These people are the BEST. They clean so well. I am so glad I met them! They are the BEST.

This review of Evergreen-Cleaning is long overdue. Carlos and his team did two move-out cleans for me in San Francisco (one in 2019 and one earlier this year). From start to finish, this was a seamless and pleasurable experience. Carlos was responsive and provided extremely fair quotes, not only for the amount of work outlined but for what was delivered. That is, his team went above and beyond each time. If you have hardwood floors, you will be shocked to realize they can look so good. My Mom cleaned houses when I was young so I am a wee bit fussy on some details that get overlooked. You need not worry with Carlos and Evergreen-Cleaning. He will show you spots they cleaned that you didn't even know needed cleaning. On top of all of that, he has the timing down almost to the minute. We had to drive to SF and kill time for the last move out clean. Just like clockwork, Carlos text me right ahead of the anticipated finish time to let me know they were wrapping up and to stop by for a final walk through. The place was immaculate and I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos and Evergreen-Cleaning. In fact, recommending them to a friend prompted me to write this review. read more

Let me add myself as another happy customer!!! These people totally rock!!!!! Showed up on time, did the cleaning beyond my expectation. They even added free disinfectant spray for free when booked online. The hard stains and ordor is gone and the small studio looks so clean and fresh. I am not only happy about the service but also the gem I have found when it comes to house cleaning. It is nice to know who to rely upon. read more

I don't understand how this company has amazing reviews when my house is still completely dirty. All they did was wipe stuff down, they didn't clean the floors as you can see. This is horrible and I will never use this company again. Please stay away and save your money. read more

I don't often login to my Yelp account, but definitely had to for this review. This was my first time using Evergreen Cleaning and I will definitely be booking with them again. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. My house hasn't been cleaned in over a month after having difficulties with other cleaning services... Carlos was very communicative and texted me with updates after booking, before arrival, and upon completion. I was not home during the cleaning, so the updates were appreciated. I was a little shocked at how fast the cleaning was done and had my suspicions. When I arrived at home I was blown away. Carlos and his team did an amazing job! I have several dogs, but looking at my home now, you couldn't tell. Not a dog hair in sight. I am very impressed and so glad I've found my new favorite cleaning service. Highly recommend!!! read more

I used Evergreen for a deep cleaning of an apartment I was moving out of. I wish I'd also used them to do a deep clean of my new place as well. After dealing with multiple cleaning companies over a 2 week period I can wholeheartedly say that this was one of the best companies I've worked with, great communication, on time scheduling and truly spotless/immaculate work. read more

Carlos and his staff are clean freaks :) this is our second time using them and we've finally found our match! I'm not going to lie, we've been around the block and have used others (Handy and Task Rabbit) but never been fully satisfied. For a moment there we thought it was us.... until Evergreen-Cleaning came into our lives. We highly encourage you to try them out. Carlos is a genuinely nice person, who cleans into the details and truly cares about his customer's satisfaction. read more

I contacted Evergreen about preparing a rental with a deep clean. Carlos made time for me and added me to their schedule for that week. The communications were timely and clear. Carlos and his crew showed up on time and were thorough, efficient and left the place sparkling. The wood floors had a pristine shine. Additionally they were so pleasant and easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Evergreen and look forward to working together a lot in the future. After my experience, I just thought, how lucky am I to have found them. read more

Carlos and his team scheduled us right away and came to do a deep clean. They did an outstanding job! We were blown away by the attention to detail and how thorough they were. They even put a kind of wax on our wood floors that spruced them up and made them shine! Communication was clear and easy. We will definitely be hiring them again. Gosh, it's wonderful to have our house so spotlessly cleaned!! read more

Carlos and his team are fantastic. He is kind, professional, and does a good job. I told him my house was already clean, and I just wanted a touch-up. He and his partner came and outdid themselves. They even cleaned a bedroom I did pay for! I had to tell them, "That's enough; you guys are too much." They were honest, and when I did my white-glove inspection, everything was in order. I noticed Carlos did not touch a piece of furniture with a lot of trinkets on it, and before I could even mention it, he said, "I did not do that area, too many small things." Which was admirable for his honesty and also for the fact that he was correct, trying to clean those trinkets is a whole other project. I will gladly hire him again. read more

Carlos and his helper came in and made such a difference in my house. The carpets were extremely dirty begore they came and they now look amazing. Excellent communication, reasonably priced, reliable, friendly..... 5 Stars! Thank you, Carlos and crew. read more

I am 100% satisfied with Carlos and his cleaning service. If you are pouring through Yelp reviews to find a cleaning service for your Bay-area home, stop looking, contact Carlos, and enjoy the time you've saved eating your favorite foods, hanging with your kids, or mixing your band's latest album. Seriously, he's the best. He is ruthlessly detail-oriented and leaves no stone unturned. He is trustworthy, very hardworking, and extra-communicative about when he enters and leaves the apartment. I look forward to many more months and years working with Carlos. A++ read more

Evergreen came recommended to me by several of my friends from my book club. I couldn't be happier to have met Carlos- he's been cleaning our house in the Inner Sunset for the past 5 months, and we couldn't be happier. We are so happy to come home to a flawless home- down to magically folded towels and really nice finishing touches. Carlos is also delightful, trustworthy, and on time. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Our apartment was in DESPERATE need of cleaning, and I absolutely loathe that task. I took to Yelp for some recommendations and came across Carlos and his business at Evergreen-Cleaning. I called to make the appointment, and he responded within a few hours. Carlos arrived as scheduled, and after a brief tour of where we wanted him to spend extra time, he got right to work. And work he did - non-stop for 3 hours, scrubbing, dusting, vacuum, moving furniture, getting into corners and under chairs. Stove, toilet, microwave, that bookshelf that has a thick layer of dust on it...he got to everything. At the end, we did a walk-thru review. Carlos takes pride in his work, and he should. The cleaning came out great, and we even found a few extra touches along the way (like neatly folded towels). On billing, his rates are very reasonable and he accepts payment using Google wallet. We will be happy to have Carlos return regularly in the future! read more

I researched carpet cleaning and floor polishing services for HOURS, and couldn't find one company that did both, had decent prices, and actually did a good job. I finally found Carlos and he quoted me a great price, and did an EXQUISITE job with our carpet and floors. I have a dog who is prone to accidents and there were a lot of stains in the carpet that were a year and a half old and Carlos was able to get every single one of them out. I was skeptical at first, and even asked Carlos repeatedly if he could do it... well, my carpets look so brand new that I was in shock when I saw them. I was actually speechless. I will, no doubt, use Evergreen-Cleaning over and over again. Thank you so much, Carlos and crew! read more

The best cleaning service you will ever need!!! Seriously my apt is spotless right now and carlos is such a wonderful man to work with! My apartment was in a very bad condition when carlos came, the toilet was very dirty and boxes were everywhere. But carlos manage to clean it up like a brand new apartment!! The price is probably the best in san francisco area as well! read more

They are: 1. awesome at cleaning. I always have bad conscience towards my house because I run it so hard, and it feels like Carlos and his team gives it the love it deserves 2. also super kind and easy-going and responsive. Can definitely recommend! read more

Carlos came personally to clean our condo - and I couldn't be happier! Evergreen Cleaning stood out to me on Yelp with good reviews, and I was impressed with their web site (I work in tech) and how professional the scheduling and communication was handled. It has been just myself and my husband cleaning our 2-year-old Condo since we moved in, and it needed a serious clean! Carlos took his time and did a fantastic job. Noticed hard water stains in the shower and recommended that if they come back they can bring some special cleaner to take care of that. I also learned some nice tricks on arranging pillows, hanging towels and making the bed from the wonderful job he did... Will definitely make this a regular thing! read more

We recently hired Evergreen to clean our new apartment and they did a fantastic job! Not only is every window seal, appliance, and surface immaculately cleaned, they also brought our older wood floors back to life! The team was incredibly responsive in their communication, arrived early, and were fair in their quote. They were professional, friendly, and wore a mask while working. We look forward to utilizing their services in the future. read more

I talked to multiple cleaning companies before I choose this company for my cleaning job. Carlos is very nice to deal with, reasonably priced, and very thorough in his work and really tries to make the customer happy. His crew were professional and arrived on time and did the job carefully. The best part of it is that Carlos himself supervises the works and asks his crew to redo anything if he thinks they left a spot. And if needed he gets down and does a bit of the cleaning himself to give it the extra scrub. Great to work with and I will use this company again for my future cleaning needs. read more

Carlos and his team did a great job cleaning up our place - would definitely recommend his work!

Today I used Evergreen-Cleaning for an entire apartment cleaning after a tenant moved out.. I am so glad I found Evergreen Cleaning on Yelp and called them!! I booked Evergreen through Cleanify and they did an amazing job! They were super quick to respond and arrived on time. Carlos is the BEST in the business. We spent weeks cycling through various cleaners and cleaning services, all of which were overpriced and had mediocre quality. We finally met Carlos through a recommendation from a friend and were amazed by every aspect of his work. Carlos is extremely professional, thorough, and an overall friendly and heartwarming person. He takes pride in his work and will make sure everything exceeds your expectations. Doing business with him is an absolute pleasure. You can reach him at any time during the day via text message (which he responds back to within minutes usually). Scheduling something with him is a breeze as he's very accommodating and will work with your schedule. And when he arrives to clean your place, he'll ask you if you have any special requests and then will not bother you for the rest of the time. He'll know exactly what to do and how best to clean your place. You'll have peace of mind that he knows what's best and that he'll do a superb job. After he's done cleaning, he'll do a walk through with you to show you your looking-like-brand-new place and guaranteed you'll have no complaints. We got our place cleaned in Soma once every three weeks. And every time Carlos blew our expectations out of the water, doing a super job again and again. I've recommended him to all my friends and will continue to do so. There's a reason Carlos has 5 stars on Yelp. So if you're looking for the best cleaner in the Bay Area who works hard to keep his quality up and takes pride in his work, go with Carlos. read more

Carlos and his team did an excellent job with the move-out cleaning of our apartment.
