We've been working with Lu's Cleaning for almost a year now and have been very happy with their service. We first hired Lu's for move out cleaning and they left the home cleaner than when we moved in. Then, Lu's helped us with move in cleaning, where they navigated a construction crew and still managed to leave everything sparkling. For regular cleanings, my husband and I work from home, and Lu's works with us to get to every room, despite our schedules. They also helped us with our rental property, making everything seamlessly easy. Their rates are very competitive and they accept Venmo and Zelle. What's more, is that Lu's regularly asks for feedback and and takes steps to think of solutions to any issues. And, they are kind and thoughtful, taking extra care to remember us during the holidays and even on International Women's Day. We are very happy with Lu's Cleaning! read more

Awesome cleaning service. Lu and her husband came to my place and did a great job with everything - the kitchen, the bedroom, the floor boards, my scummy glass shower door, and more. I've been really happy with this cleaning service! They are professional, punctual, and consistently do a great job. I have a cat, so my place can get pretty messy with fur and litter, but they always clean everything thoroughly and leave the apartment looking great! They're also great with communication. Scheduling, instructions, and questions are all handled through text, and their response time is fast and clear, which makes booking really easy. What I appreciate most is the consistency. I booked Lu's Cleaning on extremely short notice, and they absolutely saved the day. From the first message, Luciana was flexible and communicative--confirming my last‑minute request, sharing her ETA, and letting me know when she'd need a bit of extra time to get every corner spotless. My loft is no small project: soaring windows, a well‑used kitchen that had seen its share of grease, a tub that needed serious attention, and an outdoor patio coated in city grime. Lu and her team tackled it all with meticulous care. The tall windows gleam, the kitchen shines like new, and the entire place feels fresher than it ever has--honestly, I've never seen the unit this clean. Professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with, Lu's Cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone who needs reliable, high‑quality cleaning--especially on a tight timeline. read more

I've been using their cleaning service for half year. They are professional, friendly, and punctual.

Too expensive. I wrote the exact details of what I wanted cleaned and was quoted $170 when Luciana arrived she changed the quote to $240. The apt was not dirty and should have been a quick job. It appeared that this is done to clients in order to get them to pay more. I told her not thanks. I found another cleaner who did all the worked detailed for $150 a fair price. Be aware of the change in quote. read more
