He arrived on time on the day scheduled and did an exceptional job of cleaning and resealing our kitchen counter tops and counter tops in our bathrooms. Hired Steven after another marble guy almost destroyed my hallway. The first guy removed some etching (not well) then proceeded to put some polish/sealant all over my hallway. He did a lousy job and there was buildup and smears all up and down the hallway. Came back to fix it..and made it MUCH worse. I panicked and called Steven who came out and told me what he had to do to correct it. Turns out the first guy put on a wax based sealant that took almost two days to remove. Bottom line: Steven did a fantastic job and he managed to get my floor back to it shiny, original condition. He worked very hard and the results were better than I imagined.
