Fast, good value, and got through some real tough grease left in our appliances by the previous owner.

Really disappointing experience. First, it appears this business no longer actually operates in San Francisco and instead refers or sends work to friends/family connected with the business. We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. read more

Been trying to get in touch for a cleaning and having no one respond to you is frustrating. Seems like this company maybe doesn't check Yelp messages or voicemails and they should. I've been a repeat customer for several years and like their work but ignoring messages and voicemails is not good for business. At least let your customer know you're not available or they may just go elsewhere and take a lot of your clients with them. read more

Great communication and easy to work with. Good price, service was quick and nice, no complaint at all and will keep for future needs

We had a great experience - we had never used a cleaning service before but finally decided to do it after procrastinating for years. We liked that the business is based locally in our neighborhood and so selected it partly for that reason. The communication was great, very easy by text. The cleaners arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the deep clean. We are very happy with the result and plan to use the service regularly going forward. read more

I ordered a deep cleaning and was very impressed with their work. They listened to me when I explained what I really needed them to spend the most time on and I could not be happier. Thank you! read more

You know when you're moving out & performing a few chores & think to yourself "we can probably clean it well enough to get our deposit back." TAKE THAT THOUGHT OUT OF YOUR MIND & CALL ANDREA'S PERFECT CLEANING. When they came in with the ladder & the toolkit, we knew we were in for a professional experience. That's what you pay for - professionals. Fridge - spotless Oven - didn't even know it can be that clean Windows - now the neighbors can see even more of us Mirrors - ...maybe we should've left them dirty Bathtub - thought those stains were permanent.. guess not! Floors - pristine Cabinets - fresh Light Fixtures - didn't even think about it Overall, the process took around 2.5hrs for a 650sqft apartment. Amanda, Andrea & Helton were friendly, happy, & undoubtedly great to work with. Until next time! read more

Andrea was responsive and quick to provide available times, even for a short notice request. (Thank you, Andrea!) Her team was focused and did a thorough deep cleaning, which included extra care due to pet birds that had run of a room. They left the house wonderfully clean! read more

Spoke with the team via messaging, agreed on a time and date, and then when the day came for the cleaning - they no-showed. I called three times and messaged four times for confirmation before during and after, and to this day (4 days after scheduled cleaning) they have not yet responded. read more

I never thought feeling embarrassed could feel so good... My house had never ever been as clean as it was after Andrea's team cleaning! And given the quality of the job and the effort it took I have to say the price even felt on the low side. I wish I had asked the names of the young folks who did the job so I could thank them on this review. read more

They always do amazing job! I continuously book their services. Very nice people, very thorough cleaning and great prices. read more

They did a professional job with my kitchen and three bathrooms. They got all the appliances and sinks, with the stubborn dirt and grease back to pristine condition. My favorite is that i can see the glass again of my vent hood. I definitely will call them again to make sure I keep this pristine look. Already looking into scheduling them to come back to help clean all the windows inside and outside of the house. read more

They show up on time, are very pleasant to interact with, and do a great job overall. Thank you Andrea and team!

Overall they did a great job. I was originally scheduled for a 9am deep cleaning but Andrea mistakenly scheduled me for 2:00. She was very apologetic and it worked out since I was home all day anyway. Maria and her husband came at 2:00 and they did a great job! My house looks great and ready for Thanksgiving. I will be using this service again for regular cleaning. read more

Literally, the best decision I made in hiring cleaners. They were so responsive and answered all my questions - even late at night. I decided to book Andrea's perfect cleaning bc of their timely responses and for taking the time to answer my questions. They arrived earlier than scheduled, but always called to ask if it was ok. They were courteous and professional. When they were done, it looked like my place was brand new, literally brand new! Especially the bathroom! I was so shocked and so pleased with their work! My husband is so impressed he wants to hire them at least once a month to deep clean our new place. I highly recommend them with all your cleaning needs! They were just so amazing and so thorough! They cleaned behind my fridge! I can't believe they did that! read more

This is the second time I've used Andrea's Perfect Cleaning. I normally don't write reviews, but her service was great. She communicated exactly what would be cleaned and did exactly that. The oven and stove were filthy. After she cleaned them it looked almost brand new. Please see before and after pics I've used other cleaners before, but Andrea's was the best! I'll be using her services again in the future. read more

Hired them to clean my 1 bedroom apartment after I moved out and they did a fantastic job! They really listened when I went through some of the specific areas that needed a bit more attention and asked questions about what was needed in other areas. Wish I had taken more photos to show how amazing the place looked but I only took one of the cute folded toilet paper they did, which shows the care and attention to detail. They were also fast and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs. read more

All i can say is that i really was lucky to have Andrea and her family clean my house. From initially meeting them i knew that they were a great family operation and even though the house was totally in bad condition, they took on the job with joy and what i saw them do was totally amazing. They are so efficient and every corner of the house was cleaned. If i have my choice, andrea and her family will always be my go to for my house cleaning. If anyone is undecided on who to chose, please give andrea and her family the chance the show you how great they are. Thanks again for a job well done. Looks like a totally different house top to bottom. thanks read more

Beto and Wanya were the best! Such a fun couple who are music artists! They play the violin, piano, and sing. I requested housekeeping for my birthday so that my husband and I could go out and have some time together before picking up or child from school. They spent about 5 hours cleaning and did a fantastic job! They even made a birthday video for me. I highly recommend Andrea's Perfect Cleaning - especially Beto and Wanya! read more

Andrea was very responsive through Yelp. Had no issues booking. They were prompt and on time. They did a great job deep cleaning the bathroom and removing the tub and sink stains. I will say they could have done a better job at cleaning the windows as I had to touch it up after they left but other than that, they did a great job. The two cleaners were also really nice and took their shoes off when they entered which I appreciated! read more

I requested a cleaning quote through Yelp and Andrea's Perfect Cleaning was the most affordable (by a lot! One quote was 30% higher). I Booked Andrea for a deep cleaning of our 2 bedroom flat that we just moved into. She and her husband did an amazing job! Super thorough and detailed. They cleaned everything! A great cleaning service! I asked for a quote to clean one my apartment units after a move out, and needed done within a short time span. Andrea's team did an awesome job doing a move out clean today! Very detail oriented and thorough. Would definitely work with them again!

This is the best cleaning service I've ever used in the city. My roommates and I were moving out of our 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Cow Hollow so we scheduled a deep clean after moving all our stuff out. Our place was very dirty (like pretty gross) and Andrea, her husband, and her daughter did an AMAZING job. They spent ~6 hours at the unit and left the place sparkling clean. Additionally, their rate was super reasonable compared to the other cleaners that I researched. They went above and beyond and deserved every penny. I would recommend Andrea and her family to everyone that is looking for a cleaner. They are respectful, hardworking, and detail-oriented. I will definitely use them to clean my new apartment. read more

I have had the Team clean for me twice at two different properties and they did a thorough and excellent job. They moved furniture where possible to clean behind and underneath, they wiped down baseboard in addition to the floors etc. They brought all their own supplies so I did not have to worry about having the right cleaning solutions and wore masks the entire time due to the restrictions. Their English is not super strong but they use Google translate on their phones very effectively. I would recommend the team at Andrea's Perfect Cleaning. read more

We contacted Andrea's Perfect Cleaning amongst a number of other companies on Yelp and due to their quick, friendly responses and availability we chose them for our clean. They were able to help us with a deep clean, only days away. I communicated with Arthur to set it up and he sent his sister and brother-in-law to do the cleaning. They arrived right on time and did a thorough and detailed job on our apartment, particularly the kitchen and bathroom; the oven looked better than it did when we moved in. The clean took 5 hours which I wasn't prepared for but in retrospect makes total sense as it was a big job. I highly recommend Andrea's Perfect Cleaning. read more

CHOOSE ANDREA'S IF YOU WANT YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK AT MOVE-OUT!! Due to COVID, we needed to move out of our apt quickly and make sure it was clean and ready to hand the keys back. I was nervous, but Arthur, Andrea and the team put all my nerves at ease. The scheduling was so EASY as Arthur was extremely quick and responsive. The family arrived right on time, and were extremely professional. They got straight to work, and even though we had to leave (start the drive to our new place), they sent me pictures when they were done, I didn't know my place could get that clean. They did an amazing amazing job, and we got our full deposit back (Huge win!!!). Sweet family business that does GREAT GREAT work that I would love to support if I were still in the bay. read more
