The ratings were solid so I did an online quote and booking. Followed up a couple days before our scheduled appt. and confirmed. Mike showed up on Saturday as scheduled and ready to work! He confirmed the services requested and started the process. We had the full exterior, patio brick surround and driveway power washed. Two hours later the house looked amazing and smelled soooo fresh. Mike is a freakin Magician. He brought our dingy exterior back to life!!! We already liked our new house but getting it power washed and clean truly made it feel like a fresh start and OUR home. Every interaction we had with this company was great. It was truly a straight forward interaction. The quote was inline with the final bill. Mike the technician was friendly, thorough and a total professional. Payment processing with Brandon was efficient, clean and a fair price and our house looks and feels great. What more can you ask for! I will definitely be using their services again.

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden

I used Yelp's Project Manager to gather bids for window washing, and received several responses…read morewith quotes ranging from $850 to $1,200. All of the companies had multiple five-star reviews, so the deciding factor really came down to availability and timing. Just as I was about to make a decision, Brightedge reached out and, after some back-and-forth, offered a reduced price. They had fewer reviews than the other companies, which made the choice a bit uncertain--but I ultimately decided to give this newer business a chance. I'm so glad I did. They were able to fit the job into my preferred timeframe and even provided a virtual quote based on window count and mapping tools, which made the process easy and efficient. From the moment they arrived--right on time--they were professional, courteous, and worked nonstop for the five to six hours they were here. The quality of their work was outstanding. Some of my windows unfortunately have condensation between the panes, which I had mentioned in advance. They did everything they could to improve their appearance and took the time to clearly explain why that happens and what it means long-term. I really appreciated their willingness to educate me--it's information that will be useful going forward. After completing the job, they also offered to steam clean my patio, driveway, and other outdoor surfaces at a very reasonable price. While I chose not to add that service this time, I appreciated the offer and will likely take advantage of it in the future. Overall, their work was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Leaving this review now after finally finishing a lengthy cleanup of the mess left from the work…read moreperformed about a month ago. I initially chose this contractor based on price and high yelp reviews. They quoted me the lowest price to power wash my driveway and remove the paint from it. Compared to the others I reached out to, it was about $100 lower than the rest. However, after all was said and done, the total cost to me after factoring in the extra work needed to clean up, was much much higher. In total, the work took about 15 hours with the worker returning two more times after the initial work to complete the job on the driveway. I think both the contractor and I expected the work to take no more than a couple hours, since my driveway is only about 20x30'. My resulting water bill increase was about $200 from the constant water usage. Maybe the worker that showed up was new, but he did not seem very experienced in doing this. The safety part of me was a little bit uneasy seeing him with no gloves, eye protection, or any other PPE besides rubber boots when working with high pressure tools and chemicals. The biggest issue to me was the housekeeping aspect. It took many hours to clean up the mess left as a result of the work. I recently re-mulched in front of my house before he came to clean the driveway, but the work left paint chips all over; from little bits and pieces, to larger chunks in both my new mulch, and also my two neighbors' yards. I had to dispose of all the new mulch and replace it. Also, spent several hours helping the neighbors clean up their yards which were also affected by the work. The scope of work was limited to my front driveway, but the impact extended into my garage and entryway as well. My garbage bins and bike got debris on them. In my entryway I had some specialty wood craft materials stored, which got damaged as a result of the runoff from the work. Unfortunately, I lost about $1000 worth of material, which I thought was far enough away from the power washing work being done to be safe. Overall, I would give the contractor 2 stars. Technically the driveway power washing work he was contracted to do was completed. I really hoped he would have taken better care to prevent damaging and affecting other areas not being power washed, such as my garage, entryway, and neighbor yards. And for cost, while the quoted price was lower than the rest by about $100, I might have avoided the $1500+ in extra costly cleanup and damage by going with a more careful and experienced contractor to do the work. If you do decide to go with this contractor, make sure you take the extra time beforehand to move everything else well out of the way, or find a way to protect it.
