Hired Steven after another marble guy almost destroyed my hallway. The first guy removed some etching (not well) then proceeded to put some polish/sealant all over my hallway. He did a lousy job and there was buildup and smears all up and down the hallway. Came back to fix it..and made it MUCH worse. I panicked and called Steven who came out and told me what he had to do to correct it. Turns out the first guy put on a wax based sealant that took almost two days to remove. Bottom line: Steven did a fantastic job and he managed to get my floor back to it shiny, original condition. He worked very hard and the results were better than I imagined.
