This review of Evergreen-Cleaning is long overdue. Carlos and his team did two move-out cleans for me in San Francisco (one in 2019 and one earlier this year). From start to finish, this was a seamless and pleasurable experience. Carlos was responsive and provided extremely fair quotes, not only for the amount of work outlined but for what was delivered. That is, his team went above and beyond each time. If you have hardwood floors, you will be shocked to realize they can look so good. My Mom cleaned houses when I was young so I am a wee bit fussy on some details that get overlooked. You need not worry with Carlos and Evergreen-Cleaning. He will show you spots they cleaned that you didn't even know needed cleaning. On top of all of that, he has the timing down almost to the minute. We had to drive to SF and kill time for the last move out clean. Just like clockwork, Carlos text me right ahead of the anticipated finish time to let me know they were wrapping up and to stop by for a final walk through. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. My house hasn't been cleaned in over a month after having difficulties with other cleaning services... Carlos was very communicative and texted me with updates after booking, before arrival, and upon completion. I was not home during the cleaning, so the updates were appreciated. I was a little shocked at how fast the cleaning was done and had my suspicions. When I arrived at home I was blown away. Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I have several dogs, but looking at my home now, you couldn't tell. Not a dog hair in sight. I am very impressed and so glad I've found my new favorite cleaning service. They even cleaned a bedroom I did pay for! I had to tell them, "That's enough; you guys are too much." They were honest, and when I did my white-glove inspection, everything was in order. I noticed Carlos did not touch a piece of furniture with a lot of trinkets on it, and before I could even mention it, he said, "I did not do that area, too many small things." Our apartment was in DESPERATE need of cleaning, and I absolutely loathe that task. I took to Yelp for some recommendations and came across Carlos and his business at Evergreen-Cleaning. I called to make the appointment, and he responded within a few hours. Carlos arrived as scheduled, and after a brief tour of where we wanted him to spend extra time, he got right to work. And work he did - non-stop for 3 hours, scrubbing, dusting, vacuum, moving furniture, getting into corners and under chairs. Stove, toilet, microwave, that bookshelf that has a thick layer of dust on it...he got to everything. At the end, we did a walk-thru review. Carlos takes pride in his work, and he should. The cleaning came out great, and we even found a few extra touches along the way (like neatly folded towels). On billing, his rates are very reasonable and he accepts payment using Google wallet. I researched carpet cleaning and floor polishing services for HOURS, and couldn't find one company that did both, had decent prices, and actually did a good job. I finally found Carlos and he quoted me a great price, and did an EXQUISITE job with our carpet and floors. I have a dog who is prone to accidents and there were a lot of stains in the carpet that were a year and a half old and Carlos was able to get every single one of them out.
