Integrity Stone and Tile is the right place to call for natural stone finishing. Recently Chris came to refinish some limestone tile in a bathroom that had been installed by someone else. Before Chris worked on it, the finish was not right due to grout haze, and products used to remove the grout haze. Chris hand-sanded the tile and polished it to a beautiful finish that was way better than new. Fantastic job with two areas: marble tile around our toilet that had been damaged from a cleaning agent (Note, be careful when cleaning your toilet if there is marble around, the cleaner etched our tile just from a few drips on the toilet bowl brush!) Could not be happier with the job when it was finished. Chris showed up on time ( wearing a mask) and kept the area neat and tidy by throwing down a mat and removing his shoes. Overall, the work done was impeccable. He was tasked with a tough job, removing years of hard water stains that nobody else could remove from a dirty moldy shower, but he did it! Is there such thing as a tile magician? He also removed old sanded grout and replaced it with new caulking all around our master bath and sealed our granite countertops. I reached out to Chris yesterday to get a quote for my floors based on his high reviews on Yelp. I mentioned I was in Hayward, and that I was looking for someone to clean, polish, and seal my floors. He immediately stated that the price would be too high for me even before verifying the square footage. Once I mentioned it was 400 square feet, he then proceeded to tell me again that it would be too expensive for me, and that he also doesn't do jobs in Hayward. His website states he travels to the Peninsula and as far as the San Ramon Valley, but apparently, Hayward Hills is too far. I found it extremely rude for him to assume that I couldn't afford his business. Any professional would leave that decision up to their clients. Personally, I think it was my accent that may have deterred him from making me a client. Oh well. I will gladly take my money elsewhere! read more

Great service at an affordable price! I needed the grout of the tile flooring of my house and my kitchen countertop cleaned and color sealed in a different color. We were tired of looking at the dirty and inconsistent coloring of the grout we inherited when we bought the house. Pedro was an all-around professional. He had just been in the neighborhood when I called him, but he did not hesitate to come back that same afternoon to meet with me. Chris spent 4 hours cleaning the hell out of our master shower. It was a big job that included removal of some mold and mildew, and some extensive re-grout work as well. He was able to make it 99.9% better than it was. And, to his credit, he really worked hard at that last .01%. We contacted Chris per his Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. Chris originally came out to polish and clean our marble floor, but then realized I'd been using Mop n' Glo on the floor for about 19 years. I had no clue how to care for marble when we moved in. Sooo, the floor needed to be stripped first and then after he did some polishing we would decide if we wanted to have it honed as well (a much more expensive and labor intensive process). After the stripping and polishing, the floor looked pretty good and the tiles felt so smooth again. We skipped the honing, and they finished polishing and then sealed. We were really happy with the results. Chris recommended for upkeep to use Stone Pro Crystal Clean Daily Cleanser. I bought a gallon from Amazon and mixed up some in a spray bottle to have on hand for spot cleaning. Today was the first day I mopped the whole floor with it. Chris also had this really cool mop that I took a picture of and then found on Amazon (Simplee Clean Microfiber Swivel Mop Kit w/two pads). I used that today when I mopped the entire floor. The nice thing is you can use your own microfiber towels with the mop if you need more clean ones -- they will stick to the Velcro or you push them through these little round openings. I loved the maneuverability of the mop and it was nice to clean a shiny, clean floor -- rather than a dull floor with build-up of Mop n' Glo.
