula Chem-Dry cleaned our carpets and we were extremely happy with the results so we called them again this year. When Jessie and Angel arrived, we showed them the problem areas. They recommended certain treatments and provided us with the cost. We gave them the green light to proceed and let them work their magic - and boy, did they ever work their magic! They were able to get all of the spots out and the carpets look brand new. In addition to their incredible work ethic, both Jessie and Angel were a pleasure to work with. They listened intently to what we said and were professional yet very personable. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company, look no further - use Peninsula Chem-Dry. They are fantastic! read more

Very happy!! Jesse & Angel did an amazing job on cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms and our master closet. They were personable, professional and kind. They were very respectful of our home. Jesse did a great job of walking us through the entire process and keeping us safe. Our 11 year-old white carpets look great! Thanks for great value & exceptional service, it was a pleasure! read more

We recently had and area rug, 4 bedrooms and a stairway cleaned by Jesse and Angel from Peninsula Chem-Dry, and I couldn't be happier. I have been a client of peninsula chem-dry for many years. They are professional, skilled and work quickly. My carpets look like new. I've used different cleaners in the past and regretted it. Peninsula Chem-Dry never disappoints. Book it. read more

Great service by Jesse and Angel. On time, very clear about service options, and careful, complete cleaning. Carpets look fantastic!

"No thank you" - that's what you get for being interested in their business. I guess they have so many customers that they allow themselves to give such unprofessional and rude responses. I understand you don't want to go to Redwood City to give a quote, but I asked more than just that one question. Terrible customer service, and I will make sure to talk everyone I know out of using this company. Shame. read more

Peninsula ChemDry is the absolute best cleaning service I've ever had the pleasure of retaining. Jessie and Angel are an amazing team, I will ask them back forever, and my thanks to manager, Mike, for your time and attention to my specific carpet cleaning needs. read more

I had an excellent experience with this company. I asked them to clean an EXTREMELY dirty couch that my kids have spent several years destroying. Here's an overview: Quote and Schedule: Mike in the main office was extremely prompt in responding to my request for quote and scheduling. He was transparent on pricing and worked hard to help schedule a time that met my needs. The service: I am so impressed with Jesse and Angel. They were on time, called ahead, and then reviewed their assessment of the furniture with me before starting. They displayed good knowledge of fabric and furniture and helped me make the best choices for the best outcome, while not upselling me on anything. They worked really hard and fast. They cleaned up every single thing and left my furniture and the room it was in nicer than they found it. Outcome: The couch looks amazing and this was worth every penny. I would've tipped them if I could. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Thanks Mike, Jesse, and Angel!! read more

Really wonderful service. The team worked so hard to get our carpets clean, and the carpets look fabulous now, practically like new. The team was also really nice and friendly. I was very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend peninsula chem-dry. read more

I'm really happy with the work that Jesse and Angel did on our upholstered furniture yesterday. They worked hard to remove stains and make our furniture look great. Friendly, professional, on-time. Mike, the owner, was very helpful with communication, explaining the process, and any specials/promotions available. I'm happy to recommend them and will work with them again. read more

Did a great job cleaning my sectional sofa and dining room chairs. Looked brand new.

I recently had my couch and loveseat cleaned by Jesse and Angel from ChemDry, and I couldn't be more impressed. They arrived within the scheduled window and were extremely respectful of my building, the stairs, and my unit. They wore shoe coverings and carefully protected all the furniture in my living room before starting the job. I truly appreciated how thorough they were in cleaning my couches, and even more so that they took the time to explain the different add-on services without being pushy. They were honest, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they do. This was my first time ever having my couches professionally cleaned, and after this experience, I'll definitely be keeping up with regular maintenance -- and I'll be calling ChemDry again for sure. Booking was super easy too. I spoke with Mike (the owner, I believe?), and he made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Can't go wrong with this business. I highly recommend them -- and I hope Jesse and Angel get the recognition they deserve. Great service all around. read more

Jessie and Mike cleaned our living room fabric couches and chairs today and we couldn't be happier with the results. They explained their process, the various treatment options for our specific fabric and even talked us out of extra work to clean/condition our leather couch and chair because it would have surfaced cracks that wouldn't be attractive. The pair arrived on time, were respectful of our house with tarps and corner protectors and left us with full knowledge of their work and drying time. That's true service that is hard to find these days. If you have a choice, go with these local guys...they know their products and know what they are doing. read more

WOW... just WOW! I spoke with the owner of Peninsula Chem-Dry and explained the carpet cleaning needs at my house... three small supposedly house trained dogs... that over the years had not been quite so trained as I had thought... YIKES! Mike explained the "soil" and what his company could do to "un-soil" it... Sounded like a plan to me! Mike said the "P.U.R.T.® (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) is used to explode the urine crystals and break down the enzymes which gets rid of the pet urine odor forever"... Yup... I needed that... He did caution that older stains and soils might not come out 100 %. These were older and I mentioned this was a stop gap cleaning before replacement. He also explained a deodorizer after a thorough cleaning. He said he would send the team of Jesse and Angel and that I would not be disappointed... Well... that was an underestimation on his part as I was ECSTATIC at the personable nature of Jesse and Angel and their tireless work ethic and get the job done right attitude! Jesse explained all of the solutions and what they did and how long it would take to dry and what the smells would be like... Lavender and citrus. He also explained that some (ok... lots) of the soil had been there a while and that the spot treatments that I had used were actually contributing to the ugliness of the carpets... oops... Fast forward to the end of the day... they worked tirelessly on the bedroom, study, 18 steps and an area rug to get them as clean as I've seen them in years! Jesse worked magic on the carpets and the cost and provided the best service that my ugly carpets would allow! Jesse showed me pictures of his little dog and understood what was going on with my carpets which became his passion to clean my carpets as best as possible... I believe they succeeded! Jesse was very thoughtful in leaving plastic booties for our use until the carpets dried, but what was so kind was he wanted me to be extremely aware of how slippery the stairs would be! Dang! Clean Carpets and Great People! read more

Jesse and Angel did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet this past week. I am very impressed with the outcome, especially in the high traffic areas. I can't remember when my carpet looked this good. They also cleaned my 4-piece sectional and ottoman, which now look as good as new. I will be definitely using their service again!! read more

I just reached out to Chem-Dry about a stain on my linen couch and was so impressed by the expertise, advice and questions they asked to understand the situation that I was eager to post a positive review simply from that experience before they've even come out to do the work. I look forward to working with them. read more

We were very pleased with how the two guys, Jesse and Angel, worked and explained everything that they were doing. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in a few years and previously we'd worn shoes on them, so it wasn't easy to remove the tracking patterns but they did the best possible - and now we are not wearing shoes in the house. Mike was also easy to schedule with and we were reminded about our appointment a day ahead and given a call right before arrival which was right on time. We plan to us their service next year too. Thanks guys! read more

From my first phone inquiry to Mike at Peninsula Chem-Dry to my last phone call with Mike everything was perfect! Mike listened to what my needs for our home were and provided all the information for me to make an informed decision. Jesse and Angel called me 15 minutes before arrival. They were friendly and efficient. Jesse even helped me coerce my teeny kittens into the hallway bathroom so they could get to cleaning. Super prompt, courteous, kind and awesome! Our bedroom and office carpets look brand new and our living room sectional looks spotless and better than the day we purchased it. I'll be using this service again when it's needed. Thank you Mike, Jesse and Angel. read more

Not often do you see a company with this many reviews and a 5 Star rating when you do it is usually for good reason. You can fake a few, but when you get this many reviews and still have 5 Stars... it is because you serve your customers the right way! I received a phone call immediately to schedule and they confirmed appointment the day prior. They arrived at the beginning of the window after calling to say they were on the way. Once here they were careful getting equipment in and did a great job cleaning. This has been on "the list" of things to do and I regret not having done it sooner. read more

We recently had all the carpers in our home cleaned as well as a very large sectional - I've never seen our carpets and couch look so clean after a service. The owner reached out promptly after my inquiry, the crew showed up on time, went over prices and how best to treat our down filled cushions, and removed every single stain on our carpets that we had. They went above and beyond any carpet service we've ever had and were reasonable in cost. We have our new carpet cleaners that we will be using regularly. Thanks so much! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! Mike totally revived my son's very dirty wool tufted rug from Crate & Barrel Kids. It was literally black and brown from years of wear and tear and recent neglect and now it looks like new! We're all familiar with the area rug conundrum - they cost more to clean than to replace which is super wasteful. I came very close to replacing this beautiful heirloom rug with a Ruggable for that reason, but honestly couldn't find a pattern that worked. I'm ecstatic that I found Peninsula chem-dry and can actually keep this rug for many more years! Thank you Mike for providing excellent service for an affordable price! This is a local gem for sure! read more

These guys are great! They clean my workplace carpet twice yearly and do an awesome job! I teach children and the carpet gets lots of traffic not to mention snacks ground into the pile. Honestly, they do the best work and are such nice people. My sofas look amazing and all the odor is gone. I should've cleaned them along time ago. And the tile floors... Wow. I didn't know they could be that clean. Super grateful. read more

Hired this service to clean my stairs and hallway, which were desperately in need of a deep clean. The team of Jesse and Angel were highly professional and did a thorough job and basically restored the carpet beyond what I thought was possible! When I say professional here is what I mean: they called notifying me they due to arrive in 20 minutes; did not enter my home until invited in; wore booties when in my house; had on chem-dry shirts so obviously the crew; worked as a team to get the carpet prepped and deep cleaned; laid down tarps and corner protectors in house; took the time to do the job right. Very pleased with the crew and the results. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. read more

Couldn't be happier with result of our area rug and 2 white accent sitting chairs. Mike was clear, professional and straight forward with quotes and availability.
