I have used celestial for building cleanings and unit turn over cleanings and so far it's been a great experience. Paulo is super flexible on timing and always makes sure that cleanings are scheduled with no lag time. He is always responsive and professional. Their pricing is also to standard but their quality of work and the effort the team members put in to make sure the homes are cleaned properly is well worth the price (probably undercharging) overall I am incredibly impressed and very happy so far. Thank you so much Paulo and team!! read more

Paolo and Celestial Cleaning are AMAZING! This team did a FABULOUS job on a unit that was beyond anything I would even attempt to clean myself! The owner was responsive and wasted no time answering all of my questions. I am out of town so they graciously provided me with before and after pictures! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to a friend!! read more

I would not recommend Maria's Cleaning Services. Overall, our weekly cleanings were pretty good. On one specific occasion one of the cleaners scratched the inside of the glass of our brand new oven. When I called to their attention I was told there was no way they could have done it because they "don't wipe in circular motions". I would have been more than happy to continue with them, however they would not admit to the mistake and refused to even talk about paying (even partially) to have it repaired. The "gentleman" I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and tried to turn things around on us making outrageous comments that were basically racist in nature regarding his own team. Beware of Maria's Cleaning Services! read more

This company is AMAZING!!! Hired them to clean a unit that was beyond gross and abandoned. They came in and did an amazing job. They were responsive, professional and did a better job than we could have imagined. They cleaned what I couldn't even look at. The pictures will tell the whole story! I would definitely hire them again and refer them to family and friends. read more

Paulo was very responsive, professional and timely. His team is also amazing - they did a great post construction cleaning of our office with excellent attention to detail. They stayed longer just to make sure everything was up to their high standards. Very happy with the service, would recommend! read more

Pablo was on time, actually a little early. Excellent service! He had to charge me a little more because the windows were larger than he thought. But he was fair about the increase. He is still working on the windows as I write this but I was so impressed with his demeanor and patience. read more

I called celestial to enquire about same day urgent cleaning for a very difficult corner in my bathroom that a giant bug crawled out of the night before. 2 hours after I called, Patricia arrived to my house and cleaned that extremely difficult corner SPOTLESS. She also cleaned the rest of the bathroom spotless and was super friendly and even good with my dog (she's a pitbull)! Highly recommend Patricias service and thank you Paulo for setting this up. Appreciate you all! read more

Celestial Cleaning Service - The hard to reach corner Patricia cleaned out spotless - Office Cleaning Near Me - San Francisco, California

Terrible experience. The woman who came to clean did a lousy job. She missed a lot of dust on her first go through. I had to show her where to clean. She left a long scratch mark on my wood floor. It was probably caused by her dragging her vacuum cleaner around. I ONLY HAVE A 800 square foot Apt. She was here, doing next to nothing, for hours. I called her Supervisor to complain while she was here. I do not recommend Celestial Cleaners to anyone. read more

This company is great! I had questions before they came and they responded at a timely manner. Also, they were going to be delayed due to traffic but kept me up to date on their eta. They deep cleaned my house nonstop for 6 hours and it was spotless! I don't remember seeing my refrigerator and oven that clean! I feel like not using my oven now!!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family. A few of them are already eager to contact them. I will be using them regularly. read more

A very professional and transparent cleaning service. Everything is itemized, so you know what you're getting, and the invoicing process and constant communication gives you a good customer experience, making you feel heard and cared for. The cleaning job was excellent. I'd highly recommend. read more

Paulo was the first to respond to the Yelp project request and the best of the 4 bids we received to wash our exterior windows. I checked the company's website and the insurance coverage he sent, and he got to work the next day. He did an amazing job, and we've already hired his company for another cleaning project! read more

First time using a cleaning service for my apartment. I initially requested a quote through Yelp and they've had excellent communication. They were punctual, the cleaning service was top-notch, and they even helped me rearrange my apartment ever so slightly to make it better. Thank you! Will definitely continue using their services. read more

I hired Maria's cleaning services after I moved out of my old residence. It was a 1300sqft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I asked for kitchen and bathroom deep clean, plus all the windows. Maria and another girl (forgot to ask her name, but should have) arrived on time. It took them almost 4 hours to complete the job. The house is sparkling clean and they are so nice and friendly. I'm very impressed with their work quality and would highly recommend them. Thank you!!! read more

I needed deep cleaning following a bathroom renovation project in my condo. There was dust everywhere on the floors, furniture, countertops etc. Flavianne did an incredible job, it took her 5.5 hours to complete the task. I loved her patience, diligence and professionalism this entire time and she clearly took her time to make sure my condo is spotless. I could give them 10 stars if available!!! read more

Used Maria's Cleaning Services for a move-in deep clean and was thoroughly impressed! I contacted Maria on a Friday evening asking for a quote for a weekend morning cleaning. Maria was very responsive and flexible, and was able to schedule cleaning services for Sunday morning. The apartment looked great afterwards, and the grout cleaning of the tile floors was excellent. Would definitely use again. read more

Maria's Cleaning Services is nothing short of amazing. She cleans my house the way I wish I had the time (or discipline) to do. I love how thoughtful she is too, she leaves the cutest butterfly on my bed with my throw blanket! The first time I had her come to my house and saw that she did that, I knew she would have me as a customer for life! She is also trustworthy. I have had to leave my door open on the days she comes and I am not home. I have never had any concerns with her. I am so happy to have found her! read more

This is the best cleaning service anyone could have asked for. Maria and Wanessa are so detailed and thorough. Hoping we can find a team remotely as good in our new area. Absolutely 5 stars. I'd give 6 or 7 if possible. read more

On Wednesday, I realized I needed to schedule a cleaning service ASAP and I started checking out local cleaning business to me. Celestial Cleaning Service responded very promptly and were able to have cleaners scheduled to come today (Friday). The cleaners did an amazing job! They came on time, easily worked around our 2 cats (in carriers), and were super thorough. The price was fair, our apartment was really dirty and the service was totally worth it. Our house has never been this clean. I've never hired a cleaning service before and I'm very glad I went with Celestial Cleaning Service, they made the whole process smooth and easy. read more

Extremely responsive. Paulo has been very accommodating with our emergencies. They are the best cleaning service in Berkeley hands down!

They were extremely professional and responsive with scheduling/accommodating my request. They showed up on time and were extremely thorough cleaning my empty condo (I requested a move-in clean) cleaning behind the fridge and all. Everything looks amazing and I would definitely use them again! read more

Unfortunately after going back and forth with Paolo who is the son for many many many text messages explaining what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay. The mother and daughter out here and quoted a price which far exceeded what I had told him I was going to pay. He had told me upon inspection of the house they may come up because people sometimes tell them at their house was much smaller and cleaner than reality is, and I was prepared for that . But I had told them the actual square footage in my house and my house has been cleaned three weeks prior. So when they jacked the price and then try to stick to it it was a no-go. It's the old bait-and-switch! Total waste of my time. So sorry this happens read more

Great job, the apartment was spotless & they were very friendly and detailed. The payment process was online after the service which was also very nice and easy. Would definitely use again read more

I've learned about Maria's Cleaning Services via my eldest daughter about a year ago. When I decided to try them in Jan, 2019, I was so impressed with how meticulous they were! They really took their time to clean my two bathrooms, living/dining rooms & kitchen. By the time they were done, my house was spotless and smelled so fresh & clean! Since then, I've asked them to come on at least two other occasions and they've consistently exceeded my expectations. My daughter, however, has a standing appointment with them every 3wks and they never disappoint. I also would like to point out how nice and pleasant Wanessa, Allencar & Maria are, as well as Paulo, who manages all the appointments for this well-run family business. They are all so kind and delightful and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for impeccable service and a trustworthy team! read more

I found this service through my realtor. I had a quick close on my house and I wanted it perfect for the new owners. The Celestial team arrived on time, in uniform with amazing equipment and cleaning products that I'm now adding to my cleaning supplies. The office is very organized and they interview you by phone so they have a full understanding of what your home requires. These people know how to clean!! They took my oven, refrigerator and vents apart and cleaned them spotlessly and reassembled everything perfectly. They do not miss a thing. I will be using them again. read more

Maria's Cleaning Services was fantastic. They responded to our request for an estimate promptly, made scheduling easy, and did a fantastic job cleaning our ~1400 sq ft house from top to bottom. We will be using them for all future home-cleanings and would recommend them to anyone. read more

I recently hired this service as a gift for a friend. Since I do not live in Seattle, I thought the process would be more difficult. From the outset, the customer service and communication were excellent. The actual cleaning service provided by the staff was also excellent. I highly recommend this service to anyone living in Seattle. read more

Maria's Cleaning was a great find here on Yelp. I had a friend visiting town, which was the kick in the butt i needed to get me on scheduling a cleaning for my place. After inquiring about scheduling and pricing, I heard back immediately. They were very helpful and communicative in the scheduling process, which stood out to me. A lot of cleaning services can be hard to get in touch with. They were prompt and stuck very much to the specific timeframe we discussed. Super pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning, and the job they did. I plan on scheduling them to come back soon! I love the way my apartment looks now. read more

Wanted to update my review after being a client for a while. Maria's cleaning service is still the best one I've had--and I've gone through a few! They take their time and take pride in their work. I decided to hire professional cleaners for my place for the first time yesterday morning, and within a few hours, Maria and her daughter were here cleaning my place. Best cleaners! Thorough, meticulous, and trustworthy. Highly recommend. I'm pretty OCD and I've had to make every cleaning service I've used in the past reclean certain parts of my apartment or show them parts they've missed. However, Maria's cleaning services doesn't miss one crevice! They will lift your couch and vacuum it too! Every corner will be sparkly. read more
